Last week got the new nutty pumpkin coffee, delicious! This morning got the exact same thing and it's terrible, aren't they supposed to make it exactly the same ever time? Disappointed
My personal experience with Erica when I was giving my order wasn't pleasant. She seemed annoyed, unhappy or something else, going on with her.When I received my order, the cook forgot one thing as I reviewed my order before leaving and seemed annoyed that she forgot and I caught it.Again my experience was lack of courtesy and unpleasant attitude.
