“Jimmy Max has always been a Staten Island staple to me, but I recently hosted a first party for my daughter there and can now double down on that sentiment. :-) Erin was so wonderful to work with leading up to the party. She was quick to respond via email, answered all of my questions, and sat with us in person to sort out final details. The day of the event, Erin and the rest of the staff worked so hard to make sure that everyone was happy throughout the day. It’s the first party I’ve hosted where I felt relaxed from start to finish - and that’s all thanks to the staff at Jimmy Max. The food was delicious and plentiful! The space was beautiful! And the staff was an a+ team! Highly recommend for a party of any kind!“

“One of the best bakeries in Staten Island ! Fantastic cakes, pies and cookies and pastries. Their ring pastries are beyond great! The coconut rings are a hot hit. Get there early or they're out very soon! Ladies behind the counter are always smiling, they're quick and proficient. Definitely Give them a try when you're in the neighborhood!“
“Consistently my favorite cookie shop, they make the best rainbow cookies (each individually coated in chocolate.) The brownies are great if you want a chocolate fix, I especially love the salted caramel brownies. They also have great hamentashen and Italian cookies if you want something lighter.I haven't found anything here that I haven't loved except maybe the cookie/brownie. I prefer brownies to be gooey and chewy, while I prefer chocolate chip cookies to be thin and crispy. When you combine them you get something that's neither and it just doesn't do it for me (though if these types of combos are your thing I hear they're very good here.)“
“Danny and his staff needs to be recognized for a great deed done. Besides the exception food quality and service each week, this week during my visit I dropped 2 x $100 bills while getting into my car. I receive a message on facebook messenger from Danny Derosa that they found something i dropped. one of their employees found it in the parking lot turned it in to Danny and he took the time to check the cameras and realize it was me who dropped it (you could imagine how busy it was Saturday morning) Thank you, it is my pleasure to shop here.“
“The service is amazing, the girls are very sweet. The carrot cake is to die for. I mean it's incredible. They offer this sampler of bite size cakes..it's a genius idea. “Love their mousse cakes and Irish Soda Bread. When we travel off Staten Island, our hosts ask us to bring Mother Mousse to their place for dessert. Their Irish Soda Bread has great taste and does not fall apart like others. I can slice it thin and it does not break apart.“
“Exceptional The sandwiches are to die for the BLT & turkey are excellent breakfasts are sooo good the ricotta and egg sandwich just always consistent and tasty. PRESENTATION is beautiful unique and creative. I order out through uber eats too and even delivery again food arrives hot and delicious. I left a sandwich on my counter for lunch my daughter ate it before I got a bite. I highly recommend piece of cake for everything from breakfast lunch dinner and dessert.“

“Above and beyond any expectations. Wanted to have some 7 layer cookies delivered to my house. It was for my sister's 50th birthday. By the way, I live in Tampa Florida. I'm originally from Staten Island and was a regular customer. The ladies that helped me were wonderful. Please forgive me but I can't remember their names right now. One of them was the owner herself. She kept in constant contact with me, to make sure they were delivered safely. She even called me from the UPS store to give me tracking info. Her and her employees really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Of course I was 100% plus satisfied. Also needless to say, those cookies really brought my family back to the there. You can't find anything close to their cookies here. I can't thank them enough. God bless them all.“
“The heart and soul of this restaurant is in their workers- such lovely young women working for the two female owners; I hope they know how blessed they are to have such an amazing staff. Besides the coffee and food being delicious and allergy friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and well lit - a goos place for lunch or breakfasy or to hanf with some friends. Their menu isnt huge but it is tastey and well designed. You can order with them on grubhub as well, but I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant to see their smiling faces and enjoy the flowery ambiance which always put me in a better mood. Theyre highly personable and make a person want to stop in. Their home-made baked goods are delicious. My biggest hope for this restaurant is that it's being well managed so that the staff wants to stay, so it keeps having that personal, delightful touch.“
