Each item looks bewitching and alluring and before you can even finish saying, "A pound of..." - somehow it's already sliced and bagged and the guy is waiting on the next item you need. (Maybe it's that luscious square of eggplant parm that they've intentionally left "posed" on top of the spatula or the Italian hot dog platter or that mountain of sauteed broccoli rabe that you know it's going to have that perfect 'bite'.) And as soon as you get home you immediately start crafting what's to be a most perfect sandwich with their seeded semolina, fresh ball of mootz (so creamy and delectable), and a few other odds-and-ends you snagged. We walked out not bloated, satisfied and pining to come back next week. We spent about $35 ( not including tip). Again. An value unheard of in the city. As a newbee from the city to Little Falls, I can not believe the quality of the food these two put out. It is on par with the city and way, way, way better priced. This is a place to go to every other week, if not more. It was actually overstimulating and really, really made for a bad experience. We didn’t eat in the main dining room (which was 1000x louder), we ate in a little room off of it with about 6 tables and it was still so loud. Very off putting.The restaurant is massive - a bar when you first walk in, a large dining area with booths and tables and a “private room”. There was also a pizzeria too.The food was delicious and the staff were very abundant and helpful.
