I’m really surprised by all the negative reviews here. I always have quite good experience here. The staffs here are friendly, and the speed of service is acceptable. Maybe it’s because I always come on weekday evening, when there’s little traffic.

If this is the "New" Starbucks, then I'll keep the old one thanks. There is nothing inviting about this store and clearly designed to get people in and out with their mobile order. The idea of being able to carry on a conversation here is nonsensical. How far Starbucks has fallen.

I never have a issue here. I loved getting my venti iced vanilla chai with whip cream and caramel on top. So good and they always make it right.

Awful experience all around. First, the floor was so sticky, you could literally hear your foot peel off the ground with each step. Second, the manager Jody and four employees were loudly discussing missing money or something that maybe should have been private and ignoring me while I was waiting to order. No one helped me until I asked if I could place my order. Lastly, my hot chocolate had basically no taste to it. Worst location I’ve ever visited. The other reviews seem to indicate my experience was not unique!

my first yelp review because this place is terrible. service is awful and slow, the people that work here are not particularly welcoming or nice. one of the baristas was actually quite nice but seemed to be bullied by the others. I got a medium black decaf coffee and it was the worst coffee I've ever had no exaggeration. place is dirty. my girlfriend gets the fancy drinks which come out tasty, but paying 6$ after waiting 20 minutes in a dirty chaotic environment puts a bad taste in your mouth. don't order the basic black drinks they don't actually know how to make coffee. go to the Dunkin on 35 they are much better.

There needs to be quicker service here.Change management, schedule accordingly to busy hours, lessen the load of current workers or simply hire more people to keep up with the demand. Today, I waited 45 minutes in a drive-through!! There was maybe 6 cars ahead of me and only a few cars in the parking lot. Unfortunately this not the first time dealing with an unexplainably long wait time either, and to further the issue, there is no leaving the line until you reach an exit point. Something needs to be done, or else you will continue to lose local customers.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It is constant with this location and the waiting time is horrible. When I went there to get my drink there was ONE person doing the register and making everyone else the drinks. It took 20 minutes to get my drink. She was not the only person there though, I saw several people standing in the back and doing nothing. Also there was hair in my drink.

I worked at starbucks for 3 years- maybe it was because it was in a city and was super fast paced, but I made sure I got drinks to customers efficiently. They are unbelievably slow at this starbucks. Expect to wait in the drive through for at least 10-15 minutes, even if there's one car in front of you. Also, as a barista I loved interacting with customers and regulars! Not everyone is that way- but the people at this starbucks really seem like they hate their job.

Our java chip frappes tasted completely off. I asked for no egg on my breakfast sandwich and got egg anyway, bacon wasn't crispy at all. Ordered through uber and didn't get straws for the drinks. This place absolutely deserves it's low rating.
