Our order was for 12:15. We got there early and still waited over three hours past scheduled time to get our Thanksgiving meal. The manager was really rude and just said everyone is waiting and that they make it when you get there to pick up.. Why would I have a pick up time then? He said there's nothing they can do but give us a pie that we don't need. We get home home and find out the turkey is frozen ?? with no cooking directions? My family is hungry. Oder food by drive through, and no one had a mask on. Of course I didn’t took food. Talk to manager and we’re very unprofessional.
