The manager greeted at the ordering station and didnt overwhelm me to order my food as this was the first time being there. He asked me if id like any suggestions and we landed on the chicken platter with spicy chickpeas rice and cole slaw. Everything about this bowl was immaculate. The chicken was well seasoned and spiced, the chick peas were tender and savory, and the rice was such a great compliment to the protein. I also ordered their fries because why not!The portion size was generous but not overbearing. They had the mexican coke glass bottles which was a great choice to wash the food down with. I got the brown to top it all off and it was amazing. Chipotle, Qdoba, Halal Guys even have nothing on Juicy Platters. I definitely will be coming back with the family!“

“First time seeing this German fast food restaurant. There are about a dozen opened on the NYC greater metropolitan area. It is a shaved kebob place. The food was tasty enough. The fries were very good. Match up with the best fast food fries.Several “business” issues.1)This chain is new and different, so they should expect customers who are completely unfamiliar with the chain. The menu is confusing as to what is offered. A” Doner Box” , “ Doner Gym Box”, “KC Kebob” etc… were foreign to myself and every customer I watched on line. The video menu had little explanation. The customer Waiting online and getting to the register without fully understanding the menu is not a good business plans2) Offering fountain drinks is a necessity. Bottle drinks just add to the cost; which is not exactly cheap and offers little variety.3) They should offer more access to items like sauces, condiments and especially napkins. We had to hunt each down. Kinda cheap-ish I thought.Overall, the food was good for me personally. and I would return. I this review is intended for the owner/franchises to hopefully make the new customers feel comfortable. “Recently started ordering from here and have tried the tandoori chicken bowl. It’s sometimes a bit too salty but usually pretty good. My only complaint is that they charge you for sides of sauce which I am totally fine with but they barely put any sauce in the container. If you are going to charge people for sauce you should at least fill the container. They ran out of white sauce one day and instead of letting us know they just sent a different sauce (not sure what it was) and still charged for it. Not the end of the world and again I do not mind being charged extra for sauce but it would have been nice to have a heads up. Good place for a quick bite and they are open late!“

From the chicken kebab to the falafel, all of the food is fresh, and seasoned and cooked to perfection.Nora and her team essentially treat the entire restaurant, including patrons, as family. They welcome you with warmth and will work with you to do anything your heart desires, within reason. It would totally pass a blind taste test! The ratio of ingredients in every bite was absolute perfection! Although I asked for extra garlic sauce on the side, it was not used or needed at all.I took away a star because of the lack of hospitality. The woman in the front was yelling at the guys in the back from the second I walked in. She was creating such a toxic work environment. At one point she involved the customer while arguing with one of the cooks to help prove that she was right. I was appalled! I was so embarrassed for both the customer and the cook. God bless the cook for his patience. That tone and demeanor should never be used in public, let alone with co workers.Syrian places usually have the best hospitality, this was not only lacking, but extremely uncomfortable to watch and be present for. This lady is going to chase away everyone she works with, and will probably chase away the customers too.
