Wow! They need to work on there customer service. I have come here a few times and it's hit and miss. This last time I have to say a bit annoyed with them. I placed the order with my app. When I went inside to pick it up I saw my ice coffee on the top shelf of the 3 shelf rack for on the go orders, my Hot Coffee wasn't next to it. I work nearby this location and I always mobile order to save me time before work. There are days they're fast and my order is ready other times I go, they haven't started despite me ordering ahead at least 15 min before. Recently went to pick up my order and as I left the "manager" went after me claiming I took the wrong order?? When I showed him my mobile receipt, he said "oh you have the same order" and I was running late to work due to them being slow. He didn't even apologize...read full review
