“As a patron of the Tenafly location, I wanted to try the Montclair locale. Parking isn't great around there but we managed. The cocktails were good. There was a grilled octopus plate served with a salad as an appetizer and it was delicious! Most of the entrees were seasoned okay but nothing stood out. One of our 5 dishes came out wrong but corrected within 5 minutes. The original dish was meant for another table and we got the correct plate quickly. Noise level was normal for a Friday night. Very nice ambiance - decor wise. Would return.“

“My teenage son and I came to Cuban Pete's for the first time and absolutely love it! The atmosphere gives it a little Havana feeling. Then the food was delicious! My favorite was when Carlos played the djembe drum. He was very fun and energetic, and when we thanked him he seemed genuine. In all honestly, he should run a little side show because that is how entertaining it was! Come on by and have good food and entertainment.“

“My friend and I went here for dinner. The place has a great vibe. I saw other people saying that the stuff was either slow or too fast removing plates and so on. We did an experience at. Service was great and the food was excellent. Will definitely be returning when we come back to Newark!For some reason they gave us free appetizer. Garden salad, which was delicious and warm bread with warm olives and olive oil.My friend had the 23 ounce pork chop… Wow!He had a dirty vodka martini, which he said was excellent.And I had the seafood paella valenciana.Which I started with an apéritif of vermouth no ice and a glass of white wine.“

“An opinion only. The food is good. But, they made it clear that they did not value me and my patronage. My sandwich was stuffed with french fries to justify their pricing. The cashier said she asked if I wanted it "Greek style" when she did not. (Not even sure what Greek style" is). And put the wrong sauce on my falafel. They did not like to be made aware of my service issue. They did not value me as a customer, shown by the way they spoke to me, so I will not be going back. That's a shame too. This was maybe my 3rd time ordering. No matter how good the food I can not spend money where I do not feel valued as a customer.“

“Decor was of a bistro and had ample space. The staff very welcoming, helpful, and professional.This is farm to table restaurant The food was high quality, freshly prepared but came out in a timely fashion. The grilled whole Bronzino and the pork skewers really went above and beyond for the little touches that might get overlooked show a real pride in their food and service.The owner definitely went above and beyond to make a great experience even better. We will definitely be back again soon.“

“small ramen with big flavors. I enjoyed everything from the chill atmosphere to amazing food. the blend of Peruvian cuisine with traditional Japanese dishes is a match made in foodie heaven. I had the double fried wings and sloppy joe bao bun for a starter and each dish was better than the last. the wings were super crispy yet tender inside and the sloppy joe bao buns were a trip down memory lane. the sloppy brought me back to my childhood eating at a friend's house. for my ramen I had the tonkatu. their pork broth was hearty and tasteful and reminded me of my first bowl of real ramen. I highly recommend going there and finding out on your own...“

“I stopped in here on the way to the airport during a delay due to the earthquake. I had the bombas, they were the star of the show !!! But they were not hot, luke warm and cold. The pulpio was ok, somone called it the best thing on menu. I hope that is not the case !! The empanadas were too hot lol they took forever to cool down.“

“My friends & I went to Vinoteca last week and had such a wonderful time. The wine is very refreshing & delicious!! I love the fact that it’s self-served. To top it off, the food was out of this world!!! The staff was very kind & attentive and I would recommend Vinoteca to all, but, most importantly to all the wine lovers. “It was like dining in a 5 star establishment. I had the surf & turf. The jumbo shrimp.was perfectly cooked and the steak tips unbelievably great. I never had their specialty desert cake. It was an unbelievable experience, so good. The owner Jose was so friendly and made me feel like family. Overall, I highly recommend Chloes. My go to place!“

“Stop by Thursday night for the first time after work. I was very surprised and impressed from the moment I arrived. Very upscale and elegant place with alot of attention to detail, with a very warm relaxed feeling and a very inviting cozy mood ambience.The service and food was phenomenal and Jorge, the bartender/manager was great, also enhanced my experience, he's very detailed may me and my friend feel very special.I felt like, i was actually in Dubai. “Amazing place....the lobster tank impressive. The waiters were cute and friendly. All you can eat shrimp ? friday all day was delicious. With a Mango Mohito and mint...drink I left alittle tipsy. A definite 5 stars. Will definitely come again...a must try for all seafood lovers!!!“

“Great environment. Good service. The inside is nice & they have a cute outdoor space in the back. They provide complimentary bread with tomato spread. The spread is very well flavored, with a tiny bit of a kick. I would guess it’s tomatoes, olive oil, fresh pepper, fresh garlic, & a touch of salt. The ham & cheese croquetas are delicious & creamy. The tortilla española is flavorful & comes with a little bit of greens, but I drizzled the tomato spread over it for a bit more flavor. The crema catalana was delicious. I only wish it came with more strawberries. 100% returning.Vegetarian options: They offer numerous vegetarian options.“

“Can I just say WOW!!!! Been waiting to come here for quite some time, and it far surpassed every expectation I had!! Staff was lovely! Creative, DELICIOUS appetizers... We tried several, and seriously each one was SOOO GOOD!!! I'm a huge fan of Detroit style pizza, and it was cooked to perfection! Dessert was absolutely phenomenal as well! One of the best meals I've had in some time, from start to finish! They even had live music upstairs, which was such a nice surprise! Can't wait for our next trip back!!! “We had a wonderful first visit at Spuntino's. The food was delicious - highly recommend the fresh made table side mozzarella! Thete is a wide variety to choose from and something for everyone. We were a bit disappointed with the chocolate chip zeppole because they were raw inside and had to be returned; however, the manager was wonderful and did not charge us for the order. There is an extensive wine list but also cocktails and beers. There were 6 of us and we felt the table was a bit small for tapas, wine flights etc. Overall the experience was a lot of fun and a great place to go with a group!“

“Went there with girlfriend she had sushi I had steak ?? perfect combination. Staff was friendly sangria was very cheap compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood $22 for a full pitcher . Passion fruit caipirinhas we're the best , loved the desserts“

We left feeling like we had just had the best meal, best dining experience. Additionally, the space is very comfortable decorated with unique photos from Spain.“

“I had another great experience at Bocaditos this is my 3rd time going and the food. Impresses me every time. The staff at Bocaditos are incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly.All of the Dishes are tasty, I've had the beef which was tasty, the chicken and pasta was delicious, it felt as if I were in a NY steakhouse.Their event space is super Instagramable, bottle prices are reasonable, all and all in my opinion it's one of the top places in Paterson. “We were in the mood to celebrate, but it was a bit late so we ended up here. The place looked pretty, bright, and cozy, so we decided to stay. It wasn’t that busy at all, so we got lots of attention and we loved that.We received the menus, and I must say that the amount of menus, and items on each menu was extremely overwhelming. There was not a clear theme on the food items as there were Mexican, Spanish and Brazilian items. (I guess they want to attract all population in the surrounding area). The amount of things in the menu is so problematic that it took a while for the waiter to find the items in his tablet as we were placing the order.In terms of food quality, The nachos were alright, I think they should use shredded meat instead of ground beef because ground beef makes it look and taste cheap. The quesadilla was pretty tasty as well as the stuffed chicken with shrimp. The food in general was pretty good and fresh and the drinks were great. I hope I can come back soon to try some other things in their extensive list of items.“
