I need to eat healthy so really the egg white sandwich is my go to at Panera's and in my surrounding area. I was told breakfast stops at eleven o'clock and specifically called to ask the store. I arrived at the store at 10:32. Cashier stated that breakfast was over. I was told it didn't end till 11. And she stated that that was only on the weekends. I asked for a manager and Lauren appeared. Her demeanor wasn't me against her or her against me. She took care of the situation with a smile and a courtesy as I was given the wrong info from staff. Wow! Am I on planet earth with this kindness? If she treats me like that I can't imagine how amazing she is with her staff. Restaurant is clean and efficient. Panera, Lauren represents your company with 110 percent positivity, kindness and an I want you back let's fix this attitude! OUTSTANDING! THANKYOU LAUREN!“
“My husband and I eat here very often. The staff has always been great, helpful, and courteous. The bakery items have always been fresh and very good. I must say that the sandwiches have been better than they used to be. Consistantly more chicken than in the past. I also like that you can customize and swap and add things to your sandwich without a charge. Im always changing my cheese, spread, and adding tomatoes and green. Coffee is great. My only issue is why all the Panera cafés stop brewing light roast and decaf after 2, and keep out the dark roast and hazelnut. I'm also not a fan of Pepsi products. I love to sit by the fireplace with a hot tea and a bakery treat or bagel.“
“When my mother & I had walked inside, we were greeted 2 the most respectful people ever. They were very patient with us on what we decided 2 get 4 the day, my mother had gotten a bagel with a big fat stack of fish locks. She scarfed it down like a puppy dog going nuts over a treat. She had also got this lobster bisque which was a big banger. Big chunks of lobster meat and she was set. 4 myself, I had gotten a Bahn MI, very good 10/10. It was like a lightly toasted Italian bread with pork, cilantro and some fresh veggies on top of it. I had gotten a Hungary style mushroom soup and my god my belly had gotten fulled up so quick I was never thinking of seconds. It's a must go place if ur in the area. The atmosphere was so cozy with the orange aesthetics and pictures of the other place down town, very creative and amazing people. Prices are high but it's 100000% worth every cent 2 get ur bellies fill up.“
“Server we had was excellent. He waited on 23 of us and didn't miss a beat. Wish I could call him out by name but I don't remember it.Kid-friendliness: We where there with a dance team of about 13 kids. They sat them all together and sat the adults at a table across from them. Our server treated them with full respect.“
“Discovered this hidden gem. If you are looking for a unique quality experience with Chinese food this is the an amazing food place. Tried them out two days ago by ordering their Dry Chicken dish. Be careful as it has bones but it was unbelievably delicious, a flavor and texture that was so unique. So the next day we got their liver, fish and a soup. Simply delicious. Could not stop eating.The staff are great but do not speak english and their online menu is also unclear. Its best to get the printed menu. We are so excited to try all their other dishes. Also, it's takeout only.If you are used to regular american-chinese fare then this is not the place for you. If you love to experience exotic flavors then have fun.“
“Absolutely the best Thai food I have ever had and the service was fantastic. The restaurant is impeccably clean. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Be prepared for spicy so adjust for your palate. Shrimp are perfectly cooked, plump and juicy, and everything was made exactly as we had hoped. Will certainly be returning!“
