“This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's in a 30 mile radius. The staff is always so welcoming and genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason I do not give 5 stars, is jersey mikes as a corporation needs to put the wax paper or even foil over the cheesesteaks so that when you get home in under 10 mins your bread and paper are not being new best friends. The soggyness of the paper when getting a cheesesteak is not fun at all. It is almost 20 dollars for a half and a drink, for the sake of all of your fans please fix that! 💜💫“

“Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live. “Omg my toddler walked out so happy with her lollipop in hand. PrimoHoagies rocks just for that alone! We were satisfied with the food of course! I had whacked chicken, she had the meatballs and spouse had the turkey. We got a cookie and chips for treats. The staff was friendly and clearly attentive since he gave her that candy hearing she wanted one and not the cookie. We will be back.“

“I was prepared for the worst based on the rating, but I was very pleasantly surprised! Not only did they have the veggie patties (some places have discontinued them where I'm from) but the staff also was so quick, friendly, and efficient. We even noticed one spoke multiple languages! “I love your hoagies. They are the best. However, for the first time, my order was incorrect. I ordered a 9" hoagie and got a 6" hoagie. Also, my Italian hoagie did not contain the peppers I requested. I already settled up with Grubhub, but you should know someone is not doing his job correctly.“

“I ordered a hoagie tray over the weekend and it was absolutely perfect, they made accommodations for me to put a cheesesteak on a tray, along with a buffalo chicken cheese steak. It was stacked perfectly with the cold sandwiches on one side and the hot sandwiches on another. The staff was absolutely outstanding, they even brought the tray out to my car for me! Very nice people over all and went above and beyond with service!“
