Grubhub still refused. Ultimately, I did not get my order, but I am so grateful to the team at Little Sicily for THEIR exceptional customer service. Love their buns too they have a slight buttery texture to them, but you have to eat them while they’re still hot! Coleslaw is good too. Also I did get with my order of chicken tenders(5)a bowl of potatoes and gravy, and a biscuit, it was all very good food. Love that the mashed potatoes were not that nasty box stuff you get from other places, I can see a couple of micro potato skins in there so I know they made it from scratch! I would suggest however that if you hop by this place do remind them to get you some condiments and napkins. Very good food for the price.“

“If I could give this place a million dollar bonus I would. Staff are by far the best of any establishment / pizza place and most consistent. And right now If they say it'll be 2 minutes, you can bet on it. Onto the food, everything I've ever had has been delicious and baked/cooked to perfection so much so that I've almost drove back to the place just to tip them. Yes they are THAT GOOD! I really gotta do that sometime. If something is ever missing from the order they double time it. I can't praise the staff enough. You ladies are on point. Price to value is amazing. You can get two or three pizzas for the price of one Santucci's pie. Their bread sticks are always on point. Their Italian cheesey bread? You got it, on point. “Call to order ahead if you are hungry the rice platter takes 15-20 minutes to make. On the plus side it is made to order so it comes out hot and fresh. Got the mixed chicken and lamb over rice and asked for extra red sauce. Very similar to halal trucks in Philly except maybe a bit more variety in the side salad (this one had olives). The meats were a bit too salty but otherwise everything was nicely spiced. We also got the cheese deluxe fries which was basically cheesesteak toppings on fries. The fries were soggy but flavor was good. Price wise it was fair for the area but if you can make the trip into Philly the trucks are much cheaper and they normally include a drink.“

“I came upon another "KKC" Fried Chicken establishment, this time inside of a Sunoco Gas Station in Southwest Philly. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a quick serv fresh fried chicken franchise. I've found their chicken portions are way bigger with less breading than a Popeyes. Their chicken only comes in one flavor which has a little bit of spicy kick.The staff at the store was nice and quick to help me out. I've always gone with their tenders which have always been pretty fresh and tasty. The biscuits are decent and the wings they had out looked delicious. I'll have to give them a try next visit. They have an open air cooler for cold chicken meals to go. The manager told me that they sell well on EBT. The sides they offered looked decent, mac and cheese, jumbalaya (i've had before it's good) and mashed potato's (not as good as popeyes, but ok). The manager was in the store so he gave me a quick run down. They receive the chicken in fresh - white meat, dark meat so wings, breasts, thighs etc. and prepare it all in the back - from flour and seasoning to frying it and then putting it out in a warmer. Looked like a quick and efficient setup, kept clean by the staff. The gas prices at this Sunoco are always the lowest and the manager told me they have grubhub and Ubereats available. Not the best neighborhood, but the chicken was good!“

“I mean....its a Popeyes. You know what you're getting. And this one is on par with any other one you'll go to in this area. Similar to the Adams Ave location, this one is also in a strip mall with some possibly "off" individuals, but I wouldn't say it's any worse. The thing I don't like about this location however is the lack of space at the counter where you order. The counter is right next to the entrance, so when you come in to order, as you stand off to the side to get your food, you are in the way. People coming in, people going out, people queuing up to order, other people waiting for their orders. Other than that, everything is pretty much par for the course. Yes, there is a walk up window, but I'm not sure how or when that comes into effect; maybe order ahead orders, and they definitely take card, so maybe that other review caught them on a bad technology day or something.“
