“The service was outstanding, and the food surpassed expectations. The bathroom had inclusive signage with symbols representing all people. Although there was a parking lot, it was quite crowded and challenging to find a spot. The ambiance inside is a bit loud. However, for birthdays, they sing "Happy Birthday" and blow bubbles, creating a delightful atmosphere.“

“Loved this hidden gem! We stumbled upon this once when we were craving authentic Italian, which seems to be rare in Manhattan nowadays. Chef and his wife are so nice and comes around to your table to make sure you’re taken care of. Great cozy atmosphere, definitely a must try. Lasagna and bolognese were so good. “I was in the city with two friends and we were referred to this lovely little restaurant serving traditional Turkish fare. I wasn't too hungry but I always order Lebane which is my taste test for I like the food. It was delicious. As was the cold eggplant appetizer. My friend ordered the shephards salad and arrived with bright healthy portions with fresh tomatoes (how??) and cucumbers. Dressing was a red wine combination and complemented the salad. I would have like olives on it but it was fine. Another friend order the phyllo cheese straws which were perfection. Hard to eat only one! And she ordered the lamb chops which were tender and yummy. Perfectly cooked. Very fair priced all the way around. Service was excellent. Ambiance was cozy. Finale was perfectly cooked pistachio/walnut baklava. Lightly syruped and light and buttery heaven!! A must. This will be our go to place for future visits. Thank you for a lovely end to our great day at the theater!!“

“Usually I don’t eat pizza (Don’t judge me, New Yorkers) but I got delivery from Ledo today and it was amazing!!! I tried the one with ham and olive and vegan pizza. Both were delicious and fresh! “First off, this is probably the best Italian restaurant in NYC. For me, the mark of a good Italian restaurant is their cheese and tomatoes. So when the complimentary, and perfectly cooked, bread came to the table I asked for a side of cheese. I tasted it plain and could tell immediately that it was DOP. (Those who know what that means, understand my meaning.)I then proceeded to have the carbonara. Many restaurants (even those who claim they are Italian) in the US make this dish with cream…and that’s totally wrong. The magic of this dish is the perfect amount of pasta water and cheese that is added to the pasta and then vigorously mixed until it becomes creamy. And the egg must be tempered, or else you end up with scrambled eggs. And guess what…this restaurant knows how to do it perfectly.For dessert I had their bread pudding…another classic Italian dessert that if done correctly, is delicious and if done incorrectly is just a pile of blah. The chef here, once again, outdid himself. It was so buttery and the ratio of raisins to bread was perfect. Plus the hint of Sambuca just put this over the top.I can confidently say that I will be back, and can’t wait to order one of everything over the course of my upcoming many visits. The sfogliatelle was the lightest I'd ever had, even in Italy. Not too sweet and nicely citrusy. With just a touch of Euro attitude.“

“It had been many years since I had been to BLT PRIME but it had lost none of its excellence in either the food, ambiance or service categories. My son and I occupied a nice roomy corner booth and enjoyed a delicious Porterhouse steak along with the delicious POPOVERS (large and scrumptious ) , preceded by super appetizers. Desserts were super as well. My one minor peeve is the absence of MAKERS MARK Bourbon for my pre dinner Manhattan, a surprising omission in a steak place of this caliber, but the Woodstock replacement proved to be a decent alternative. Overall, a superb evening of dining on all counts. I will be back in the near future.“
