“I visit this place a lot because their food is delicious, the hamburger DOES taste like meat as well as the potatoes are natural (not fried) like in almost all places. The only thing I point out here is that the table where we were assigned was totally dirty and full of papers, the lady who did the cleaning work is next to us and seems not to be interested and continued looking at her cell phone. Maybe she was on her lunch break, but after a while she got up and didn't even clean the table, she He saw perfectly well when we had to put aside everything dirty so we could eat. He didn't even have the delicacy (even if it was his time) to clean the table so we could eat. We didn't change places because it was full. I think these things must improve in the future“

“Pretty cool concept to have donuts, ice cream, burgers, dogs and fries together. The donuts are like Duck donuts, nothing special. The smashburgers were pretty good, the shakes were really good, and the monster fries were good. The fries could have less special sauce on them. The straws for the shakes don't work well and should be upgraded to a boba type straw because there's chunks of goodness that clog the smaller straws. Seating is limited, everything comes out at different times, parking is tough because it's Hoboken no fault of the business, and it is kiosk ordering which slows the process up. Definitely worth trying. They have only been open a couple months so I'm sure they will work the kinks out.“

We came a little early because I thought they opened at 10 but then I realized today is Sunday and they open an hour later so we went into Marshalls to kill time. Me and my husband both got juice. “I love this truck because it's independent individuals making quality, fresh, craft food. I actually get a hot dog more often than a sausage hero, but both are very good. They allegedly use a Sabrett's (skinless) dog just like everyone else, but their dogs are far plumper than you find from most other places and they use a Martin's potato roll. And they're grilled, which I prefer to the boiled dogs from the other truck up the street. When I get a sausage hero (which I just got myself in the mood for), I get it topped with marinara sauce. There's only one negative to this truck. They shut down at around 3:30pm each day and I don't think they're ever there on Sundays or holidays. In my perfect world, they'd be there practically 24 hours a day, so if I had a craving at 11pm, I could get my dog or sausage hero. Like everybody else, they've raised prices - dogs are $4 and I think the hero sandwiches are now $12, but still well worth it.“

I purchased the chicken over rice platter and not only are the flavors rich and savory, but they add on more that most halal carts don't do. “Nice little hidden gem near Journal Square. Had the chili dog, and they have a great assortment of drinks, which makes sense because of the name. Given that NJ is the hot dog capital of the world (don't deny it), this place is a must, given that it has somehow stayed around since 1937. After 6 it is window service only, so if you want the old counter experience, go before then. Prices are reasonable, the hot dog is pretty good. Next time I will try the combo so I can grab one with cheese.“

The website to order is easy to use & you get a coupon after a certain number of orders. Sometimes when I walk in instead or ordering ahead online, I have the option to order on a tablet next to the register, or stand in line to put my order in. “So first back story, from NYC, running errands in Jersey, wife looked the place up, kids with us (15 and 11), first time there. I write these because I usually see people that had bad experiences leave reviews.Parking spot was available right across the street, $0.50 for the hour. When we walked in Helen greeted us with a smile and quickly produced a menu for each of us. Was originally just going in for the special but then I saw the Steven Burger. I usually hate trying new burgers as you can get anything from a greasy meatball to a hockey puck, this was not the case. So I ordered my Steve Burger and my family followed suit. Here's the thing, my 11 year old despises vegetables. Without missing a beat Helen smiles and squints "No lettuce or tomatoes?". My wife couldn't thank her enough for catching it. Ordered fries and onion rings, the fries became cheese fries after diving deeper into the menu and the onion rings were really onion rings, not that onion mash stuff formed into a ring. Helen told us to have a seat and the drinks were in the fridge whenever we were ready. I liked that because I'd rather my soda out the fridge rather than sitting on the table. Helen brings over a basket with enough napkins and forks, she must've sensed how messy of an eater I can be because there were enough napkins. We get our food and I can not stress enough, Juicy not Greasy. I know I've been going on so I'll wrap it up. Totally enjoyed the meal which ended with a second order of cheese fries because, well because they were some good cheese fries. I totally recommend, I'm going back to try their Philly Cheesesteak and grab a hotdog while I wait, such a cool idea.
