“I got a vegan ice cream cake here for my mother’s birthday. My mom is dairy free and she was so over the moon to have an ice cream cake. It was absolutely delicious and SO hard to believe that it wasn’t actually ice cream because it had all of the qualities of the best ice cream cakes like chocolate layers and becoming perfectly melty on your plate. “Location was easy to find, and very clean. Staff very friendly and soo many options of cider and mead to choose from. Definitely recommend doin a few flights before choosing something. The sour cider was actually my favorite. Definitely will come back and they are dog friendly which is an added bonus.“
“One of the best bakeries in NJ. You cannot go wrong with a single item. The fruit and cream brioches are my favorite. They are topped with seasonal fruit and are so fresh. The coconut cream donut may have been the best donut I’ve ever had. The scones are so delicious. The macarons are another favorite. Unique flavors and they are the size of your palm. I travel over an hour (each way) to get here and I promise you it’s worth the trip!“
“Yesterday stopped in during a walk downtown to enjoy the beautiful weather. Staff was extremely friendly (as always) .Decided to try something new, so I had the Haulin Oats (Oatmeal Raisin Cookie). I must say as someone who loves Oatmeal Raisin Cookies…this was the absolute best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend, I’ve also tried their cupcakes and cinnamon rolls also very tasty. Never disappoints!“

“Hands down, best peanut butter chocolate combo cups/ball I've ever had in my life. My hubs and I hid the box from our teenagers. I've had the cookies, brownies, cupcakes, and brownie cookies. “WOW! The Burgers here are AMAZING! Everything here is organic and the beef is grass fed. You can tell the burgers here are high quality. I had the Mushroom Shroom Burger, and it was so delicious! The burger was so juicy. Even the bun was fresh and melted in my mouth along with the burger. The hand cut fries were very good, but wish they were served hot. I was shocked when the girl at the register said the truffle fries were $12 and a small milkshake is $10! You can end up spending $40-$50 just for a burger, truffle fries, and a shake here which is overpriced. The 5 stars is because everything was so delicious! I recommend Hearthly Burger in Shrewsbury!“

“First time going here - and I'm so glad I did! I was on my way home from the airport and decided to try a new restaurant. I read some reviews and ended up here. The place is clean (although dark and had a strange smell at first) and the floor was a bit slippery (maybe just waxed?). It was around 3 or 4 in the afternoon on Fri and wasn't very crowded, a few people. We were greeted warmly by the lady in the front and promptly seated. We were promptly given those thin round crunchy things (don't know the name) with several sauces, which was good. We loved the green sauce. We ordered lamb biryani and chicken tikka masala with garlic naan, and a mango lassi. It took maybe 15 mins to get our food Everything was DELICIOUS!!! My husband ordered medium spice on the lamb and it was a little too spicy for him, he will probably take it down a notch next time. I had mild on the chicken tikka masala and I loved it. The rice was nice and fresh and the mango Lassi was creamy. The yogurt was even great! The naan was not too garlicy and cooked just right. Portions were good, I brought some home and it was just as good the second day. Service was great, they walked by frequently and brought things out when requested, were not intrusive but attentive, and cleared our table when we were finished. They did take a little long to bring the check. It's been 4 days since I went and i haven't stopped thinking about this place. I will be returning soon!“

This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. “Not only are the baked goods delicious, but the woman who was working behind the bakery counter was such a kind soul. I was having lunch down the street at a place where there was no restroom, and I went into 2 other businesses asking to use the restroom and was turned away. When I came here, she let me use the restroom even though it wasn’t for the public, and then sent me home with a complimentary lemon bar. It was so unexpectedly nice - I wish more people ran their businesses this way.“

“In the summer months, I always look to have a nice refreshing lemonade, and Pucker's is definitely the place to get it while visiting Asbury Park. Just one sip, and you know you are getting fresh squeezed lemonade that has the right amount of sweet to tart ratio. The place is small and hardly noticeable on the boardwalk unless you are using the restrooms that are directly behind them. They also serve fries (several sizes) and fried oreos, but I haven't had the chance to try them yet as I always go for the lemonade. The staff is friendly and quick with the orders, so no complaints about the service. I noticed some reviews stated that the price of the lemonade is a tad high at $6 each or $7 if you get a flavored lemonade, but I think it is pretty reasonable. I definitely recommend and most certainly stop by again the next time I am in the area.“

“Izu Sushi is by far the best sushi restaurant in the Long Branch area. The staff is friendly and polite. Regardless of dine-in or takeout, the food is always fresh and delicious. I’ve been coming here for nearly 2 years and order at least once every 2 weeks and I’ve never had a negative experience. I recommend Izu to anyone who reads this review!!!“

“I’ve seen people in the reviews say this is expensive but that’s a little surprising to me, especially in an expensive area like this, I’ve found the prices to be exactly what you’d expect for a higher end lounge/restaurant with excellent food like this. Everything I’ve had from here in the dozen or so times I’ve had it has been excellent, although I do find the cooked food better than the sushi. The sushi is good but there are better places in the area that do sushi only better; however, for a place with a diverse Asian menu, which is usually the sign of bad food, they break the trend because everything I’ve had here is awesome, especially any rice or noodle based dishes.“

I had the pleasure of having a daddy/daughter night out with my 9-year-old and took her to one of her favorite places in Red Bank. We didn't have a reservation, but they could sit us. We never felt rushed; after all, it is an "experience" when we go there. Staff was friendly and my daughter felt special. The manager, Dave, stopped by from time to time to see how things were going as well which her feel like we were a "big deal".Not exactly my type of restaurant but the experience and memories that her and I will have are priceless. “I am pleased to highly recommend this Luigi’s for all your catering needs… I hosted my family to color eggs yesterday.. then catered dinner.. the guest all loved loved the food!! Kelly the owner insured me it we be enough and it was not only more then generous portions in each tray but the food was beyond gourmet and delicious… the pizza is always top on the list with the kids but the trays of cavatelli w white clams , eggplant parm, penne vodka and shrimp franchise were to die for!!!! And the Caesar salad a hit!!! This will be my go to from now on I highly recommend.. I’m Italian and know great food… we have lived here since 1998 and use to dine there too… I’m looking forward to the dining room to reopen again it will definitely be my go too!!!! “I stopped in here on a whim, as I was walking by after a nail appointment to pick up lunch. OMG! Everything looked so terrific I ended up getting quiche for lunch and a flounder meal to take home for dinner. Both were so delicious! I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu“
