“i tried this place based off a good recommendation and ordered the grandma margarita pie for pick-up. i like a crispy, baked crust, however, crunchy is a little hard on the teeth. the pie was good, i would even say delicious but some of the edge pieces were more burnt than baked. it probably could have been pulled a little sooner. the price was a bit more than what was posted online and in store so an update on menu pricing might be an idea too. i was told they make good sandwiches too so i'll see abt that at another time“
“Had my husband's surprise 30th birthday here (we've been several times before - it's one of our favorite spots!) and they were amazing from start to finish. Super easy to book, flexible with the menu, and our serve Kelly was on top of it the whole time. She made everything super easy and was so attentive to our decently sized group. Food was brought out promptly and everyone raved about how good it was. Will continue to come here for dinner and will definitely be on the top of our list for parties in the future!“
“I go in to catch up on my emails and calls. Everyone leaves you alone except for the bartenders and servers. Honorable mention to the GM, Keith. Thanks for helping me with the technology resources.Vegetarian options: Nachos, Pretzels, Black bean burger&French fries, salads, wraps.“
“I've never had pizza that tasted like it did ever before. It was almost novel at first, the sweetness of the pie. But as I kept eating, the bites got better and better. Our large pie was finished in about 10 minutes, maybe less! And the shrimp cocktail was on point too. Was easy to get a seat at the Lima bean shaped bar. It was fun to sit like that. Overall, great experience. Next time I'm back in NJ I'll be seein y'all!“
“A great find! Love the creative menu and the food continually impresses - whether the seafood, steaks, or traditional Italian. The Bolognese and the Calamari are always on point. The service really stands out, especially Juan and the attentive bus staff.“
“Olivia’s II is an enchanting Italian restaurant which I was delighted to discover. Everything about it made you feel at home and cared about as family. It is one of those places whereby you might be having a difficult day only to have that change by the hospitality and quality of food. I always enjoy the pizza with sausage and anchovies as well as the Brooklyn pie which is also “heavenly”. The chicken parmigiana with linguine, garlic and oil alters your feeling state and makes you smile. It is delicious! I have never been disappointed and frequent this wholesome haven regularly.Dietary restrictions: The food is cooked to order and they also have vegetarian and gluten free options.“
“This is a 5 star establishment!! Thank you guys for being here !Parking: Huge parking lot next door. A-little busy during the day but after 5 everyone leaves the office complex next door . But even then he’s got a couple reserved spots for BELOs right next door .“
“My wife found this spot and it was fantastic. We tried the Detroit style pizza with salami, honey, basil and sauce and it was amazing. The best pizza I ever had. The service was great as well, we had a nice waitress who was very helpful in choosing a pie. Atmosphere was pretty cool for a pizzeria with funny signs and nice people. Only thing is that it’s a little tight and you may be sitting very next to people where you can easily overhear conversations. However, this was also cool because we got to see what others were eating and you can talk and meet new people.“
“One of my most favorite happy hours in town and even when you do have to pay full price it is always worth it. The Gin & Jam is the best cocktail ever and I always get the meatball bowl & vegan kale caesar salad. Could not recommend this place enough!“
“I came to the establishment early as I was working in the area I ended up bringing home a bunch of different things home for my wife who is from Honduras. She loved everything I bought and two days later we went back she loaded up on nearly everything they had and I can definitely say we found our new spot to eat and cater from. The staff was extremely eager to help with all the questions we had all I can say is if you’re in the area give this spot a try you won’t regret it.Kid-friendliness: We had our 4 year old son the kind women gave my son a lollipop that made his time there a lot more fun“
“I decided to have a girls' night out in Belmar & I'm so happy that I picked PizzaHeaven as the venue. Rigo was very helpful in the planning process. We had almost 20 women & everyone raved about the service (thanks to Britney) & the food. Thanks so much for making our evening a success!“
“Ordered on their website. Delivery was not that long. Got a personal plain pie, jalapeno poppers, and pasta fagioli. All great, but would've liked the poppers to be warmer. They were still delicious and came with marinara which was a nice surprise.“
“Oakwood has the most DELICIOUS Pizza. I love their Ala carte Slice selection.... their Cheesesteak Slices are AWESOME.... If you like Buffalo Chicken then I urge you to try theirs as well as their Chicken Bacon Ranch slices. ALLLL of their Slices are Killer!!! Zero flop.... Crispy .... Portnoy would rate them 8.9 in my opinion!!! Yeah THAAAT GOOD.“
“I’ve only gotten take out from this place, but goooooooshdarn is it delicious. We’ve tried four of the specialty pizzas, all of which elicit a happy dance. The general tsos pizza has been my favorite so far, definitely a must try. If you asked my boyfriend though, he’d say the money pie is the sure winner. At this point I’ve accepted that you cant go wrong here“
“Always great food and service! They also have an extremely efficient takeout system. The staff is always very friendly and quick. Favorites are the house salad, Jim's salad, cauliflower crust pizza and chicken parm. Definitely a shore favorite!!“
“We came here on a Saturday night with a reservation for a group of 6. You enter through the pizza shop to get to the dining room and were promptly seated. Our server was excellent! She was very polite, friendly, did not mind repeating herself and was very patient with the elderly members of our group. The food was delicious, the portions were huge and everyone enjoyed their selection. Found a new gem with great prices plus BYOB. Only downside is the dining room gets a little loud. But we will definitely go back!“
“So glad to find a place that makes gluten free dairy free pizza that is so good. With certain dietary restrictions it can be so hard to eat out and maintain the way I like to eat. Their menu is very “diet restriction” friendly and their cauliflower crust is so good. You won’t miss the gluten or the cheese!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free“
“Came in to grab a quick slice. Loved the crust! They use very fresh ingredients. I also really appreciated the customer service. Everyone was very sweet. Really lovely people working behind the counter! Will definitely be back to try the subs.“
“We gave it 5 stars as we like down home, mom and pop locally owned Italian restaurants and it did not disappoint as the decor was just how we like it, Homey and Warm.Since our beloved Tuzzio’s in Long Branch closed due to Joe retiring we ventured to Red Bank to the New Corner Italian Restaurant and after passing this establishment for 22 years we stopped in carrying our own Wine….yes it’s BYOB.I ordered the chicken parm with a side salad and spaghetti and my wife ordered Zuppa de Pesci, it was all very flavorful and authentic, we will be back. One last thing Stephanie the waitress was awesome.“
“Goal line wings... Enough said! Oversized chicken wings, marinated in Frank's Red Hot sauce overnight then dredged in the tastiest batter and deep fried to perfection!!! Pizza, steak bites, wraps, sandwiches... everything is great! They have an awesome Sunday brunch as well with an amazing French Mimosa!!! They offer a weekly specials menu, are open late and do takeout as well! Everything is delicious! This is a downtown Long Branch staple and a great place to watch the game!!! But beware, it's far from fancy and gets pretty loud on any given game day!“
“Go Back In Time… (and I mean waaaay back) when every single bite of food, explodes with natural flavor, not spices but the genuine homemade tastes like Nonna made!Even the atmosphere brought me back decades; we walked in and were greeted by the owner with such warmth. I instantly felt like I knew him (though to be clear, I don’t). And I hope you can understand it) this is his kitchen, that he opens up to you, with love. The place- is like his home, like a big dining room. You’ll instantly feel at home, like family. He makes everything EVERYTHING from scratch and you can taste it!I had The BEST Pizza of my life! AndI had stuffed rigatoni in vodka sauce , my eyes rolled back in my head! There was so much but it was outta this world! You gotta go!Vegetarian options: There’s tons to choose from. They’ll make what you wantKid-friendliness: It’s very family friendly“
“This place highlights itself through many ways, first of all, the food is simply amazing. Me and my friends ate a pizza there, the best we’ve ever eaten. The workers were very polite. The owner came talking to us too, very kind. I strongly recommend this place if you want to have a good dinner with your friends or family!“
“This place is truly awesome. All the food is great, not just a pizza place. My wife, children, and I love this establishment. We could not recommend it enough.Parking: Best to find a spot on main street, or you will have to park behind in the public town parking lot.Kid-friendliness: My children love the food, but Qua has a small dining room. So just make sure that you and your children are respecting that.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant itself is wheelchair accessible. However, There is only 1 handicap space close to the unit, and it is on Main St.“
“Busy little spot. I love the complimentary bread. It came fresh out of the oven. So good. The lasagna didn’t look like the most appetizing dish but it was very good. I liked the flavor. The meatballs were decent. A little bland but my son loved them. The beet salad had more mixed greens than beets. Pet peeve of mine. The branzino was ok. The zeppoles were awesome. Get them with nutella. Service was great and I would come back. Check it out!“
“Had a couple slices, some meatballs and wings. All top notch. The slices were properly sauced and felt fresh. Crust was crispy yet soft. You could taste the mix of meats and spices in the meatball. The sauce felt refreshing and not too acidic, perfectly balanced. And the wings were divine. Perfectly cooked, properly sauced, and served at the perfect eat-with-your-hands-wear-it-on-your-face temperature.“
“Interesting mix of regulars, college kids, and locals depending on what time you arrive. Definitely worth waiting if under 20 mins. The drinks are good and there are plenty of food choices. Check out the daily specials and happy hour prices. Bonus happy hour is all day in mondays.“
“Ordered for the first time based off of reviews on slice app and I am so glad I did! Hands down best Italian food in Brick. Pizza was so delicious and crispy and the manicotti dinner was amazing. 2 pasta dinners and a large pie was about $50 and totally worth it! Def my new fave place! Also, we got free order or zeppoles! Win!“
“This place is definitely worth trying. Every time we go there, I get something different, and they never disappoint. The owner, Anthony, is very sweet and personable. He greets and chats with everyone who dines there. His staff is great as well.“
“I love this restaurant. I used to come with my family when I was a young girl. I live 'down the shore ' now and I still get excited visiting this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I especially love Mandy!! What an outstanding server. Thank you Squan Tavern.“
“Good beer, good food, good vibes. Just what we were looking for.Parking: We found close street parking easily, but it can fill up. Be prepared to walk a block or two if you arrive during peak hours.Kid-friendliness: Lots of babies and young children present between 5:30 and 7:30 on a Friday. We had an infant in our party who had a blast and loved the live music.“
“Just recently moved close to Pasquale’s and we’re thrilled that such a great pizza place is near by! We had traditional pies, calamari, meatballs/spaghetti and the artichoke franchise which were on fabulous! Garlic Knot Chicken Parm sliders, GENIUS and delicious!! Looking forward to trying other options like the Detroit pizzas!! New weekly go to and looking forward to it!!“
“Krispy Pizza offers a delightful dining experience with its delicious food and excellent service. From their crispy crusts to flavorful toppings, every bite is a delight. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable visit. Highly recommended for pizza lovers!“
“The BEST pizza and food hands down. Freshest ingredients all made with love. Excellent Salads, Sandwiches and Pasta Dishes. And don't forget dessert at Del Pontes Bakery and Del Ponte's Creamery too! Everything at Del Ponte's block of Heaven is TOP NOTCH.“
“Born and raised on Vinnies Pizza. I moved to upstate NY 25 years ago but every summer when I bring the wife down to the old neighborhood the first place we stop is Vinnies. It is still just as good as the first time I had it around 30+ years ago.“
“Maria’s Pizza comes highly recommended. The owner/staff was so kind and professional and exemplified the best customer service I have experienced in a while. I inquired about catered food and the owner was willing to prepare something for me in a way different than he normally makes it and it was prior to a holiday when he must have been filling multiple catering orders. Needless to say, it was delicious and people were asking where I got it from at the party. I have always liked their food but this was a positive experience and one I won’t forget. They will come highly recommended from me!“
“Delicious pizza! The menu is not expansive, but they absolutely rock their pies. We ordered to go, but there are a few tables in the small restaurant. There is a step up to enter. In the warm weather there are two tables outside. Super friendly people inside. Street parking.“
“we have been eating at an ordering/catering for years! The food is always amazing! The owner John and his staff especially Mike are always so welcoming! Chicken parm and penne vodka are the best! Also, always so charitable catering our sporting events at our local school events!“
“So I’m starving and in the mood for a cheesesteak sandwich. This place popped up and first thing I look at are reviews. Very good reviews so I convinced myself to try it out. So happy I did cause man this cheese steak is ? ?????bread is fresh , meat is seasoned perfect . The staff was friendly, I’ll be back for sure !!!!“
“The food is always good quality and constant . Service is excellent, all staff is extremely pleasant. Burgers are great, Sushi looks excellent. (not a seafood eater). Wish there was a change in the chicken option which has been the same for quite some time. A good go to place!“
“We had to pick something up in Asbury Park so my better half was reminded of a time in the 80s that here Grandparents brought her to Vic’s . So here we are and it didn’t disappoint. Wish I knew about this place sooner. Everyone ordered a pizza except for me I had a chicken parm sandwich. Of course I ate a few slices and oh my!!!! I love thin crust and it crunches when you bite it. So good. The Chicken parm was good but in my opinion will not win any awards?. The bread it was on was very good. But again the pizza was the best I have had in quite awhile. Great job to staff at Vic’s our server was very attentive !!Parking: They have parking in rear of restaurant it’s a little tight. You can park on the street if it’s full . Which I am sure it’s always full.“
“Ordered here for the first time after searching for a new pizza place when our favorite spot went out of business. Ordered a plain pie and a focaccia deep dish style. Both were fantastic! We are so happy to have found this place and can’t wait to order again soon.“
“My husband and I come to this area every year to spend our anniversaryIt's been sixteen years now. We have been coming to this place since year one. It never disappoints. The owner and staff are always pleasant. The restaurant is always clean with a beautiful atmosphere and soothing ?. This year they have outdone themselves with new additions to the menu. The vodka pizza with sesame crust with added eggplant is by far my favorite. My husband gets his old faithful pizza every year which is the coal house original. The way he looks at this pizza makes me smile. It is ( in his words) the best pizza he has ever eaten! I pray we can celebrate 16+ more and continue to come here.Thank you for such a satisfying meal.A great way to spend our last night ??“
“We had the most amazing experience with doughboys, ordered some food for catering, our guests loved it, from the moment we placed the order till the moment we picked up the food it was a very pleasant experience, and the food was amazing, thank you very much for a great catering experience, we will be seeing you more this year“
“I LOVE there food! I have been going to eat there for many years..Even was in the old location many years back. I have moved since, but every time I am in that area I stop. I am never disappointed! I am actually craving there pizza now...nothing in my area comes close to Bruno's.Love you guys !See you soon“
“Papa V's has some of the best pizza around the area. Nothing is like a north jersey pie, but that being said, this is the closest you'll get. The crust is great, and the toppings are perfect. A Margherita is our go-to pie, but an eggplant rollatini is a close second. This pizzeria does it right. And that is hard to come by!!! This review is coming from someone who spent a lot of time in pizzerias growing up, my family was in the business, and I make my own pizza often.Vegetarian options: Eggplant rollatini pie is outstanding!!“
“A neighborhood pizzeria located in the Lanes Mill strip mall near the entrance to the GSP North in Brick. The menu concentrates on pizza with a variety of other baked dishes. I ordered a large eggplant sandwich to go. It costs about $11. The roll was 14 inches long. The eggplant skin was removed, lightly fried and then baked to a creamy softness. I didn't want mozzarella so I had red sauce. The older Italian couple that run the place make their own sauce and mozzarella. The sandwich was delicious and can easily feel two. Limited table seating. Mostly take out. Recommend.“
“One of the better pizza places in Brick. A plain large pie is $15, unheard of when others cost $20. Their crust is light and thin and fresh dough. You can tell it’s old dough when the crust is so chewy and dry that you have to dunk it in ranch dressing, like Ampara on Route 88, which is hit or miss.Their garlic knots are wonderful, fresh and not dry, like New Corner in Red Bank or overly soaked in oil, like Chiafullo in Middletown. The accompanying sauce has flavor and not bland like most.Their pies actually have plenty of toppings. A pepperoni pizza actually has the whole pie covered with pepperoni so you don’t get just a slice on your slice like many others. Also their chicken pies are loaded with chicken, not sparsely spread like so many others. It’s not surprising that they have a line of tickets hanging on a Friday night. My new favorite pizza place when I don’t have the time to make my own. :)“
“Oh my LORD! The vegan food is sooooooo good!! I tried 6 different things, and one was better than the next, and it’s BIG and HEAVY food! You definitely get your money’s worth. I will order from then again and again and will tell my family and friends.“
“everyone there is so kind. the waiters are so dedicated to their job. my friends and i went there and i dropped my slice and they gave me another. the staff is also very patient and i always get a warm welcome when i go. i highly recommend going here to eat!“
“Being a long-time fan of the Nino's Coal-Fired Pizza restaurant(s), I was eager to try Nino's Bistro Express once I passed it several weeks ago and found myself drawn in by the modern style of the window signage and lights. Upon passing Nino's Bistro Express for probably the third time I impulsively visited to try two slices prior to dinner, as I typically have a late lunch. What I didn't expect was to try every single slice of pizza on the counter, sans the Bella Bianco, and have that be my dinner for the night just because I enjoyed the first two slices so much. I'm happy to report that all of the slices were varying shades of excellent, as was the garlic knot. I was particularly fond of a thin square Margherita-style slice, which used an extremely high-quality mozzarella. The chicken on the buffalo chicken pie, which was artfully done, was higher quality than average. Even the red pepper flakes seemed larger and better than the typical shaker. Square pizza is admittedly my favorite style, and the Sicilian was also quite unique: crispy dough, interestingly browned on top, with the airy texture that it's supposed to have. The sauce and cheese were in a top league for this. Even the cheese pie was a great value for the quality. Every pizza had signs of freshness and quality, with incredible dough that the menu mentions is imported from Italy. Despite utilizing more conventional ovens rather than the coal-fired ovens that this once local chain of restaurants is known for, the pizza had a crispy exterior and pleasantly large air bubbles. In fact, I think I prefer this style of pizza to the coal-fired personally, which is saying a lot since many coal-fired pizza restaurants are ranked as some of the best in the world for their oven. The flavor, portion, and quality of toppings made each pizza worth trying. They were also all completely different from what I'm used to at the Brick location, in a good way. Service was friendly and served each slice with a smile. Efficient too, as I saw other customers that were in and out with a hot slice of pizza within a minute or so. It's slightly small inside, which fits the Bistro Express style, although they do serve their entire dinner menu as well. Nino's Bistro Express may just be the best Nino's concept yet, with a phenomenal variety of high-quality pizza and a more price-conscious menu.“
