“I’ve been eating at this place for a while. It’s pretty good standard Chinese food oh and the sushi is always good. The reason I’m writing this review is because of their delivery driver. An older gentleman came to my door with a smile very friendly. After he handed me the bag he extended his hand for a hand shake and said happy new year. You don't see that type of kindness/friendliness every day. Give panda house a try good people work there“
“We have been going to Jinli for several years, even though it’s a 45 minutes drive from our house — we love the food and staff and have never been disappointed. The place has something for everyone and the flavors are authentic and delicious. Our favorites are Fish filet in Sichuan chili oil, cumin lamb and the kids love the sesame chicken! Strongly recommended for amazing Sichuan food for the whole family!“
“Christmas Eve and servers had great attitudes. I am very thankful they were working this night. We noticed not all customers were cordial but that didn't stop any servers from being great. And of course the place is clean, appropriately Italian in decor and the food perfect as usual. “We had an office luncheon today to celebrate a coworker’s birthday. There were 11 of us. 8 of us wanted the unlimited soup, salad and unlimited breadsticks option. The other 3 ordered a dish off the menu. Our server Al was on top of his game. We had only a limited amount of time before returning back to work so he made sure our drinks were always full, soups, salads and breadsticks kept coming until we got our fill. Al is very courteous, professional and very nice. OG is very lucky to have him and today so were we. Great job Al on excellent, prompt service. James, one of the managers stopped by to greet us and to see how we were doing. Great teamwork, we felt very welcomed… and full! Thanks guys. Well done.“

“I don’t come here often only after my long 12 hr shifts when I’m too tired to cook. The past two times the general manager was the person that rang me up. She is outstanding. She always greats with such warmth, she’s always so helpful. It’s just so nice and refreshing to end the day with someone who you can tell genuinely takes pride in what she does. It’s little things like this that make me want to purposely come back here even on a day when I can cook. Thank you for your great example of excellent customer service.“
