“Our family has been to this place many times and we do enjoy it. The ambience is just perfect, feels like you are on vacation. Fajita is my favorite dish, usually take mixed fajita (beef, shrimp and chicken), which is served on a sizzling hot skillet along with grilled onions and peppers. The meat and vegetables are served with warm tortillas, guacamole, beans, rice, sour cream, and salsa. Delightful.”

“I feel like the reviews here are skewed towards the ability to get into the bar, what they accept as ID and the overall bartenders. No comment about that since I had no problem in that area. However, there is also food served at this establishment. And that is what my review focuses on. The sliders were cooked to perfection, and the Bavarian pretzel was delicious. If this is any indication of the rest of the food items at this restaurant, I would definitely be back. Please read through all of the reviews and understand what you are going there for.”

“Great food, a little pricey as dinner for 2 with a 20% tip came in just under $200 (and we brought our own wine). I had the lobster bisque and the crab cakes entree (more crab than the usual fillers you get). Wife went for the duck confit ravioli appetizer and the lollipop pork chops entree. Nice romantic atmosphere is an upgrade over the old basic Reddington's decor that was there a decade ago.”

“We placed a first-time online order. It was ready before the estimated time given. We ordered 3 large sandwiches and each could feed 2-3 people depending on the appetite.The bread had a great crustiness on the outside, while being light and fluffy inside. Tge cold cuts were thinly sliced and stacked high, just like we like them. The red potato salad was delicious!We all enjoyed our selections and will be sure to order again.”

“I had the Octopus and Calamari in a delicious broth. I enjoyed it very much. Two family members had the Scallops special and they said it was very good. The other family member had the pork chop special and he loved it. Try the muscles appetizer, it’s phenomenal!!! Our waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The dining room is clean but a bit cramped. The place is a bit small and noisy but it was a nice meal. It’s a byob establishment, bring some wine or beer and have a good time.”

“We went to experience the famous burger. I was disappointed in the soggy bun. The onion gravy was delicious but made the bun fall apart and couldn't enjoy the cheese or the meat Maybe a harder roll would be better. The steak tartar was amazing seasoned and the parpadella small plate could eat as a meal. But the carrot cake OMG!! The BEST!! I would eat here again to get a very impressive salad and the carrot cake again!!”

“Words can't describe how good this place is. I drive 1.5 hours just to eat here. I've been to hundreds of restaurants, and Spanos is the only one I have ever been to that consistently provides the best hospitality. Chef Joe Spanos greets every table with a warm smile and some house appetizers. The food is out of this world... can't wait to come back again this summer!”

“I've never had pizza that tasted like it did ever before. It was almost novel at first, the sweetness of the pie. But as I kept eating, the bites got better and better. Our large pie was finished in about 10 minutes, maybe less! And the shrimp cocktail was on point too. Was easy to get a seat at the Lima bean shaped bar. It was fun to sit like that. Overall, great experience. Next time I'm back in NJ I'll be seein y'all!”

“Let me start off w/ saying our family , friends love B2. Food is great and 98 % of the time we have a great time at B2. Unfortunately this is the second time w/ the same bartender we had a unfortunate time. Today Saturday 3/16 we simply asked if we could watch CBS the Purdue vs Wisconsin game. After fifteen minutes and zero attention from him my girlfriend asked if he could put the game on CBS again please… We were told “Listen I have a full bar I’m too busy”. The way that was handled was totally inappropriate and rude we are very kind people who live locally and simply just wanted to watch a basketball game at a bar at lunch time. After this happened he made it a point to pay zero attention to us. Luckily the other bartender noticed and made it a point to serve us. We stayed for one drink after this happened and called it a day at B2. Unfortunately this was the second time this guy has made us feel uncomfortable and has been very disrespectful and we will not be coming back to b2 anytime soon.Updated 3/25 - Eric thank you for reaching out and taking the time to talk. Very kind and very professional and it goes a long way after we had a little bit of an unfortunate time at B2 few weeks back. Great environment, friendly bartenders who work hard to keep the place clean and comfortable, and great tasting fresh beer make this one of our go-to's.
