“I was admitted to JSUMC in June and spent all of June as a patient.. and although as patients we make get 3 square meals and or the ever popular clear or liquid diet.. the need for family that is visiting you the many long hours, leaving to get food can be expensive and parking.... forget it. The Atrium is a great cafe that serves a wide variety of breakfast meal choices any where from 4.00 and up. Lunch has sandwiches, fries, soups, melts, wraps and pretty nice salads. Yogurt varieties, granola bars, fresh fruit, in fact I had quite a few of the chicken Cesar salads while there, I wasn't really hungry but the salad for some reason was perfect when I wanted something crunchy. According to my husband and Mini-Me the staff was very nice and accommodating to special requests on the wraps and such, I mean don't go over board or anything, but reasonable requests are met with a smile. I really can't give it less than 5 -Stars since I have eaten here on previous occasions and the food and service has always been consistent.“
“I've eaten at the Rise n Shine on occasion and find it's no frills local hometown vibe inviting. I prefer sitting at the counter old school and watching the traffic go by as I enjoy a delicious omlette. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent.“

“Try the blueberry pancakes BECAUSE they are more than just regular pancakes with lonely blueberries on top. If you are a fool for French Toast GO HERE because their selections will make you wanna bury your face in the plate. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. “Great place for breakfast and/or lunch. The diner is small, with a long counter and two person tables and a few booths. The food is delicious and the servers friendly and attentive.Normally I only order homemade hash, but Gloria (our server) exclaimed that theirs was really good (even out of the can) and she was right. It was perfectly made and tasty, with crunchy well done edges.It was crowded when we arrived (noon), but plenty of seating after 1pm.The diner is not wheelchair accessible, but there is an outdoor space that may be accessible in the warm months (outdoor space was closed today). There are steps leading up the front door, and the inside is pretty tight, as far as maneuverability.Few parking places out front, but plenty of street parking on a quiet street.Will definitely return!!“
“Me and my boyfriend go every week on our day off! We love going for breakfast we normally get the #2 their food is amazing and the prices are great as well! Love talking to the staff they are very personable and the atmosphere is nice as well! Highly recommend!“
“Very good breakfast. Hit the spot. Went around 10:30 place was full but was able to get a seat pretty quickly. I had a belly buster omelet and my mother had eggs over easy with a ham steak. We both had coffee. Hers was nice mine was hot. Our bill was roughly 10 dollars cheaper than most of the breakfast places we go to, only catch is CASH ONLY - but super worth it.“

“Apple Street Kitchen is a little, neighborhood gem. It’s slightly off the beaten track. After you discover it, I promise you’ll become a fan for life. They are known for using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. They do try to refresh their menu every season. That way it stays current. “I know a good bagel from years of working in Manhattan and the bagels here are as good as any I had in the City and adjacent boroughs. The service is wonderful and friendly.We had a little wait that gave us time to shop at HomeGoods and a homemade laundry detergent store.The variety of French toast is amazing.... you can also get the same toppings on pancake's .I highly recommend any of the coffee drinks.My daughter and I shared the loaded potato's with cheesy yumminess! They came cold at first,for some reason I think the kitchen is far from the dinning area. They have a little coffee bar area that's adorable if you're just catching up with a friend for a quick drink (non alcohol) I would definitely recommend this place. We really had a good breakfast -dessert and I had a chance to spend time with my kids while on break.“

“We went to IHOP to have dinner. When we got there around 6:30 pm the restaurant was not very busy. There were 3 other tables occupied, including ours. We were surprised to find only one server working that night, a male server whom I'd say was about 20 years old, and when we asked him why he was the only one working, he said that the others called in sick that evening. We ordered our appetizers and main course, and although there was only one server, the service was quick, excellent, and very professional. The food was delicious, and the server was attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a great dinner, left the server a huge tip, and thanked him for his excellent service. It was an enjoyable time, and we would recommend this restaurant, and we'll certainly returnto this IHOP.Parking: This IHOP is part of a large strip mall with plenty of parking close to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The children we saw dining there that night were seated in appropriate chairs and seemed comfortable and happy eating there.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the restaurant, as well as dining tables, were very accessible to people using wheelchairs.“
