Between my family and me we've been going to fragales Bakery for the past 45 50 years the bread is unbelievable especially the semolina the double seated when I go to the bakery I always have to break a piece of the corner and eat it on the way home ?
When ever I was in the area I always picked bake goods to take home. Fragales bake shop is an excellent bake shop

I've included 5 stars for this place because this bread has been a staple in my life. Also, the problem may be only for me and a select few. Has anyone else noticed a difference in the taste of the bread. I'm not sure if it's the flour or the seeds but to us, the bread has a bitter after taste, almost like the taste of drinking a diet soda compared to regular.
