“Spontaneously on a Saturday, the missus and I decided to drive an hour and a half to Tomasello's Hammonton New Jersey winery. With no expectations other than my seeing on the website that there was a winery and an open tasting room, we set out on the adventure. Although we were unable to take the full tour since there was a wedding being held there that day, we had a splendid time in the tasting room. A clean, warm, inviting atmosphere made us out-of-towners feel welcomed. We were given prompt, friendly, and full attention despite the number of others present. The staff gave recommendations when we seemed undecided while we got an eyeful from the menu and winerack of the offerings. With a lot of laughs, chatting and good memories to share, we also left with a box full of souvenirs (assortment of our favourite wines) to relive the day. We hope to visit again someday soon. Until then, we're grateful for the experience, wishing Tomasello Winery and its visitors all the best, blessings be.“

“Incredible experience! From the wine tasting with Alyssa (we learned a ton about different wines) to the table service from Emily (super friendly and personable) - all around very pleasant time. There was also live music, which made it a whole vibe. It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back!!!“

Dimatteo Vineyards Winery • $$
951 8th St, Hammonton

“Just opened our bottle of cranberry wine which we bought at the cranberry festival last fall. I'm not a sweet wine person, I tend to steer towards a dry red wine. But, this cranberry wine is really really good. Let it air about 10 minutes and you will be pleasantly surprised. We are definitely going to the vineyard no ext fall to pick up a supply for the holidays.“
