The ladies who run this spot are the sweetest souls. I’ve been looking for a place to get some good chicharrones for awhile now and I'm so glad i found this spot. The location host multiple events for every kind of game and makes sure to stay updated with new sets and release. The staff is always gentle and willing to help you to learn the rules of the game. And the coffee is insanely good”

“I consider myself a regular customer of Tiam Tiam, and as Taiwanese I truly appreciate how the restaurant maintains the authenticity of Taiwanese food while adding creative twists to each dish. I’ve tried nearly everything on the weekday menu and most of the brunch menu, and I’m always impressed by the thought and care that go into both designing the menu and preparing the food. I also enjoy the occasional surprise special items, which never fail to impress.

On top of that, the customer service is outstanding – the staff are always accommodating and go above and beyond to provide the best food and experience for everyone. Tiam Tiam’s food is comfort food to me. My family had heard about this place and eagerly wanted to try it when they visited from out of state – and they absolutely loved it. Anyway, if you haven’t tried their food you should. Highly recommend Tiam Tiam!”

“I met a couple of my old coworkers there December 20th after 4 years. I wanted to go to a highly rated family-run place and this establishment didn't disappoint. The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Harrison PATH station. I will be making future visits there with old collegues.”

“Great little bar near the PATH Station in Harrison. Located in the rear side of the Element Hotel on Somerset Street. Very nice atmosphere, friendly crowd and very friendly service. Reasonably priced drinks and if you like there is some seating outside the bar when the weather cooperates. I found it a nice place to stop and have a drink or two. I’d recommend stopping in when you’re in the area. A nice addition to the newly renovated, and ongoing, Harrison Station area.”

“Our family stayed in Harrison for 4 days and made this our regular breakfast place. The food is great, especially the breakfast sandwiches with bacon or ham. The proprietor is such a nice guy and gives this humble cafe a warm, homey vibe. Highly recommend!

“I recently ordered a few dishes from Biryani Twist, including the Triple Schezwan Rice and Paneer Makhni Biryani. Both were delicious, and the Triple Schezwan Rice especially stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, very close to the authentic Mumbai Indo-Chinese flavor. The salt could have been a touch more, but otherwise, everything was spot-on. I’d recommend picking up from the restaurant, as there’s no Wi-Fi and parking can be tricky to find. They have a few tables for seating, but this is definitely a go-to spot for tasty Indian takeout. The prices are a bit high, likely due to post-COVID adjustments across Indian restaurants, but the portion sizes were generous.”

The bartender was courteous and despite it appeared most patrons were usuals, we were treated well being it was a first time for us there.”

“My eight year old is very picky. Very picky. And I want him to understand that Taco Bell is not Mexican food. So we went in hopes he would at least try some real tacos. Well, he did. I don’t know how you did it, El Macho but he polished off a full plate of four carnitas tacos! The waitress was nice enough to just give him meat and added cheese but he devoured them. We will be returning! Five stars!”

“The coffees were strong and tasty. The avocado toast was well made with a nice side salad. Parking could be an issue but we went a Sunday morning and we found parking with no problem. It is inside the apartment complex but it had lots of areas to sit in. Our food and drinks came pretty quickly, even though it was busy.”

“We saw this restaurant by pure chance while passing through the area and we thought it was American but we managed to read the small letters that it was a Peruvian restaurant and once we were inside they explained to us that the name is due to the fact that in Peru it is very famous and has nothing to do with the movies ?
We ordered takeout and everything was very good both that night and the next day, with more calm and time we will surely eat right there.”
