“On the way through from financial district to chinatown, we stopped by for a few drinks and a small snack. Our server Alex was a great person being. So kind and direct, we from Austria are not used to it!We loved our stay and it is a have to visit when we return to this beautiful city.“
“Chef was amazing and but the experience was tainted by them having us wait to be seated essentially outside (not sure why others at same counter were seated before us or why there is no designated space - and we were right on time not super early?) and by them pushing us at tad excessively at end and more importantly asking another patron to relinquish the pen they used to sign the bill. Seriously? A 500$ baseline price for food alone and you can’t let the guy just take the pen?“
“Passing by we noticed the lovely holiday decorations (which were even nicer inside). Made a reservation for dinner and arrived early for a drink at the bar. The whole experience was great - friendly service, great cocktails (amazing selection of Bourbon), good food and all in a cozy atmosphere. Would definitely return if in NY again and would certainly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful dinner on our last night in the city!“
“Great place just to pop in warm.uo and wet your whistle plenty cans or draft + your standard line of LIQS BOB was great he attentive friendly knowledgeable paired my Jameson shots with a tasty IPA definitely a worth a visit and return visit pleasant atmosphere“
“This place is phenomenal. The service is so friendly and knowledgeable. My bartender Matt made an AMAZING manhattan with Sagamore Rye that was best Manhattan I’ve ever had. We moved to a table and our server was Justine who was absolutely lovely. So personable and fun. She even suggested entrees and apps that we all LOVED. The manager Chris came over to table at one point and it’s obvious why the service here is so great. I can’t wait to recommend this place to all my friends and family that come to NYC.“
“I had been hearing about their excellent bagels for a long time. When I arrived today they were closed and cleaning up. Latino gentleman (Manager, bartender?) was so kind. He made me feel like I just walked into his home. Great experience.“
“Celebrated my 50th at Harding's on June 26th. I had an amazing experience! The entire staff was attentive, kind and gracious. The food was amazing! We had a party of 20 and they made us all feel so very special. It was such a seamless service, all my guests were so impressed with Harding's!!! I'll definitely be back and recommend to others! Thank you Harding's NYC!!!! ❤“
“Great beer, knowledgeable and kind bartenders, the big backyard is a great place to relax on a hot day. They use air purifiers inside - a big thank you from everyone who still takes COVID seriously, this is one of the only indoor bars I’ll go to in the winter.“

“Had a wonderful experience celebrating a friend’s birthday. Our server Haley was amazing! I was in complete awe of the fact that she barely wrote anything down and remembered all our orders. She was very attentive in making sure we were ok.The vibes were great with a mix of jazz and funk type of music. The party room is really cute with a Billards table $2 to play.Their menu is pretty good everything was delicious.Fave dish: shawarma chicken hand pies and white bean dip hummus.Fave drink: redheads husband. Will hope to visit again soon ☺️“
“Came here on a Tuesday night with coworkers for Trivia Night. We had the happy hour wings and chips and avocado, both we delicious!!! I would come back just to eat it again. The servers are nice and the ambiance is nice for a after work hangout or a nice dinner date.“
“You can get booze anywhere but you go to a bar for the staff and atmosphere. This place has both, the staff is down to earth and makes you feel like you belong there. The place is huge and very clean with lots of entertainment along with having the best wings in town. I love to play pool there and hang with the bartenders while enjoying the sun setting on the place. Two thumbs up, would recommend to a friend, 5 out of 5 dentists approve.“
“I've never had whiskey before, because my mother always said it was an undignified drink for women. At the risk of appearing unladylike, I stumbled into The Hamilton with the intention of trying whiskey for the first time. As I was internally battling with my mother's judgement, a kind bartender named Ross noticed me looking troubled. He could tell immediately what my predicament was. I was surprised how intuitive he was. He assured me that women drink whiskey all the time, and it's completely normal. Ross allowed me to sample a few different kinds of whiskey, and I really loved how it made me feel! I'll admit, I did feel slightly more boisterous after consuming the samples, but Ross assured me that it was okay to express myself! At the end of the sampling, he fixed me an elegant cocktail, and I was again reminded of my feminine demeanor. I loved being able to let loose while sipping a delicate cocktail. Who says women can't drink whiskey??? THIS woman can and WILL! Thank you Ross.“
“We ordered take out- chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, samosas, and garlic naan. Flavors were great but the mild spice level left us wanting more of a kick. Overall, each dish was very tasty with fresh and high quality ingredients. India Palace will definitely be one of our new go to restaurants! Looking forward to trying the mango lassi next time.“
“What a great bar! Met a friend after work for a drink. It was the perfect atmosphere, quiet and low key. The bar has a really great selection of whiskeys/whiskys. The bartender was super knowledgeable and really knew her stuff (which was great for a novice like me). For those in the neighborhood, it's such a fantastic place to grab a drink and learn more about whiskey/whisky.“
“Came here early morning for an Everton match. We’re both vegan and they did us beans on toast which wasn’t on the menu, cleaned all the grill down and made sure we had something suitable to eat. Great service and a great atmosphere for the match. Thank you ☺️“
“This place was such a treasure to find! Solid drink selection. The real gem though is that they have a good news bell for people celebrating! The bartender asked what brought us in and it was a friend’s birthday, but my partner and I are also engaged and getting married in April, as was another couple there with us that night. We all got a shout out, had celebratory shots, and it was so much fun! I absolutely love the good news bell. It’s also fun even if you yourself aren’t celebrating something to have those pleasant reminders of good things happening in others’ lives. I know it might sound cheesy when I say it like that, but it was really nice! They also have a nice patio in the back and shuffleboard in the main bar area. Highly recommend, will be back!“
“This may very well be one of the best whiskey cocktail bars in America. I had three cocktails, all served by creative owner Garry Embry. All three showed off different styles, from citrus to peach to smoke. The bar is warm, inviting, and very chill. And comes with self serve water, a trend I would encourage any establishment to employ if it has the walking space. This is now a go to bar for me.“
“I love the Copper Still. Reasons why it is my favorite bar in New York:1. Never empty but never packed.2. Great service & nice employees3. Always easy to reserve for large parties4. Extremely spacious5. VERY good food6. Reasonable prices7. Good/clean bathroom system8. Good location9. Patio is great in the summer10. Not too dark, not too bright11. Pet friendly, have seen some good dogs show upIf you forced me to come up with a criticism I’d say there was a DJ last time I was there that I didn’t care for really. Hummus needs salt. Other than that, amazing. I love this place.“

It’s a great spot for those looking to unwind with friends, enjoy a variety of drinks, and savor the camaraderie of a neighborhood watering hole. Solid four stars for its genuine appeal and friendly ambiance.“
“They have the coldest Japanese beer (Sapporo maybe) on tap served in a very frosty mug. Good bar selection. Free pool table for customers. The scene at the pool table was really nice, with short wait times, skilled players who were pleasant and mature, and good available cues. This place is a lovely oasis of calm in a crowded city.“
“Sally's is such a hidden gem in Kips Bay/Murray Hill area. The staff, especially Arun, is really friendly, and the prices cannot be beat anywhere in the city. Highly recommend as a weeknight happy hour spot, or for a fun night out on the weekend!“
“This bar made our night, recommended by my boyfriend David who spoke highly of the atmosphere, the drinks and the service. I brought my cousins who are lovers of bourbon and whiskey. Patrick was our bartender, he was great, he gave us the best recommendations, out of excitement I left without my jacket and they kindly kept it for me until I picked it up, if you want a place to enjoy the entire night on the rock is the place.“
“This place is my jam. Not only is it the coolest Bills bar in the city, but it has the best owners and employees. Mike & Diana have been so kind, generous and amazing to get to know. As well as Sam! What a gem of a human. I love coming into the bar for bills games of course! Go bills! But also to just hang around for a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere. Their hot dogs are wonderful & their beer list is unmatched. Go check them out if you’re in the area :)“
“Very crowded when first walked in however we went to the other side where the pool table is. They accomadated putting the game we wanted on by the pool table however the bartender/waitress was very overwhelmed so her response wasnt the best...Bar pizza was 8/10..fries regular...lemon pepper wings had a bad after taste...music was good (itunes)“
“My fiancé and I had a casual engagement party here last night. We met at Whiskey Town on Halloween in 2016 so we thought it was only fitting to celebrate there! We didn't bring any decorations as we wanted to keep it very low-key, but as soon as John, the bartender, found out what we were there celebrating, he asked us how we spell our names. About 45 minutes later he came over with a "Congratulations" sign and taped it to the wall by where we had gathered with our friends. Then, another 45 or so minutes later, a man walked into the bar with a diamond ring-shaped balloon and John handed it to me! It meant so much to us that he took the time to help make the night a little more special for us!“
“It's not fancy or anything, has sports on the TV's, decently priced drinks, tip floor has couches/big seating, no frills. Good happy hour margaritas and beers. Free popcorn! The waitresses are super friendly and sweet, they were great!Noticed it's a very young/college crowd.Absolutely decent if you're with a group looking to get drunk and chat.“
“A beautiful location! Lovely space to grab a drink with friends or take a date. When I went it was fairly empty inside so we got plenty of attention from the staff. Drinks are fairly pricey- lowest being around $20 and honestly I didn't think they lived up to the price tag :/ Drinks were good for sure but not the life changing experience I was hoping for. Still a solid spot though!“
“Day and night difference literally between day and night.5 stars for daytime 3 stars for night haha. Chill bar during the day, day drinking, pub feel in a historic space, nice daylight, a couple old dudes, friendly chatty bartender, great time.Saturday night however, nuts to butts college kids, mr brightside blaring, screaming and bells ringing hahaha. Different vibe and it just wasn’t what I was expecting after my first visit! That being said, everyone was nice and pours were generous.“
“If you're trying to decide between the smash burger and the patty melt, the burger is at least 100x better. The Brussels were good but they get soggy quick because they're sitting in sauce.Overall the food here is okay for American fare.Kinda fratty vibes in the bar, but if you're at a table it's a completely different atmosphere.“
“Never had a bad time here. Will say whatever DJ that was on Saturday of Halloween weekend sucked. He’s not it- Bad transitions and bad song choice. He should look around and see nobody’s dancing next time & change the songs. Too much 70s pop/ and punk pop. One or two mixed in well could be a bop, but he played an hour of pop punk. Also a lot of Taylor swift and bland top 40 radio songs. Just need better options. He played mo bamba and skipped the best part.. y’all know what I’m talking about. That’s easy work, how do you mess that up.“
“Very nice atmosphere. Think the drinks are not as sophisticated as they should be given the price point. They also ran out of pisco which is kind of a pity considering they don’t have that extensive of a menu. Tried the victor hugo and Colette. Good for the vibe etc. Drinks were good, not amazing.“
“We had no reservations and three other places had closed for private events, so we were happy to find Blue Bar open and we were lucky to find a table without waiting -- it was filling up fast on an afternoon in early December ? the drinks were good and the atmosphere was great -- vibrant yet not loud! Too bad it wasn't quite blue ? I guess it only would turn blue later at night. (Only had drinks, so, I'm not rating "food" -- is that correct ?)“
“Well, well, well Ani Ramen what do you have to say for yourself? Answer me or prepare to fight!! Alright then take this…I hope that it’s mostly good things and positive self talk because you served up some tastiness.Noods and tasty broth really came through on this frigid windswept Jersey City day. The boa buns were soft and savory with some juicy crispity chicken. The little sausages were alright crispy with a slap of bbq.The wait staff delivered the goods with prompt politeness. The atmosphere was chic from the lighting to the tabling.I 100% slurped my way to contentment. One helpful caveat. There be a 3% add on for the payment of the plastic variety, but it’s cool cause this gurl paid in greenbacks.Happy slurping my noodheads ?“
