For matcha iced latte, iced mocha and lavender mocha latte- very good coffee-milk ratio, robust taste for all 3 drinks and the lavender wasn't overwhelming for the mocha lavender latte.Walkable towards the light rail station in WestSide and located in a quiet neighborhood/blocks of buildings. There is a public parking lot across the street. Inside is spacious, minimalist but comfortable. Service is friendly and fast. Would recommend to friends!
