“Having won a gift card for this restaurant we made the trip to Boonton from Florham Park and man was it worth it. Everything was wonderfully prepared and delicious. Our waiter recommended Joe's Calimari which was very good, and unique. The portions of our Chicken Cacciatore and Chicken Scappetta were so big we each brought half home. Service was friendly and efficient. The dining room is simple, and a bit tight, but the buzz of everyone enjoying each other's company and the food creates a positive vibe. Be sure to BYOB. He is the most sweetest man I have ever spoke with on the phone. “Unique and delish. My amazing title person stopped by my office and brought there Homemade Potato Donuts called Spudnuts. The dulce de leche with sea salt was my favorite, but it’s super rich. The cinnamon sugar was a close second. You definitely can’t eat the whole donut since they are so large. They were warm and fresh when she brought them in. I have never been here but it’s definitely a fan favorite to most in Morristown. They also have breakfast sandwiches, pizza, burgers, gyro platter and a ton of other comfort foods. I mentioned pasta primavera, which is not on their menu, and was told to please come in, they would create something for us. This week we were supposed to get food from another local vendor, but even with confirmation, they did not show up and told us they forgot. Mario's to the RESCUE! Since I was not that hungry, I ordered half a sandwich. The half of a sandwich is what I thought the whole sandwich was and it looked like a full sandwich. The sandwich was oversized and stuffed with cold cuts, lettuce and tomato with lots of oil and vinegar on it. There was capicola, Italian ham, Bologna and pepperoni with lots of fresh vegetables.
