“I do not eat a lot of meat, so I'm picky about my hamburgers. If I am going to eat a Hamburger, it needs to worth it. This is my favorite local place to get a delicious burger. I usually get the Napa because it has fig jelly, Bleu cheese, sauteed oniins, and lettuce. I like my burgers rare, amd they actually cook it rare. It is moist amd perfectly seasoned. The brioche bun is always fresh. My friend ordered onion rings on this particular trip. I tried them, and they were good. I do not eat a lot of deep fried foods, though.They have great milkshakes here, too.“

“I have been coming here for YEARS for their amazing ice cream, and today was the first day I stopped in for lunch. The food was delicious! I had the Jersey Melt and it was so good! The burger was very juicy and cooked perfectl. The service was excellent! The staff is extremely friendly and so nice to the kids. Prices are very fair and the food came out so fast even with the dining room packed with people. This will definitely be my go to lunch spot for sure!“

“It's inside a very nice little locals bar, but definitely welcoming to everyone. Staff and patrons are very nice. They have a small selection of beer but good choices, seemed to have decent liquor selection as well. They also have a little section to purchase for home. We got a couple voodoo rangers, which is our regular anyway, so it was nice to see it on tap. We ordered the salt n vinegar fries and they were ??? can't wait to go back and try other stuff. The whole menu sounded delicious and the glorious aromas from the kitchen was tempting us to order. We live just up the road and would pass this place all the time, and I'm glad we stopped in. “Come here quite often for alcohol, they have a great selection for a small spot. Recently, I finally went there for a meal and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Staff was pleasant and quick with service. The only issue is the place is rather small and tables are limited.“

“The birria tacos are incredible. This might be a weird comparison, but the meat reminds me of my mom’s pot roast with Mexican flavors. It comes with a yummy “au jus” that just makes it melt in your mouth. The rice and beans, as well as the guacamole and fresh chips, round out a perfect meal. The prices can’t be beat for the quality. I want to try other items on the menu, but have not been able to stray from the birria tacos just yet.“
“Stopped here for dinner before a show at the Starland Ballroom. Plenty of parking and a ton of tables. Has an old-school Italian feel to it. Huge menu with a lot of classic dishes. Served warm bread before the meal with the option of olive oil and butter. They had a peach sangria special that was excellent. I tried the lobster raviolis and was pleasantly surprised. These weren’t your typical store bought pre-frozen raviolis. No sir. Fresh made and stuffed with lobster. The chicken Murphy was enough for two people! Amazing. Rest assured, next time I’m at the Starland I will be stopping back here before the show.“

“I had an overall wonderful experience at Colonial Diner. The food was better than your average diner and the atmosphere was very notable. I spoke to who I believe to be the manager there about the place and he pointed out the original floors and tiles in the building. The diner had a long bar stretched across the building with multiple TVs playing movies. The staff was very friendly and my order was taken and came very quickly. I showed up about a little over an hour before closing and the restaurant did not have many people in there. The parking lot was large and had many spots. I came on a Thursday night and the staff was very quick everything was done almost immediately after sitting down.“

The salmon roll was very creative and tasty - a bit messy to eat but I would recommend trying it. We’ve had better chicken and waffles elsewhere. I would’ve preferred the waffles to be crispier on the outside (it’s more like a thick waffle shaped pancake) and the chicken was almost over-fried. I’d say it’s a nice place for a brunch or lunch date.“

“We recently had a party and I can’t say enough about the manager, Jose and the overall staff. We originally booked the party room, but once our numbers exceeded the room limit, we were able to use part of the restaurant. They were extremely accommodating about everything. The food was very good and they allowed us to make changes to the menu without an issue. I Iwould also recommend the restaurant for an excellent meal.“
“I've been here many times, so I'm surprised I have never written a review. Last night, I had the ahi tuna tacos because I wasn't that hungry and they do not come with any sides. My friend had the filet mignon with cheese on an English muffin which was kind of a weird combination but she said it was okay. “I go to Panini Bistro all the time for their AMAZING Salads! That’s why I’m rating this place 5 stars. Their salads are by far the best in the area! My 2 favorites are the Pear & Goat Cheese and the Beet Salad. The candied walnuts that are in the salad are delicious! The salads are always fresh and so delicious. They don’t skimp on any of the ingredients. The salads come with fresh bread that’s amazing! I also tried their mushroom and Swiss burger that was very good! The brioche bun for the burger melted in my mouth. The eggplant and mozzarella panini I though was good, but I wouldn’t order that particular panini again. It tasted a little plain for my taste. I think their fries ok and could be better. Overall, I love Panini Bistro for their amazing bread and salads. I look forward to try more of their Paninis. “While DQ has great ice cream treats we really enjoy that you can custom make cakes. You only need 24 hours ahead of your event and you choose flavors and center. Everyone raves when the cake isn’t the standard ice cream cake. Pricing is on par with all ice cream cakes and is fresh made.“
“Excellent location. My teen son and I were going out to eat and were disappointed to find that our Morganville location was already closed to new customers a little before 8 PM. We searched and found that the East Brunswick location was open until midnight, and we drove there. The food and service were both excellent, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The young man who was our waiter (I am sorry to not have gotten his name, but it said Giovanni P on our receipt) was wonderful and very attentive to us. Mind you we were there later in the evening, and we were greeted with cheer even that late hour. My son was happy to see that there was a Sonic the Hedgehog menu, as he is a Sonic video game fan, an added bonus. I will not hesitate to come to this location again and would be fine making this our new go to Ihop, as it is close enough to where we live.“
“Finally got to live out Harold and Kumar with my son and the food was great for both of us. Chicken and waffles was surprisingly good. My only complaint was the long wait and missing sack of fries. Put in an online order with an estimated pickup of 13 minutes. Got in line a few minutes after the pickup time with a few cars ahead but then waited an additional 10 minutes for the food. Halfway down the highway we discovered the missing fries. But dang it felt good to eat some sliders at midnight again“
