“Awesome place. I always get lunch here. Everything is good but my favorite is the Chicken pita thing. It's grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, onion, and honey mustard. It's very very delicious. They have tables but it's very cramped and if youre going to eat there don't expect privacy, they tables are super close together.“
“They make their food fresh and they really impressed me. Their food was also really delicious and I will go back there. The people there were also very nice. Their store was also clean and comfortable.I can tell that they are also hard workers because that can be tiring.Parking: There was parking space that were close to the store.Kid-friendliness: They were really nice.“
“Depending on your style and needs, this could be the right place for you. The aesthetic is super fun with seating like airplane seats, bright lights, and really loud music. The coffee is good with coffee-adjacent drinks with fun names. I have never seen the place empty or slow. There are a handful of pastries (croissant, pecan roll, ham and cheese croissant, everything bagel twist, etc.) to accompany the beverages. I was told the pastries come from Le French Dad Boulangerie, so if you like their baked goods, you’ll be pleased. If you’re prone to migraines or if you’re looking for a semi-quiet place to work or have a chat, this is not the place for you. If you want to show friends or visitors a unique place with good coffee, this does the job.“
“Great meal and overall time here! Our server was super nice and friendly/helpful he really guided us through the menu and gave some great suggestions. The restaurant itself is super nice and cozy while being spacious, but oh man the food is unreal. We had the meatballs (so big and flavorful and smothered in sauce), the mushroom pizza which was loaded with mushrooms, super flavorful and unique. Also got the vodka pizza which was really great, we got extra vodka sauce on the side so we could really drown it and loved it. My friend got the gluten free and she said it's the first gluten free bread she's had that actually tastes like real bread and loved it.“
“5 Stars for everything. You just can't go wrong. People are awesome, drinks: awesome. And their food is awesome. Imaging you were thinking of going to starbucks and getting microwaved eggs. What in the world is wrong with our society lmao.“
“Pour City Roasters is the best coffee around. So much better then the big chain places. Jimi, Allison and family make you feel at home when you go in. The service is excellent and they treat you like family. The coffee is like nothing you have ever had. Go have a cup and you will not be “
“No matter the time of day, they are kind and attentive. There has not been a single thing I bought and did not love.I cannot express how delicious their coffee is. Black with a double shot of espresso and there isn't a droplet of bitterness. ✨Dietary restrictions: Vegan and GF options“
“Kubo Coffee and Creamery has earned my consistent 5/5 rating ! It's my favorite spot in New Jersey, always providing an excellent experience. The flavors are consistently delightful, making it a top-notch destination for a satisfying treat.“
“An amazing experience from the the walk in the door to me leaving and putting on my coat! The beautiful atmosphere is breathtaking and the staff were very pleasant. I will definitely return !!!Parking: There is a paint parking lot across the street and also metered pay parking“
“Had Breakfast with a friend here this morning. Brilliant food, excellent staff and stunning space with exceptional artwork. The food is an original take on multicultural favorites and the atmosphere was super welcoming; like visiting a good friend's home. I'm looking forward to my next visit and bringing my family here! I highly recommend Meet me at Madison's!“
“Found this place through Google and it was the best surprise. We love ice cream and this competes with all the top jersey destinations. highly recommend — support a small business and hopefully they will get a bigger better space so that more people will find them and enjoy.“
“I met a friend for dinner in Boonton and he asked if I've ever been to Boonton Coffee Co. When I said "no" he said "you gotta try this coffee". We walked over and I ordered an iced vanilla latte, just like I've done at Starbucks for well over a decade. Long story short, this place has ruined Starbucks for me. The quality and flavor of their coffee is unmatched. With all due respect to Folgers Freeze Dried coffee, that's what Starbucks now tastes like in comparison. If the owners are reading this...please let me know if you're considering another location. I'd definitely invest.“
“It’s not all about the willow and whisk like some may think with such a name. The true gold here is the griddle and bisqueTomato that is. The grill cheese and tomato soup would be my last meal if I was put on death row. Let’s just say delicious is an understatement. A little pricey but you are definitely paying for quality so it’s worth it. Our server Anastasia was so nice and helpful and awesome.“
“The cutest, quaintest coffee shop you will ever see! I love small businesses, because they take such care and devotion into handcrafting every drink, and you can see whyAnd if you can’t decide you can get a flight! The tiramisu, and the Italian rainbow cookie are definitely my two favorites!“
“Wow!! So we had a group of 8 and was pouring rain so looking for a takeout place. Found Tacos Polos because it was only 5 minutes away. We ordered tons of food for pickup. The price was great and the quality and amount for the price was unbelievable. We ordered a 30 tacos combo ?they were amazing. Everything was so good. We are so happy we found an amazing takeout place nearby.“
“An educated guess: to date I’ve done at least 60,000 downward dog poses in the 20+ years I’ve been practicing yoga all over North Jersey. And Good Vibes is easily my all-time favorite studio to unroll my mat, get deep into the asanas (attempting to keep up with all the amazing instructors and fellow members - all half my age, by the way!) and leave an hour later, completely spent but feeling great.Clean studio, incredibly passionate and engaging instructors, solid pricing (with plenty of discounts/offers throughout the year), metered parking.Easily the most diverse and inclusive yoga studio I've been to.Definitely recommended.“
“So I have been here twice in one week. I'm mad at myself for never finding this gem sooner. I guess the sign isn't vibrant enough, which me and Ali (one of the employees or even manager not sure) talked about. The sign is apparently orange but comes off as brown lol anyway I found the chicken and beef/lamb gyros excellent. Both seasoned well together with the fresh veggies that go in it. What really tops everything off are them fries! It's legit crack lol it reminded me of my highschool fries (Parsippany High). They made bangin' fries back then. Nice crisp to their fries. I was fortunate enough to even try their Police Milkshake and some baklava which is a sweet dessert! Both great stuff. I like how they use almond milk for their shakes as I am lactose intolerant haha I apologize for not having any photos because I'm super hungry every time and I just wanna eat. Til Next time!Edit Update:: So today I got my usual Beef&Lamb Gyro Pita and was able to take a photo this time. The fries always hit the spot for me. I also learned they have sweet potato fries. Karim, I highly recommend sweet potato fries w/cinnamon sugar coating. Thank me later!!! I also had a taste of the Honey B Avocado smoothie. Like whooooa! That's some good stuff. I would have never knew it had spinach in it, definitely a must try if you come here. I am gonna have to try every smoothie they offer. As stated before, I love how the base is almond milk. Keep it up guys! Special Shout out to my man Ali!“
“Ladies and gentlemen this is one of the best cafes in and around clifton-paterson- garfield area where you can grab a very flavorful coffee and enjoy a little studying time. The cafe has plenty of seats for everyone and plenty of outlets. Mario and jason are both great baristas and are phenomenal with the customers. I definitely come here often and study and enjoy the environment and vibes of cafe. It can get a little hectic and loud when there are inconsiderate people around but all in all one of my fav cafes. They always have new drinks and the baristas are very creative. Well done!“
“Defying Gravitea is a cute spot for breakfast, coffee/tea, or some little sweets. My mom and I stopped in early one morning and the owner Gina was super friendly and welcoming. The menu is entirely gluten/dairy free and as someone who is not gluten or dairy free, I believe the food was just as tasty, if not better! I had a pot of Rise + Glow tea and French toast. Will definitely be back!“
“I come here most of the time I'm in the area when working and it's always great. Their blueberry scones are delicious and have wonderful texture, and the Taylor ham egg and cheese bagels are a great vegan alternative to the real thing.“
“I, my wife, and my friends love coming here. The coffee is great - I’m a big fan especially of the “Vanilla Snuggle”, and also of the iced coffee. The service is always friendly. It’s a popular place on the weekends, but I especially love coming in on a weekday to do work on my laptop. The atmosphere is relaxing. Local art is displayed on the walls. There are community events. There are delicious gluten-free options for food. I’m very happy to have this coffee shop in my area.“
“I’ve been going to this place since it open- it’s wonderful place - best flat white in our area hands down - probably the whole menu is excellent- it’s just I’ve been drinking same drink for years. Same exact drink lol. Place has vibe and Dave is absolutely amazing at bringing whole community together. There is always something going on there - check their instagram- Dave keep you posted on everything ?? my favorite option is that u can order through and app and ur drink is ready when u come - cuz I’m always on a run ☺️“
“This place was very awesome, Gus was an extremely nice and welcoming guy. He served us breakfast empanadas and insanely delicious coffee. The everything seasoning breakfast empanadas were THE best morning empanadas I’ve had in the area; and I would order that cold brew any day of my life. 10/10 experience will go there again ?“
“I did a Google search for a coffee shop and came upon this small, unique shop. I ordered a latte and it was very good. It’s a very small set up with a huge mission. It’s a non-profit to help people with disabilities to have a place to work. What a great cause! I didn’t get any food but the options looked quite yummy.Parking: Very little parking on the street. There is a lot behind the building which had quite a few empty spaces. Have to walk around the building to get to the storefront but not difficult or long walk.“
“Me and my boyfriend stopped by to do the tea ceremony to learn more about tea & culture! The owner is so sweet & knowledgeable, the tea ceremony was definitely worth it and we learned a lot from her. The ceremony felt like fun but also as professional as taking a class on how to brew your own teas at home & their origins.Definitely reccomend stopping by for anyone who has an interest in trying new teas.“
“I feel compelled to comment on the one-star reviews regarding the accusations of racism, as I find it deeply unsettling. The criticism leveled against the staff, suggesting a lack of attention, strikes me as a misunderstanding, particularly in light of my personal experiences. My autistic son, who is an employee of Seven Scoops, often struggles with eye contact and can unintentionally say things that might be misinterpreted. The staff at Seven Scoops has been nothing short of remarkable in their interactions with my son. They have significantly boosted his self-esteem, patiently engaged with his frequent text messages, and consistently welcomed his presence and contributions. This level of support and acceptance is a testament to their character and dedication.I urge the authors of the negative reviews to reconsider their words and instead become aware of your surroundings before placing judgement on our children with special needs.“
“Cozy coffee shop off Watchung in Montclair. I've been going here for years and am always treated with great service and great drinks. The owners are such nice folks, too.Not to mention, the doughnuts they source are incredible. No, really, you have to get one if you visit.Dog friendly, ever-changing wall art by local talent, indoor seating, and public wifi.“
“Angelos is a must stop if you’re in the area. A quaint, neighborhood Italian eatery that delivers both quality and service. Love the chicken cutlets, broccoli rabe and pasta fagioli. Pictured is an egg, broccoli rabe and mozz breakfast wrap for under $10.“
“Pass this place every Monday and finally stopped in. This isn't a grab a pot and pour you a coffee spot. The barista measured and weighed out the coffee and then put it in a filter. She poured the water in and the coffee slow dripped out into the cup. You doctor it yourself with the provided sugar (2 types), honey, milk and half and half. The coffee was very good. Not bitter like some coffee places. Price wise is wasn't crazy expensive ($4.20 for a 20oz cup).“
“The service was quick and attentive despite being the only worker available. Everything in the location was clean and delicious. Overall, thankful for this late night bite! It was delicious, cost efficient, and a great source for ice-cream craving satisfaction!“
“Twisted Tulip is a cute and cozy cafe with a very relaxing vibe. I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and the latte of the day 'Vanilla Rose Latte'. The Latte of the day was good but the rose/vanilla aspect was very not very pronounced. The other latter was also good. They offer a good variety of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, etc., The decor was unexpected (graffiti styles) with the name being twisted tulip, but it was a bright fun look. They have stools along a glass window, as will as tables/chairs and a cozy corner with a little couch, and a shelf of books (all very inviting) They also have outdoor seating but there seems to be a lot of construction happening around the building...hopefully it will be done by the time its warm enough to sit outside. The staff was friendly and the music was great; Overall a great experience. I'll definitely be back and recommend folks to stop by.Parking: Lots“
“I don't think I've ever had something from JDs that I didn't like. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've used them for catering also and I was impressed with their pricing and options. Tables are always full and staff is always friendly. Quality is consistent. My favorite is constantly changing but my family loves the BLK and the patsy.“
“I just found T.I.M. Waterbar only a few months ago. It may be tempting to write this off as new age hooey - but I fill up once a week because the water slides down like silk. No joke. Their coffee selection is A+, and every time I visit I wish I could stay all day. I'm a fan.“
“Freshly made super tasty ice creams! Wait times are bit longer but not all the time. Offer booking facility for upcoming orders. Take out or eat outside the shop, always a treat to go! Keep up the good work guys. We are loving it!Parking: Ample parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love it!“
“Been there a couple of times for pastries only and coffee. They are great. I believe they have a lunch menú. They do have sitting area. Parking lot a bit small tho--carpool when in large groups. I don't think walking there would be recommended since is right by the junction to route 23 North and traffic is relatively fast. Service and atmosphere always attentive. A whole in the wall and Truly the most authentic Italian bakery I've ever been to in the east coast.Parking: Small parking lot“
“My sister and ate here yesterday with our nine year old twin niece and nephew. We had milkshakes and pancakes. In the middle of the meal, Caleb said, "this meal gets 5 stars for magnificent milkshakes (the kids had Oreo crunch milkshakes), delicious pancakes, and friendly service." Couldn't have said it better myself.“
“I selfishly want to keep this place a little secret, but I know it's not right to do and so I must share my thoughts and quick review so that you may enjoy it too. My go-to coffee is usually black and nothing else. Instead I opted to try their "Hot Chai latte"and a choice of oat milk, half/half and milk and other options. I went with the half/half and It was absolutely delicious. Groundwork's Cafe is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself with their many food and drink options. The energy and vibe is exactly what I like to surround myself in. The cafe is extremely clean all around!!!! The staff members are beyond friendly and welcoming. There's off street meter parking and town meter parking lots within a short walking distance. What I ordered: Hot chai latte Chicken Colombian empanadas A small cup of Tomato Soup I LOVED IT ALL! My NEW FAVORITE PLACE and I'm looking forward to going back.“
“I rarely post reviews but I was moved to do so because of the great experience I recently had at Mattarello’s Bakery and Cafe. The young woman who assisted me with the purchase of a chocolate mousse cake was lovely, and she did a great job personalizing it. The elegantly decorated cake was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted—light, airy, and intensely chocolatey. A special cake for sure.“
“The best gelato in NJ hands down. I'm from Europe and always have a hard time finding authentic gelato, well this is it! I drive from NY to Gio's for the affogato with nocciola gelato, and my girls love the strawberry one. Delicious, local, and the owner/staff are wonderful people.“
“Jola Coffee is hands down, the best coffee shop in the area! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The menu offers a wide variety of specialty drinks, from classic lattes to unique flavor combinations. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or just looking for a quick pick-me-up, Jola Coffee has something for everyone. Don't forget to try their homemade pastries and they are absolutely delicious!“
“Really cute place, I was impressed with both the food & coffee.Went there for lunch, but ordered a coffee and it was surprisingly delicious (even better than the coffee shop down the street). The bakery items also looked amazing --- looking forward to trying them at some point.“
“Been coming to Liquid Church since Christmas. Besides being baptism in May. The one thing I enjoy is the coffee here at the Clean water Cafe! But since I've reset my body over a year do to allergies. I've decided to try the spicy chicken and Polynesian Sauce! Oh man that tastes good! Pastor K is riiiiight! But I like the idea I'm also supporting a good cause by aiding areas for drilling wells. Where it's needed & where liquid church will go to who is in need. Money well spent and aiding others! Clean place to eat and also they help those with special needs. By giving these peopleA job. As far as I am concerned its a trifecta. We have the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit! Now we have a church who helps those in need and drills Wells for those less fortunate and All supporting a good cause! If your near Jefferson Rd and Webro Rd. & craving chicken or a snack? Stop in & enjoy a comfortable place to eat.“
“Now I know why my mother has been here three times! Service was great food was great! They had so many specials it's hard to choose! I went with the stuffed calamari and the pasta with a salmon and shrimp white sauce. Wife had the eggplant appetizer special along with one of the pasta specials with red pesto. The bread for the table is fresh! As in they pop a small loaf into the oven and in 15 min you've got a loaf fresh from the oven! The chef/grandmother came around to see how everyone was enjoying their food. It's all the little things that make a difference. We'll definitely be back!“
“I've been going to vesta chocolate for a long time, and it never disappoints. Everything at this place is delicious. I would recommend the cookies and brownies. Also the owner and workers are really nice. I highly recommend stopping in.“
“I'm not a coffee drinker but I was craving something warm today so I decided to stop by. I wasn't expecting to love the hot cocoa as much as I did but it was truly delicious. Really full-bodied chocolate flavor with the right amount of sweetness. Will be back again soon!“
“Had brunch here with 2 other people. Everything we ordered was delicious. I had coffee, orange juice, an omelet with potatoes and bread. Even the bananas from my wife's pancakes were delicious. Staff is nice and the place has an overall good vibe.“
“Stopped here after visiting the Edison Museum. Parking in the street was easy to find with a short walk to the shop. There are a few small table and very friendly staff waiting inside. We got the iced match latte, iced cappuccino, and some spinach and feta pastries. Perfect snack before the ride home. The pastry was crispy and the filling was delicious as were the drinks.“
“Attention West Coast natives! Have you, like me, been desperately hunting for a good maple donut only to find that for some reason that’s not a thing on the east coast?? Glaze Donuts has you covered!!! Other places have fancy “maple bacon sourdoughnuts” and things like that, but we know it’s not the same. Look. The east coast has better bagels, the west coast has better donuts. It’s just the way our country is divided. But if you’re looking for a truly stellar, no-nonsense yet absolutely delicious and creative donut experience, Nutley Donuts is the place. ?“
“I'm glad we had a chance to stop in at this hidden gem. There is a parking lot on the side of the café, first impression walking in it was nice and clean and a nice sitting area in the back. Minimal noise is a great place to study, read, and get some work done. I am happy to see that the closing time is at 7 pm, which makes it better for evening quiet time. The latte was good, and my partner ordered a matacha latte. For food we ordered a cream cheese crossiant and a marble cake both were very tasty. For me, I'd much rather have something more hearty, but this is a perfect spot for a small bite with café drink options.“
“10/10 would recommend if you're running low on laxatives!Every time either myself or my husband eats here, we spend the next 24 hours in and out of the bathroom. I've displaced water with the nearly all-liquid poo that has been expelled from my body. I'm quite impressed about what was cleared out of my body after just one McDouble or McChicken. Better than Exlax or Imodium! And for the record, I know it was from the food here, it was the only thing I had put in my body that day.“
