“So happy we have this place in the neighborhood! Solid breakfast and lunch options for reasonable pricing. My roommate goes here weekly and I finally tagged along to see why they like it so much. It hits the spot when you're looking for a comforting breakfast sammie! There are always several regular customers coming in and out, which is always a great sign!Way better than any fast food option/chain restaurant. The menu is quite extensive when it come to food options. They also have some grab and go snacks/drinks. They have many meat-forward options plus several vegetarian ones!The interior is worn, but in a welcoming way. The front always has space despite there being a small, ever-changing group waiting to pick up orders. You can also order ahead online which is a huge plus!“

“The Sandwhich Corner Market hits it out of the park everytime I order for pick up. The sandwiches are so full. That Parker’s Mustard is not to be missed. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The sandwiches are made to order and are consistently good. They are made fresh and this is one of the best places to order a hoagie tray. My personal opinion, the best veggie and Italian hoagies. “Dietary restrictions: When it wasn’t well-known, I was gluten-free. The owner said he did not have gluten-free rolls, but if I brought my own in, he would make my hoagie on it. They still do not have gluten-free rolls (which I would love to see change in the future), but they do accommodate. For that, it puts their service far beyond other hoagie shops. When I order my hoagie I ask her to make it the opposite way she makes others, which is the correct way to make the sandwich. For some reason she thinks the lettuce and veggies should go on first, then cheese and lunch meat. I know I won't be able to eat a whole hoagie in one sitting and I'll have to wrap half back up for later. If the lettuce is what makes contact with the bun, the hoagie will be soggy later on. For me it should be cheese, meat, lettuce and veggies (on top) in that order. Picky? I think not. I ask for this because I like her shop and I want to support her small business, she doesn't mind at all. If you want your sandwich made the conventional way, you'll have to ask.While the worker or owner are making my sandwich, I check out what she has in her store. I like to get a big pickle, chips, and rice pudding. I get the rice pudding immediately because there may only be a few and someone else might choose this popular dessert. I check her freezers for good tv dinners and for water ices. The water ice is pre-portioned and prepackaged but still yummy. It's easy to just grab one. There Are other groceries available here, so I can grab what I need quickly.The owner is super nice, I consider her my friend. At least a third of the store is dedicated to the beverage with what I’ve been told by reliable sources is an amazing selection. The deli meats are top notch, cheesesteaks are perfect- fresh roll, right meat/cheese ratio, etc.Not for those on any kind of budget, but if you can occasionally treat yourself, everything here is consistently fresh, well made, with generous portions. “We stopped in to grab some "hoagies" before the drive home to Boston. We were greeted so warmly when we walked in - wearing Boston sports gear. The staff were so friendly and reccomended some things we may like. They gave us some cheeses to try and asked us about our visit to Philadelphia while they prepped our order. “Wonderful family-run place. Okay I gave it five stars for atmosphere and I understand this is Reading Terminal Market it's not fine dining. But for a dose of a little rough-around-the-edges Philadelphia culture, the Terminal gets 5 stars.As for the food, my corned beef special was the best corned beef ever. It was unbelievably tender and delicious. If you're not super hungry you can get two lunches out of one sandwich as well.“

I have a coffee pot, but I prefer theirs. Snacks are always fresh, never stale, and lunch meat is awesome. Luncheon meats are cut fresh and prices are more reasonable than the supermarket.
