“Today we had the pleasure of dining at Blue 42 Restaurant and Bar, located at 158 Market St, Elmwood Park, NJ, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The security staff were particularly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable and safe throughout our visit.
While our order did take a little longer to arrive than expected, it was truly worth the wait. Each dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in the preparation was evident, and we thoroughly enjoyed every bite. It’s clear that the chefs at Blue 42 take pride in their culinary creations.
We ended up spending a total of $78, including tips, and I felt that the quality of the food and the overall dining experience justified every penny. The combination of great service and delicious meals makes Blue 42 a restaurant I would happily recommend to others.

“Had a fabulous dinner on a recent Sunday evening. Several specials offered in addition to the regular menu. Eggplant rollatini and pasta with vodka sauce are always delicious, and seafood entrees are especially good (always fresh and portions are generous). Our server, Edward, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. One of our favorite casual neighborhood restaurants. Highly recommend.”

“Well I just order theses French fries last night and they were burn and hard as a rock we need better older workers for this restaurant and we need better older waitress that could take the customers order and sever the customers the right order and for this restaurant we need a host for the front of the front entrance of the restaurant and we need a cashier for the front of the restaurant and we need a older dish washer worker that could handle the plates and we need older waitress that could pay attention to there job not giggly with there friends that's not working we need better workers for this nice restaurant and better older managers one in the morning and one at night to see how clean the restaurants tables are and also the restrooms and they should close the other side and keep that side only for special events. Because this is a American restaurants that we need real waitress and host for this beautiful restaurant.”

As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. Unless u no how a dish is served u should not complain because u sound like a fukn d*** a** who doesn't have a clue about dining out.. you wud be the type to go to a classy astablishment and say wats all the forks and spoons for by one plate.. ask before u comment and make a a** out of urself”

“A hidden gem on 46! So unexpected as it’s a great cookie focused bakery on the highway. Great cookies but the Ruggies are like my grandmother made and that woman could bake some rugelach! Great pecan sandies too. Gotta try more varieties next time! And a super nice owner and staff.”

“Tried the USR location this morning as it's located around the corner from my office. Front staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful with assisting me to navigate options as a first time visitor. There was no line and I quickly received my to-go order. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was delicious- fluffy and flaky, not at all greasy, and the perfect cheese pull. Can't wait to return to try desserts and coffee!”

“This is unheard of in these times where everything has gone up even restaurants, for $16.00 you get a full course meal. Salad, soup, appetizer, entre and dessert 😁😄!!! The portions are not huge but they are enough to fill you up considering everything you get. They also give you bread which was fresh and good. The staff is attentive and friendly.”

There are two young people who especially come to mind.
