If they are out of anything they are always up front about it and make substitutions without any problems or up-charging. Literally enjoy picking up my pizza from here. “Everything you hope for from a local family-owned and operated eatery. Easy order and take-out, best chicken anywhere anytime. Cheese steaks are also good and prefer Pic 3 steaks over the other local places. Medford could use more places like Pic 3. Very fair prices across the menu. Wish they were open Monday/Tuesday though. I frequently work late, and on those days when I just don't feel like cooking, they have always been willing to make a fresh pie for me, right up till closing time (thank you!!!). “Food was all around good. Had fries , sandwiches , and wings. And wife had a carnival mixed drink which she loved.They are known for their wings which were cooked to perfection but the 2 sauces I had were just runny oil with no real taste(mild and hot and honey). Could not tell the difference from one sauce to the other. But they were still good. One of the juiciest wing meat I've ever had. So they still get 5 stars.“
“Wow!! Thank you Yelp!! We feel like we found a hidden gem!! But it's definitely not hidden. It was a pretty busy tavern. Service was wonderful! The food was delicious! The portions are huge!! I had the Country Chicken. So much flavor!! It is listed as spicy. You can request the level of heat. They add red pepper flakes. I asked for a little and it was perfect. My husband had the Spaghetti and Meatballs which is a Sunday special and enjoyed it. I definitely recommend this restaurant! We will definitely be back!“
“Simple and easy. I was in and out. Love their Italian hoagies but felt like a hot dog, just plain with sauted onions. I used to go to wawa, but they never have any available. Once I found they have them, I don't waste my time trying wawa anymore. Hoagies are a good size, so we share them. But this time, I was happy to get my tasty hot dog.“
“We love this place! We come here all the time and our favorite is the chicken and mutton karahis. Our most recent visit was for the Ramadan buffet, the buffet was full the entire time and the service was amazing. They even had some jayanamaz outside for maghrib prayer. The Karachi Kafe team is unmatched and we are grateful for such a wholesome expedience! Can’t wait to be back!“

In my opinion one of the best tasting wings around. Service is great.Yes it looks like a dive from the outside. Very local. “This is one of my favorite stops when I’m near or going thru the city. I always get a fresh original Popeyes chicken sandwich. It is always fresh bread juicy pickles . Not to much mayo and when I bite into my sandwich I always taste all the ingredients. Sounds crazy but the combination of tasting everything on my sandwich with every bite I take down to the last bite is mouth watering . There drive thru is never overcrowded, quick and a friendly smile and thank you. With napkins already in my bag!!!“
