“Miss old-fashioned Jersey shore breakfast? Look no further than Poppy’s. Run by Tina with Poppy (named by their grandson) in the kitchen. Their lunches are as good as their breakfasts! The prices are unbelievable! And sandwiches come with soup or fries. (Get their soups, incredible and all homemade.) they have an extensive list of daily specials all under $13.95 (including the soup.Huge menu. Their meatballs and gravy are homemade, so is their coleslaw and tartar sauce. Service is great. After 40 yrs in the restaurant biz, they know how to do it right! They have a fun 50’s theme with Elvis memorabilia. Even the bathroom have fun 50’s decor. But number 1, to die for, is their homefroes. Sliced thin with onions (on request), super crispy! The best I’ve ever had!!!Drop by for Jersey food cooked by Italian-Americans! Can’t get better than that!Say “hi” to Tina for me.It closes at 3pm, so come early!!!“
“I’ve been frequenting Three30three for years. Pretty much everyday for a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. *better than All Star bagel in Manchester. Hamburgers are freshly made and homemade style. *not a run of the mill frozen patty. Soups are all homemade and sell out like crazy. Drink selection is plentiful. Salads are all freshly made and a good variety. And the staff and fun and friendly.“

“11/15/2023: First time visit to the Toms River IHOP. Restaurant was clean, server was upbeat and the lunch was excellent. We each enjoyed Spinach-Mushroom omelet each with toast & fruit salad and coffee on the side. Well Done!Parking: There was AMPLE parking and entry & exit were easy.“

“This All Star Bagel was a hit! The bagels were so fresh and the cream cheese spread was loaded with scallions. Which I love, they were not cheap with the spread. The only problem I had at this place was them being sold out quickly of bagels. I went there at ten thirty on another occasion and they had very few bagels. I asked if they were going out of business and the woman was shocked that I asked that. I honestly thought they might be due to lack of bagels and they were opened until two pm. I used to frequent another All Star Bagel farther down on 37. Last time I went to this one I ordered a garlic bagel with scallions cream cheese. When I went to eat it it was think spread on the bagel and they topped it with regular cream cheese over the top of it. Buyer beware, they are ripping you off.“
