A guy whose name I think was maneater told me I had to eat 100 cookies or else Donkey Kong would turn me into a banana. I said ok and began this grueling challenge. I started chowing down on the cookies and when I reached the halfway point Machoman told me that the rest of the cookies would be footlong cookies, I said "radical" and continued. “This is such a great place. The food is wonderful the atmosphere is great and service is out of this world. I would recommend if your sick or just a soup lover to get their chicken and rice soup. Its thick and hearty with shredded chicken. The fresh mozzarella is like 10 dollars for this small ball but worth it. They make great spaghetti sauce and have wonderful sandwiches too but I'm cutting back on bread so I can't say I've had them that much“

“I moved into the area recently and have gone to this location multiple times over the last year two years. Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! “Food and service is always great. Right off a main road so it can get pretty busy. Establishment is always very generous with their servings and usually pretty quick. The only thing I dislike about this place is that their bread is very soft. I usually like my subs on a crispy roll. This is my go-to option when Cappelluti's Deli in Kearny is closed“
“This store is my go-to after a day of driving and shopping. It is on my way home. I always look forward to seeing the workers with their smiles and pleasantness. Prices are reasonable and the store is clean. Plenty of seating. There is a large parking lot, but sometimes I'm not able to get a spot near the store and have to go to another part of the strip mall. The inside of the store looks exactly the same as it did 30 years ago when my dad used to bring me here and the quality and cleanliness has remained the same. I've spoken with the owner a few times and he said he still uses the "Blimpie" bread and the same condiments. Also, the sandwiches are made as quickly as you finish saying what you ordered!
