“First time visitor to the Bright Spot but it will not be the last. Came in with a crew of 9 on a dreary December morning and it was like walking into sunshine. The owners/staff are warm and welcoming and the decor lives up to the restaurant’s name. A great breakfast fare menu with something for most everyone (NOTE: I didn’t look carefully for vegetarian or food sensitivity items). It’s got a kitchy comfy vibe and they source many of their products from well -known PA places reflecting the owner’s roots in the area. We’ll be back and thanks for the dose of good food and energy !“
“We have dined at Braca several times each summer for the last few years. We always enjoy the delicious meals and atmosphere, and ability to make a reservation. We appreciate the option of indoor and outdoor seating. The service is always top notch. Last week I had the Fluke special. I've never had that type of fish before but knew I could trust that it would likely be fabulous at Braca. It was. Much gratitude to our server, Cecelia, who found my daughter's purse (with her out of state license; no way to contact her) and secured it in the office. My daughter did not even realize it was missing until the next day. Cecelia had informed the rest of the serving team so when we returned to Braca it was there with all contents undisturbed. We are grateful we did not need to cancel credit cards etc because of Cecelia's and her co-workers' honesty.“
“Great food & service. Our big family used catering, dine in and delivery the week we were in Sea Isle City. We love the extensive menu with lots of veggie and vegan options - for we Californians and New York family, too. Delicious veggie boli balls were my favorite! Lou went out of his way to be sure we were happy and was clear he wanted feedback about how things turned out for everyone when they catered our big family reunion/party. Everything was great! Lots of delicious food - eggplant and chicken Parmesan, salads, sampler appetizer platter and boli balls. And of course, pizzas all week. Loved by all! Thank you, Uncle Oogie's!“
“The single best place to grab breakfast, lunch, brunch , coffee , latte , cider , and or sandwich on a cold winter day in NJ. Getting sat on that cool looking second floor was a nice lil bonus. That hot apple cider with ginger lemon nutmeg and cinnamon.. could live off of that alone. My wife's Cinnabon latte was massive and delicious. So many more varieties to try.... Thinking about that cheesecake one. We arrived too late for the breakfast menu but damn that corned beef special was stacked !!! Great service. Happy shiny people holding hands !!“
“Stopped here because why not ! Who doesn't love cupcakes and dessert. They have cupcakes and brownies. They have a good assortment to suit all palates. They also have some refrigerated guessing because of contents. We opted for a 6 pack since we couldn't decide. We got 2 lily white vanilla with vanilla frosting, we got one white cake with chocolate frosting. One blueberry crumble and one lemon cupcake. The frosting is good and not too much in quantity like some others . All were tasty and hit the spot. I especially loved the blueberry with whole blueberries inside . 3.40 for each cup cake ... 19. And some change for a 6 pack. Stop driving by this place and stop in !“
“First time coming across this gem. Came in as they were closing, grabbed a slice of cheesecake & cannoli. Both were phenomenal!!! As may girlfriend and I were outside eating our desserts, the man (I’m assuming the owner, I didn’t catch his name)was closing up shop and gave us a loaf of seeded bread, which was also terrific.. What a wonderful gesture. I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in OC, they’ve gained a customer for life.“
“This is hands down the best juice spot in New Jersey! I've had my fair share of juices, store-bought and home made and this is by far my favorite. Vanessa and her team are so kind and intentional in the clean products they create and it shows. The Liquid Gold turmeric shot is my go-to (I stock up everytime I visit) and being a vegan, their ice cream at Pure Twist next door is an obvious yes - my favorite being the Tahini/Chocolate! A must stop if you're in the Stone Harbor area :)“

Been coming here since I was six years old, and even though it has changed owners over the last few decades, the pizza and atmosphere is still the best.Perfect crust, toppings, and sauce. “It was a busy Saturday night. The food and service were very good. We had the Cacio Pepe Tableside....rich and satisfying, a real delicacy. The owner, Marco, prepared the dish masterfully. We visit often, in and off season and we have always been pleased. The Roman specialties put the restaurant in a different category (on top) of the many others, all the same menu, Italian restaurants. Kudos to the management. The Amatriciana and the Scallops Risotto were fantastic.“
