“Great local place with large selection of draft beers, home style cooked meals, and great appetizers. From the Soprano Sandwich to the scratch made Chicken Pot Pie, you can’t go wrong here. This used to be a legendary dive known as the Neshanic Inn that closed prior to Covid, only to be reopened as Riverside about five years ago. Its menu has evolved since then and I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve had there since. The owners are hard working people that strive to offer a down to earth, yet quality vibe.“

“It's a great place! If you are not white,please don't go। Tbh we were having a great time, till we were outed. And only reason being is we were brown skinned. A party of 7 with 5 towers with everyone ubering . In my 11 years being in US,first time I felt racially profiled, that too in my community where I have my own home. Disappointed ofcourse, I am compelled to think about legal recourse because of the insult we felt. If you ARE NOT WHITE, DONT GO THERE. This is an absolute disgrace. And unfortunately, you might face racism from immigrants there. Unfortunately such is the state of this country, being racist will bring more customers. I feel sorry for the regulars. May be they are not racists, but they are patronizing the establishment. Please don't blame the waiting staff though, it's the management who is the problem.“

“It's a kickback relaxed atmosphere. Very attentive service. Food is superherb.It was a packed house when I was there for dinner. Surf and turf steak was a little bit more cooked.My server came back with a perfect medium rare!I've read a few of these comments ,with people having issues with their quantity or quality of their food. They said they were TIRED, or didn't want to BOTHER with the issue.Well, that's on you Sparky! “Food was excellent. I have been here a few times. Th cook must of changed the food was good before. But, this Chef was excellent. The food was not rushed and was done with care. My girlfriend and I had questions on the dishes. The Manager came to our table and explained everything and he personally ordered our dishes. He did not make one mistake. You must go here. Its worth the trip.“

“Found this Tavern by sheer chance, driving the back roads, and fell in love with it. Outdoor seating, Solid traditionally bar. None of that fruity corporate nonsense. Food was surprisingly good. Drinks are reasonably priced. Wish i knew about this place before all my motorcycle buds got married. Would be a blast with the whole crew. Might be slow, but owner was incredibly hospitable, and would highly recommend stopping in. It's not a fake instagram vibe. Its a legit beer and a burger kind of spot. If you dig that kind of thing. Pool table-beers-off the beaten path. always a good time.“
