“Fascinating place. I ended up here after a group outing where the host said "I'm ordering ahead" for a plain pie. That's not me, so I held out to get to Tony's and see what they got. In a word, Mexican. In two words, Latin American. I'm not just talking the hosts here, I'm talking the pizza flavors themselves. They have all your standards, and then they have some fascinating options that are built on Latin American flavors. As you see from my photo, there were slices of chicken fajita out. I grabbed the two with chipotle sauce and left the two with ranch, but trust me, there were a lot more varieties than just that. Anyway, this place is apparently trusted to call ahead and deliver when you arrive, so that's good service. Plenty of room for a party of 8 - we sat immediately upon arrival at 8:00 pm - so not just a takeout place. As far as pizzae: * Mine was delicious, but not cheap - two slices and a drink ran me $12! * Cheese pizza is nice and thin, but some of their slices are definitely thick crusted. I made sure to stay away from those. It may be an option, not sure. * Pepperoni that someone else ordered was super-oily, more than I'm used to with the 'roni. * Someone did order a square slice, very thick crust, and remarked that it felt a lot lighter than he expected. I don't know if that's different than Tony's usual, or what to make of that. All in all, if you are a pizza traditionalist, this place may or may not work for you. I think that unique flavors is a selling point, and the pizza is good enough quality (from an NYC standard) where I would come back for those. If I was local, maybe this would be my joint, but I'm a few towns away and I'm not about to ditch my local place for Tony's. But that's pizza 'round these parts. Outside of the expensive price, Tony's is a fun place to try some new pie.“
“Enjoyed Dear food was really great.I especially love the garlic knots. They were like the best i've ever had but all the everything was very very nice there and very very clean and everybody was very very respectful or a good place to go I recommend “
“All you have to do is just order a pie over the phone, get there within 10 minutes, and eat the pie at the store itself (yes, at the store and not to go). And then you will understand the small life joy that is Lovey’s pie straight from the oven with a crunchy undercarriage piled high with toppings.“
“The garlic knots at this place are by far the best I've ever had!!! We went there to take out food to try because our daughter had brought us garlic knots from there once before. The lobster ravioli was fresh, filled nicely not skimpy and delicious! The chicken saltimbocca was also really good and they give you a nice portion! Also, you get soup or salad and garlic bread along with your meal. We're definitely recommending this place and going back ourselves too!“
“First time here overall good. Food/Drink: Pizza by the slice! Pretty good New York style pizza. Large amount of options and combos. Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Had a solid crust, good sauce, great toppings, and delicious flavor. Dinning Area: Pretty small, open, area. Benches, large counter, double closed off entry way so mo breeze. Plenty of seating! Prices: 7 slices, cannoli, zeoppoli, and 2 bottles, and a can for $47! 15% off thanks to Yelp! My daughter said: Penne slice 8/10, BBQ slice 7/10, cannoli pending... To die for Parking: Plenty of space, shared strip mall lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekend Sunday lunch rush. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall was young, and sociable. Relatively attentive but otherwise boredom stricken. Good experience...! 9/10“
“I don't know how many times I drove by Wood Stack on Rt 46 without paying any attention to it. Then a family party was held there and I was impressed. The food here is just good. Fresh, plenty of it, and served attractively. It has become one of our go-tos. I especially like the lunch menu - the eggplant sandwich and half salad is my regular order. The pizzas are excellent and the entrees generous and full of flavor. My husband's favorite thing is the chocolate chip cookie and milk dessert, served warm on a wooden board. Service is always consistent too. Great place to have here in town.“
“Took a chance on this place when we were ordering pizza. I've ordered from many other places and I've found some good some bad and some that are run of the mill aka nothing to write home about. O Sole Mio knocks it out of the park whether you're getting pizza or pasta. They're sauce is top notch. The crust on their pies are just right. This will be our go to from now on when we want pizza!“
“Even though Google says they open at 11 am. I called to push my luck and to my surprise they were open and I called them at 10:30 am! The owner of the restaurant Anthony picked up the phone. He is the most sweetest man I have ever spoke with on the phone. This is my first time ordering a huge order for my work place and he helped me plan everything and I was so nervous to because it's my first ordering for my work place and trying out NJ pizza. I only know NYC pizzas lol. I am getting off topic here. I highly recommend this place for anyone. They are so welcoming and you can definitely tell they care about their clients needs. Their pizzas is just as good as NYC.“
“Many types of pizza all are very good. My favorites are BBQ chicken, and my other is meat lovers. Service is quick and friendly they always go above and beyond. There is ample seating for the whole family. It's definitely a place to try. My advice is to go there hungry you'll be happy you did.“
“Had a wonderful dinner date here. Great service and delicious food. Definitely coming back. I reccomend the veal parm. House salad had a nice blend of flavorful greens. My compliments to the entire team.Note, you may consume your own alcohol. They don't have it.Parking: It's a little bit of an odd left turn coming south on Route 53, but there's plenty of parking.“
“Enormous menu, and while that can often waterdown quality, that's not the case here. The butter chicken baos and somosa chaat appetizers were a great start. The Punjabi goat curry and goat korma were tasty entrees, but the portions are small. Do not miss out on the Naan. It was a perfect compliment to the curries. Vibe is a little weird. One part Indian restaurant, one part sports bar... Just a little odd. Either way I'd go back.“
“Unique and delish. My amazing title person stopped by my office and brought there Homemade Potato Donuts called Spudnuts. The dulce de leche with sea salt was my favorite, but it’s super rich. The cinnamon sugar was a close second. You definitely can’t eat the whole donut since they are so large. They were warm and fresh when she brought them in. I have never been here but it’s definitely a fan favorite to most in Morristown. They also have breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, gyro platter and a ton of other comfort foods. I haven’t stopped in, but based on the spundnuts I definitely will stop in soon!“
“It's great to have this historic pizzeria reopened under a new name! Frank & sons was always my favorite pizza in town until the early 2010s. The people are friendly, the service is great and the pizza left me extremely happy to have visited once again!“
“Really cute café. The service was excellent and the food was really delicious. They have a really good variety and it is extremely clean and inviting with very convenient parking . My son and I shared garlic knots come and he had a delicious Stromboli and I had a wonderful chicken cranberry wrap.. he is very excited to go back with his friends.“
“We have never been here before and went late tonight to pick up surprise bags with random food from the Too Good To Go app (which is awesome that they are actively working to reduce their food waste by participating)...They just gained new regular customers. Hands down best pizza I've ever tasted. We will for sure be going back. And they are so nice and friendly there. Definitely will be recommending this place as a go-to for friends!!!“
“Came here on Pi day 3/14 for a large plain pie and a grandma’s pie. The plain pie is 11.00 and the grandmas was a little higher. The style is thin crust and does not disappoint. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and nice to talk to while we waited. The sauce is sweet but not overly sweet and the grandma pie was super tasty. I will be back.“
“One of the best pizza’s I have had in New Jersey. It’s flavorful, thin, crispy and made fresh to order everytime. The owner takes pride in making sure every pizza that comes out the oven is made to perfection for all of his customers. Great spot for a quick lunch or a nice family dinner!Vegetarian options: Has many vegetarian options and if not, the chef can customize to fit your dietary needs“
“Do you like authentic thin crust Italian pie? I do! This is why I love their pizza. I love the bubble in the crust with just the right amount of cheese to sauce ratio. I always ask for very little cheese on my Margherita pizza and more sauce. They get it perfect every time. I liked it better than the pie I had in Naples.“
“I absolutely *love* this place. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and I never miss an opportunity to come back. The food is fantastic; that's a given. What makes it more special is the people. Vito and his crew treat you like family. That term gets tossed around too much, and this is the one location that actually does it. They take extra special care of my father, who is a fixture there now. Knowing that he has friends here that care about him... there's just no replacing that. Please stop by and try it out. Get to know the kind, considerate, and professional staff that makes gems like this so rare.“
“Mondo is a nice spot to grab a few slices or to have dinner at. Everyone inside is super friendly and food comes out hot and good.Pizza is top notch and worth a trip over here to grab a pie or 2. After being tortured in Fl for a few years it’s good to be back having good pizza again.“
“Service was quick, attentive, personally attentive and professional.Food was delicious. I recommend their bruschetta, the homemade bread was amazing. Great balance with the balsalmic vinegar, exceptional taste. We can't wait to comeback and see the new dining room once construction is complete.Parking: Depending upon the time of day, parking can be a challenge. There was plenty of spots in front on the street at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday.“
“Visiting from Seattle, WA, and Coniglio’s was absolutely amazing! Pablo and team took great care of our table of 10 and the pizzas we ordered were amazing! No doubt some of the best we’ve ever had and the desserts were excellent! Very much a family atmosphere here.. First class service and we will 100% be back here next time we are in town!“
“Came here on a Friday night to meet up with a bunch of ladies. There were 15 of us. Had a great experience. We sat upstairs which was perfect because it was quiet and we were able to talk while enjoying our meals. The pizza was excellent! Very thin crust and crunchy. I loved it! Service was fast! Our waiter was Lav and he was amazing! He was able to accommodate us all and give us separate checks. Very cozy atmosphere. Will be back!“
“I came upon this place through a friend's recommendation, and he was spot on! A good indicator of how delicious the food will be is the taste emanating from the to go bags. It was tough to sit in the car with that phenomenal aroma. Although we didn't try the pizza, the entrées we opted with were delicious. We ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce, and that was pretty good. The chicken cheesesteak with the works (onions, peppers, and mushrooms) were fully loaded. The vegetables were at the bottom and the chicken was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of cheese. I loved the well toasted bun that was very crispy. I would definitely try this place again.“
“We stopped in on St. Pats weekend and where plesently surprised. We got immediate seating at the bar and had amazing food. We came because the spot was recommended for their tap list, and boy, did they not disappoint. Spectacular selection of premium beers and a great variety too; not just the usual whale NEIPAs. My only complaint is that this spot is too far away from me to be a regular haunt. If you're around the area, definitely give Taphouse 15 a try.Parking: Lot is a bit tight, and the restaurant is situated in the middle of a divided highway, so it felt a bit strange when we pulled in from the left.“
“This place is a home run no matter what dish you order. Great service, with an even better product. I’ve had pizza all over the world, but their Margarita pie reminds me of the old country. You can taste the great fresh ingredients, and my son loves it even more than I do. If you haven’t been you must go! I love this place!Kid-friendliness: They treat my kid like the prince that he is. :)“
“Great food and strong drinks! Calamari was cooked well, and the garlic bread that came with it as an appetizer was cooked perfectly crispy. The pizza was dense and filling. I could see the rest of their food being great and would definitely go back. Overall, I give Reservoir Tavern a 4.5 out 5.“
“Great pizzeria! Slices are all square, more grandma style than Sicilian. I have been numerous times and doesn't disappoint. Salads are amazing, and I don't often care much about the salads. Try the salad with the sliced pears. It is awesome!“
“We came here from Staten Island not knowing what to expect, and we were pleasantly surprised. The owner and who I believe was the manager were very pleasant and personable. The service and food were excellent, and the prices were extremely reasonable. We will definitely return soon.“
“Love these guys!!!!Though a bit embarrassing to admit.. I literally order from them 2-3 times per week. Lol..They are quick to deliver, even during the busy suppertime hours. They are Always here in under the amount of time they said it would take.I love how they know their regular customers and go out of their way for them. All the delivery guys are awesome.. they obviously take care and that nothing is ever tossed around.I do wish that they had soups all year round and that they were still served in the larger containers.. that is probably the only thing that I am not thrilled about. But everything on the menu is fantastic, and they are great if asked to make a substitution.Dietary restrictions: GF Pizza Available.. and not much more expensive! My daughter is GF and Domenico's has never made a mistake on any order.“
“This HAD to be one of the best pizza I had in a long time. Rumors have it in the pizza world, is you ever wanna try a places best pizza always order a personal pie, that will tell you how they really are. So I ordered a personal Mushroom, Plain and a specialty one. Let me tell you this, IF you like a good crunch pizza..... On every bite.... Good flavor that stands tall..... This is the place to go.... ABSOLUTELY, so far, one of the best around.... This hole in a wall will surprise the s#$& out of you. Next time I will go for a full size pie and tell you how that goes....It will be interesting... I have been in places where I love there personal size and didn't like there full size....and let me add..... It was so good that I ate the personal Mushroom before I got home and I love down the road in Morristown... That's how good this wasI AM TELLING YOU if you like a crunch to your pizza, and you eat the whole slice.... This places personal pie is just for you....The two guys behind the counter was extremely nice... One had to be the owner, a bigger guy great personality and knew his stuff.... And the counter guy was just as nice and eager to help....So I have no dog in this fight.... Did I get lucky, maybe maybe not.... I will go back and order the large and definitely a person for the ride home.... It will be interesting.... But this is a true review.... Thanks to the guys who made the pies....“
“Khushpal - Best Eggless Pastry Chef in TownKhushpal has worked with me to make multiple eggless custom cakes for birthdays and special occasions and every single time we have been very happy with the results. The cakes are scrumptious and utterly delicious as well as his work is neat and totally on point to what has been asked. We always have bunch of guests come to us after the party for cake recs and that speaks a lot. In all Lazeez is killing it in dessert section as well with Mr Khushpal leading it!!!“
“Loved pizza before, but cant anymore due to recent health issues. Love that this place has "no cheese" and "light sauce" as options! I know that "isnt pizza anymore", but it's closer to pizza than I recently have been having!Dietary restrictions: Options for no cheese, less sauce, etc. Excellent!Parking: 20 spots shared amongst a few businessesWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp“
“We very much enjoyed Enzo’s food and atmosphere, however we felt rushed to leave while at dinner with friends. The restaurant has a lovely setting, and the food was ample portions, cooked perfectly, and classic yet creative Italian fare. However, we overheard a manager pressuring our server to get us to leave to free up the table, which was uncomfortable.Vegetarian options: There were a decent amount of vegetarian options, although more of the menu centers on meat than most Italian restaurants.“
“Stopped by Palermo's with the family for the first time. We wanted to grab a regular pie, but ended up trying out a Fat Sandwich, a large pie, a few other slices, and a Caesar salad. The pizza was fantastic and their cheese is delicious. The sandwich was very good and the salad was one of the best I've ever had.We dined in and the staff was very accommodating. We also spoke with the owner who was very helpful and friendly. We thank you again for a wonderful experience from the food to the service. We can't wait to order from Palermo's again!“
“The food, service, and ambiance here are really good!I love the blackened chicken sandwich and the caprese pastaThe waiters are very nice and friendlyThe restaurant is well-lit – it isn’t too bright, but it isn’t too dim eitherThe hot sauce and the bread with marinara sauce are also good hereVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available“
“This place is amazing! The pizza, wings, macaroni, and pasta salad are all out of this world. The owner made sure that the oil was changed before making my wings, because after cooking eggplant, the quality of the oil was not up to her standards, which I greatly appreciated. I had mentioned to the owner that I had just moved in and before I took my food to go, she was kind enough to offer me paper plates, which I desperately needed, top notch customer service.“
“I stopped in to Pasquale's Pizza for a slice of pizza and then I decided I did not want that since I had eaten a pizza yesterday and saw the Italian sandwich and wanted that. Since I was not that hungry, I ordered half a sandwich. The half of a sandwich is what I thought the whole sandwich was and it looked like a full sandwich. The sandwich was oversized and stuffed with cold cuts, lettuce and tomato with lots of oil and vinegar on it. There was capicola, Italian ham, Bologna and pepperoni with lots of fresh vegetables. The bread was so fresh and chewy. I really enjoyed the sandwich.“
“5 stars all across! We moved to the area about 4 years ago now and were so lucky to discover La Forchetta. By far the best pizza in the Rockaway/Wharton area. We have ordered catering through them twice now and every time we do, our guests RAVE about the food! It's one thing to delivery a delicious meal on an individual basis, but it's another to perfect large scale catering orders - chicken marsala, meatballs, penne vodka just to name a few. Will always turn to this place when in need of a quick meal ordering out or catering a party!“
“It’s definitely the best spot in the area for good food. They have very good salads and a great selection of pizzas. One pizza style in particular reminds of a homemade pizza my Italian grandmother used to make. So Yummy!Staff is also very welcoming!“
“Always excellent. Been eating here for years now and never disappoints. Service is always good. And Chuck treats everyone like family. We like to go early so it's not too crowded but reservations are a good idea. Love the Antipasto salad with meat with the BEST dressing (that you can take to go). Get it every time. Pasta ( rigatoni salsiccia & penne vodka) and chicken (Arturo, Marsala) dishes are a must. Weekly specials always worth a try. And leave room for dessert- NY cheesecake.“
“Welcoming staff and the owner is always hands on.Cozy atmosphere with a bar. Food comes out hot. Live music on Fridays. We have been several times and Im hoping they address my one peeve. Though I appreciate cleanliness, the smell of whatever product they are using is so strong it lingers the entire meal. Go to a product not so toxic and scented so we can enjoy the food w/o the oder.“
“This is our favorite Friday night pizza place! We order delivery and look forward to this almost every week. The pizza is always delicious. The gluten free pizza has the yummiest gluten free crust I’ve ever had. Love the chicken francese. Super yummy bread (I dream about it sometimes lol) and just had the Burrata special - sublime! Creamy fresh Burrata, arugula, prosciutto, tomato, and balsamic glaze- Yes! ?“
“Ya know... I'm not here for the pizza. Sure, I'm definitely here for the wings challenge and you can see that I'm not one to lose a food challenge (:, but I can also tell you those were some of the most delicious wings I've ever ingested. Nice and smoky. Slow burn. So well done. I got myself a falafel platter to go and... waiting for the newspaper to interview the FIRST EVER WINGS CONTEST WINNER I ended up dining in. Homemade rice and falafel. Quality. Such friendly people, such fun. Plenty of room here. So I'm gonna go with this is a win for Middle Eastern in Boonton... and if they ever want to make a pizza with this hot sauce........“
“I had a fantastic experience here! The food was so good that I wanted seconds of everything we ordered. The service was also fantastic; our server was incredibly nice and helpful, consistently checking in on our table to see if we needed anything and ensuring we never waited too long. The atmosphere was delightful, and everything was clean and neat. If I could, I would give this restaurant six stars. I will definitely be going back soon!“
“Our family discovered Dante's in 1993. Tommy and I enjoy going for dinner, but our family has catered so many parties there; most recently our granddaughter Aria's Christening on 2/17/24. We have catered our younger daughter Alex's communion, our Michelle's bridal shower, my Mom's 90th birthday and my 65th birthday there three years ago. Lisa has always gone above and beyond, and especially working w/Michelle who lives out of state; making Aria's christening perfect! We can't thank her and her staff enough for making my granddaughter's Christening fabulous on Saturday! The Vitale and Nolan Families“
“Forget the pizza! Order their Empanadas. My cousin bought them for a party and they are massive and stuffed to the max!!! I believe you can only get them as a catering order. If they sell these individually, I'd get them for lunch everyday. It was chicken filled. Came with a hot sauce but taste more like a Buffalo sauce. Goes real well with it.“
“We catered for my husband's birthday. The food was delicious, and Nigel was so helpful. We had the Grandma pie, salad pie with chicken, a cheese pie, chicken piccata and sauteed spinach. The entire family from 5 years old to 70 loved it, and we were glad to eat the leftovers! thanks again.“
“Friendly staff, great quality food. Nice dine-in room set apart from the take out counter.Vegetarian options: Italian-style sautéed veggies ...YUM...my broccoli had great fresh flavor . (They also offer sautéed spinach and rabe.)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free personal pizza. Super happy with how light & crispy Roma's GF version is. Nicely done.Parking: I parked at a town parking lot around the corner. Spaces on the streets too.“
“We order from Mario's for our Religious School and sometimes social hour after services. This week we were supposed to get food from another local vendor, but even with confirmation, they did not show up and told us they forgot. Mario's to the RESCUE! I called them and they quickly brought us 10 pies and Saved The Day! Thank you Mario's! They are never late, the kids and adults love not only the pizza's but every dish we have ordered from them. We are lucky to have them in our community.“
