A touch of Europe in Hoboken. Unlike the big chain coffee shops, Prato gives you the civilized experience that you find in Europe; a wonderful cup of coffee in a real ceramic coffee cup with a biscotti on the side. It has become our go to place for our morning coffee. The focaccias and pastries all look delicious, but the mortadella with pistachio spread is heavenly. All their focaccia sandwiches are incredibly delicious! They will make you feel, like you are in Tuscany.You must try the brutti buoni as well! They are the perfect coffee snack, if you like almonds (but all cantucci are great).
