My personal experience at this store has always been pleasant. The staff has always been friendly and attentive, especially Tricia. I like the wide open, spacious store because it feels very inviting.My only complaint is the parking lot because it's a bit of a hassle to get into the lot directly in front of the store for the handicapped spot. But the contractors and designers worked with the space they had so it is what it is.
I have been wanting to come here, the new location of Starbucks. Coming here on a drizzling foggy day - ordered a tall Pike for myself and it was perfectly brewed, and a grande mocha Frappuccino and it was delicious to its last sip!Spacious and airy space with many seatings, nice decor with many charging outlets, great for working, or just like me, chilling and enjoying the space.This place has been opened for almost a year, which is relatively new for the location also for the...read full review

I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews here. I always have quite good experience here. The staffs here are friendly, and the speed of service is acceptable. Maybe it’s because I always come on weekday evening, when there’s little traffic.
