One and done type of place. We were told upon arrival with no reservation that we could be seated if we left at a certain time. The place was 25% occupied so I assumed staffing issues. The food was mediocre. Carne asada was not tender and the drinks were heavy on syrup. The atmosphere feels cluttered with too many tables on top of each other and narrow pathways to walk. Our server davie was awesome- my son has a few allergies (dairy, egg, and nut) and made sure all of the food we ordered was safe for him to eat. We really appreciated it, especially that he checked up on us asking if he was safe once the food came out. Little things like that I’ve really come to appreciate at restaurants and make our experience so much better. Definitely adding Nom to the list of restaurants to visit again. What a fun place and the drinks were delish. The only thing was that there were not too many veggie options. But whatever was there, was delish! They made fresh guac by your table side! So good!
