“4 of us went there last night not knowing reservations are recommended. We were able to be seated at 5:30 but told (not so nicely) that there was a reservation coming at 7 for this particular table! I almost walked out after that comment was made. Other than that, the food was delicious and our waitress was great!”

“On Friday 4/26/24 my husband and I had a rehearsal dinner for our son and daughter in law at Milano's. We had 32 people at the restaurant. The service was fantastic. The amount of food was crazy. The restaurant met all our needs. We would highly recommend Milano's. It was a great night before the wedding at Mountain Creek.”

“We have gone to Springs Bistro many times before and have really enjoyed it. This past Tuesday our dinner was out of this world! The white zucchini pizza was like nothing we have ever had before. The Octopus and the steak were also outstanding. Our waiter, Troy, was WONDERFUL! We have had Troy as our waiter the last three times we have dined there and he is always the best waiter. He is personable, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. Springs Bistro is lucky to have such a long standing, excellent server on their team! We look forward to going back again!”

“We just had Cupcake Cafe do a custom dinosaur cake and dinosaur cupcakes for my daughter's fourth birthday party. I actually had another baker lined who went MIA on me at the last minute and the owner of Cupcake Cafe was able to swoop in and save the day. The cake and cupcakes were equally delicious and everyone kept commenting on them at the party. We will 100 percent be using Cupcake Cafe for all of our baked goods needs moving forward! The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. Five stars!”

“TLDR: Top tier brisket. Nearly as good as Texas brisket and certainly best I have had in New Jersey thus far. The hidden restaurant in the middle of a garden is so quaint and peaceful, I recommend going for lunch or a cozy dinner. View of the surrounding hills is also amazing.

Quality of Food: I had no complaints about the food. The garden salad was refreshing and did not lack in its flavor. The brisket was AMAZING. If you look at my other reviews, you will find I am originally from the south and have frequented a few BBQ places in New Jersey, all of which have fallen short of what I have come to find as quality BBQ. This. Did. Not. Disappoint. The brisket was slightly marbled and melted in your mouth. I can only imagine the quality of the Rib Steak if the brisket was top notch. The cornbread was the only thing I could say was standard taste and quality.

Quality of Service: It was neither over-the top nor mediocre service. Seemed like a decent amount of young adults were waiting on tables. We stopped in for a quick bite before heading to a festival, but we had no issues getting our order taken, food delivered and check processed quickly.

Environment & Ambiance: Can't be compared to the other locations at the resort. The garden by itself is adorable and makes you feel like you're in a storybook. Looking out towards the hills provides a feeling of awe. The outside ambiance and cute tables and chairs makes you feel like you're joining Alice at a tea party.

Pricing and Concerns: It's certainly not cheap if you are ordering their higher priced options. However, that being said, it is most definitely worth every penny. Not to mention you're at a resort, so what would you expect besides expensive dishes? For a party of two you can keep it under $$$. Add drinks or an extra person and you're going over. No other concerns to note.
