I can't even count how many espresso martinis I have gotten here over the past couple of years I've visited the adorable Morristown. The bartenders are very consistent with the drink making and I have never had a bad drink here. The ambience in the bar area is very sophisticated and the seating in the front of the bar is the perfect spot. I've also tried some small plates too like the burger bites which I would like to be snacking on right now. They enjoyed their fish and chips and chicken nuggets. I tried it as well and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The owner improvised kiddie cups for our toddlers' apple juice (and I'm grateful that they offered apple juice in the first place). I was craving a Nashville style fried chicken sandwich and described my craving to the owner. He improvised a delicious spicy dry rubbed fried chicken sandwich which satisfied my craving and more. My husband ordered the BBQ chicken and sliced lean brisket. The chicken was very tender and delicious. The brisket was lean and tender. My husband also ordered three diet cokes and they were brought out one at a time with perfect timing to ensure that he had cold drinks to wash down the food. The sides were all great too, highly recommend the mac and cheese and buttered corn. Overall, our lunch visit was a total hit and we will definitely return when we're in the area next. “This is a review of my pickup experience from tonight, 4/17/24. I placed an order on the app for pickup. My son went to pick it up. By the time I came home and looked at the order, there were no utensils, napkins, ketchup, and straws. Worse yet, my lemonade was missing. I called the manager, and he apologized, and asked me to go back to pick up the lemonade. When I arrived, I asked to speak to the manager. He came quickly, and apologized. I told him all the utensils were missing. He said there was an option on the app...I told him I would show him the receipt if needed. He said no need. I also said clearly your drinks were all behind the counter. No way could the staff packing my order would miss the lemonade. He again apologized, and asked me to wait. He came back with 2 coupons for a free shake and a free chicken burger. I said that was not necessary, but such a nice gesture. “My sister and I went to this location for lunch and while the food is good, the chairs are absolutely HORRIBLE if you’re dining in.We had ordered our food on an iPad, took a number and sat at a table. The food took about 10 minutes and a “server” took it to our table. About 15 minutes later she actually came back to check in and ask how everything was which was surprising but really a nice touch.The cheese fries are so good and were crispy. The single burger was a bit salty but honestly very flavorful and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. My sister said her cookies and cream shake was really good too - overall our meal was good but expensive, $40 for 2 cheese fries, 2 single burgers, a coke, and a milkshake.My only complaint was the chairs - absolutely horrendous. Prepare for your back to hurt (just look at the angle of the seat, who designed those?) it’s almost like they were designed so you eat quick and get out.Parking: Plenty of parking around the building and handicap parking off to the side“

“Morristown diner brought a delicious meal to me and my daughter. The eggs and the hashbrowns were cooked perfectly and very delicious. Corn beef hash out of this world and the fried zucchini with. Tomato sauce was outstanding I want more fried zucchini! Our server was quick and attentive. He had a great memory didn't even have to write anything down. And btw it's not a Texas thing; it's a New Jersey thing...by way of Greece. Some people love it; others like my husband didn't care for the chili or the flavor of the dog. It's one of those things, IYKYK I guess. I for one did enjoy my weiner.
