“We had the jerk chicken and pork al pastor tacos. They were delicious! The tacos were difficult to eat because the tortillas were so full. When i picked it up, the filling spilled out and the tortilla fell apart after 2 bites. The chips and guac were great. The guac was very fresh. We would definitely go back. Yum.“

“Came to this place not knowing what to expect but saw lots of great reviews and I can absolutely say it lived up to its ratings. Me and the fam got to try the tenders(hugee), ribs, rotisserie chicken, burgers, general tsos and chopped cheese sandwich and OH MY was it DELICIOUS. The people here were also very friendly and accommodating, they also had good music playing in the background. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone in or out of town. I will be coming back for more as it seems they updated their menu with some great new stuff that I can't wait to try. Small but tasty restaurant!

I was supe rintrigued by this menu and wanted to try a decent amount of items to compare to other mexican cuisine. the tacos de pulpo (octopus) was absoutely insane - I loved the portion they served. they definitely did not hold back! the guacamole tasted extemely fresh; I'm pretty sure it was made in a molcajete, so yum! the burrito bowl in a taco shell was delicious. it had so many beautiful layers of flavor! i cannot wait to go back and get more TACOS!! and the aguas frescas were SO refreshing! 10 out of 10!“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. “I’m visiting from out of town and stopped by for lunch when I first arrived. Let me tell you, if you haven’t been here…you’re missing out. Some of the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had on the east coast. I had 3 mojitos and the sopa de mariscos. You could tell the seafood was fresh and the soup was recently made. It had that home cooking by your grandma kind of feel.

I liked the place so much I went back 2 more times! I’ve had a strawberry margarita on the rocks, passion fruit margarita on the rocks, and a passion fruit mojito. Those bartenders really know how to make that drink right! I mean to find a restaurant that makes great drinks AND great food? Oof! Heaven!

Second time I went, I had the fajita suprema. My god! Guys, I think they make the tortillas there! They were so nice! It had a taco fluff to it that I’ve never had before and didn’t know I needed in my life! The meat was tender, the chicken was juicy, and the shrimp was surprisingly large!

Third time I went, I had carne asada steak with the rice and black beans. PERFECTION! ::Chefs kiss:: The meat was cooked exactly how I asked, medium rare. It was seasoned to perfection. I didn’t need sauce. It would have been sacrilegious! That steak was an experience!

Trust my eating habits! I didn’t gain 50 pounds on eating McDonald’s

“Stopped in for a quick takeout. I had cecina tacos and my son the chicken quesadillas. Pretty straightforward, tacos were on the small side, 3 for $10. It's a small, quiet place, just 8 tables. Service was fast and friendly.

“I loved the concept they got going on here. A taco truck that not is really a taco truck!? I'm down!
Down to business, this a very small but cozy place. However, if you have a party of more than 4, this isn't a place to sit in. If you don't mind splitting tables outside then you're good sort of. Inside, there is one table only and it's good for 4. Other than that, it's like a bar-like seating what's available and there aren't that many.
The food, condensed menu is already a plus for me. All good choices and they're not your basic Mexican food choices. The Birria Ramen is specially delicious.
The staff is great, nice people who take care of you.
The only con for me is the price, everything is well above $10. You could argue that this is because of the food portion sizes and I wouldn't necessarily disagree
