My last two visits here were first thing in the morning, just after 6 AM. I order on the mobile app about 5 minutes before I arrive, and the food is ready just when or slightly after I get there. The food and coffee has always been up to standard, and the service has always been quick.
Today I ordered 2 strawberry donuts with sprinkles and sweet tea. I received to 2 strawberry donuts without sprinkles and unsweetened tea. This is what happens when you let some kids run the shop. It's not in the best place. the area is not that great. So when you live in a area that's not that great you're gonna probably receive not so great service.

Just like any other store, you'll have your employees that are really nice and welcoming. Then others that just couldn't care less that you're ordering with them. Also this is the ONLY Dunkin around here that charges $1.25 for adding almond milk to their drinks. I've been to one in New York City and they charge less then half that. I've put in a complaint, but of course they couldn't care less because the manager or owner just sits in the corner at the table playing crosswords...read full review
