As may girlfriend and I were outside eating our desserts, the man (I’m assuming the owner, I didn’t catch his name)was closing up shop and gave us a loaf of seeded bread, which was also terrific.. What a wonderful gesture. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in OC, they’ve gained a customer for life.“

“I AM NOT EVEN JOKING THIS IS MY HEAVEN. The whole fam loves this little cafe. We go weekly just to get a taste of heaven. The food is litterly beyond amazing. We reccomend avocado toast, any ice cream or milkshakes, beachbums, or any coffee specials. I would give the atmosphere a 7/5 if I could, because HO-LY it's just the cutest in here. On occasion, they have live music, a very talented man who takes requests and even plays Taylor swift. The service is decent, but it can get a bit slow when the place is really packed. This place is the the best steak restaurant in the area......hands down.My only concern is that the structure of the building seems to be compromised in a sense that there is an inclination inside when you sit. I would suggest for someone to take a look at the building and evaluate.“

“What a beautiful small business coffee shop! I visit Beach Buns every time I have an appointment at Anchor Day Spa which is right above the coffee shop. The staff at Beach Buns are so kind and their coffee and bakery items are delicious! Today I ordered an iced caramel latte with a piece of their banana cake iced with spiced cream cheese frosting. Incredible!! Starbucks is nothing compared to this place! If you’re in Northfield make sure to check this place out!“
“I've been coming here for a while now and I'm always impressed. The food and pastries are the BEST and they often offer gluten/free and vegan options.The coffee is always delicious and they have unique add-ins (ghee, bee pollen, turmeric honey).Some of my favorite pastries include the morning cookie, lavender shortbread, and Hungarian shortbread... but literally everything is good and fresh.It gets super crowded during tourist season and parking can be impossible, so it's a good idea to go in early. Alternatively, come with a sacrificial friend and force them to drive around the block until you're done ordering.“

The owners/staff are warm and welcoming and the decor lives up to the restaurant’s name. A great breakfast fare menu with something for most everyone (NOTE: I didn’t look carefully for vegetarian or food sensitivity items). It’s got a kitchy comfy vibe and they source many of their products from well -known PA places reflecting the owner’s roots in the area. “I had a piece of their rum cake at a birthday party and ended up ordering one for the holidays. $35 for a small one which I think is worth it because it is a uniquely made cake. Whipped cream instead of frosting. Two kinds of pudding inside. Shaved almonds on the sides with a rum chocolate taste. It is definitely a different type of cake sure to please anyone who tries it.“

We appreciate the option of indoor and outdoor seating. The service is always top notch. Last week I had the Fluke special. I've never had that type of fish before but knew I could trust that it would likely be fabulous at Braca. It was. Much gratitude to our server, Cecelia, who found my daughter's purse (with her out of state license; no way to contact her) and secured it in the office. My daughter did not even realize it was missing until the next day. Cecelia had informed the rest of the serving team so when we returned to Braca it was there with all contents undisturbed. We are grateful we did not need to cancel credit cards etc because of Cecelia's and her co-workers' honesty.“

“The single best place to grab breakfast, lunch, brunch , coffee , latte , cider , and or sandwich on a cold winter day in NJ. Getting sat on that cool looking second floor was a nice lil bonus. That hot apple cider with ginger lemon nutmeg and cinnamon.. could live off of that alone. My wife's Cinnabon latte was massive and delicious. So many more varieties to try.... Thinking about that cheesecake one. We arrived too late for the breakfast menu but damn that corned beef special was stacked !!! Great service. Happy shiny people holding hands !!“
