“Hands down best omelettes in Sussex County. I'm a picky breakfast gal so for breakfast I almost exclusively have western omelettes and as such consider myself an expert - so go there and get one, you won't regret it. Their homefries are yummy too! I've heard great things about the pancakes and French toast so I'll definitely have to give that a try soon!“

“We had our small wedding at Andre's this past weekend, and I am still in awe of how fantastic the event was. Tracey is an all-star. From coordinating calls, decorating our table, marrying us, to keeping us on schedule. Andre had our whole group raving about how great the food was. From the appetizers to the cake, we really couldn't have asked for better. On top of it all, the location is STUNNING! The staff helping to serve us were so friendly and pleasant and together they all helped make sure our wedding day was the best day of our life. I can't recommend Andre's enough, and we will certainly be returning for a meal!“

“Stopped in for lunch. Atmosphere was comfortable. My server Jutay was amazing, very positive attitude. Had the soup of the day with fresh squeezed lemon, which elevated the taste even more. My burger was juicy and flavorful. My only suggestion would be to have those in the dining room, not be listening to their phone on speaker. I plan on visiting again!!“

“We had a 50 person party yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the buffet they put out for us and I have to give a HUGE shout out to Matt (I’m pretty sure that was his name. Big smile and his hair in a bun). He was the wait staff taking care of all of us and he killed it! Super pleasant and he worked his butt off to serve us all. If you get Matt, take good care of him!!!!“

“I have had two bridal showers at Portofino in Oak Ridge, and not only did everyone love the food, but Nancy and the entire staff is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help you in any capacity that they can. I highly recommend Portofino either for lunch, dinner or any kind of event you have whether it is big or small. You can't go wrong with Portofino, I can't say enough great things about the staff and restaurant!“

“Gatwyns II is a very good neighborhood restaurant/ bar. The food (Portuguese Mussels and Pizza) are great but the beer choices are very poor. Lack of attention from the bar tender can be too frequent but the table service is strong. Definitely recommended, some areas could use improvement but generally happy with this place.“

“We went to Latour for our anniversary. Got a packaged deal with a 1 night stay at Minerals because we could only stay one night. The package included a credit for the 7 course dinner and wine pairing. Nothing bad to say about Latour. The chef made accommodations for myself because I'm allergic to shell fish and my spouse for not eating beef or pork and still keep it pretty close to the menu. The only dish that couldn't be altered was the pork because its portions are split between two people but that didn't bother me, the Chef substituted Oxtail me and Tortellini for my spouse, which were both on the 3 course menu. Trevor the sommelier, made adjustments with the wine pairing toatch the food and was awesome as was Blake and the rest of the wait staff. “First visit to Alice’s. We will return. Fun bar downstairs with outside heated seating looking over the lake. The food was ok. Steak was ordered rare and that came out perfect. The Salmon though was over cooked. Sides were fine though the vegetables were a mix of warm and cold. Service was great. Nice people.“

“Love this place. It’s definitely one of the better restaurants/bars in the area. Not like some other restaurants in the area, that charge you a percentage to use your CC. Not only that one particular owner takes tip money away from waitresses because you used your CC. Could you imagine the owner taking tip money away, because a customer used a credit card. “We have been to Old Stone many times and are never disappointed. The setting is intimate and beautifully decorated. It is immaculately clean; the cases of home baked muffins, danish, pies and cakes literally gleam. We love their freshly brewed coffee. We’ve had great breakfasts there. But, we believe their lunch menu to be the best tasting in town. Everything is made to order. The home made soups are especially delicious. Paired with fresh cut fries (fresh cuts for the hip) this cheboygah will change everything you ever thought was possible in culinary art. Their chilli is a meaty dense dark texture that warms the coldest souls from the darkest corners of the earth. My wife ventured into the land of poultry there by ordering a fried chicken special. All she lent me was half a wing in fear that she would run out of chicken too fast. Our server, I never got her name as she was also bartending / changing the lives of men and women who were experiencing the saloon, was nothing short of a messenger of God. Bringing food and drinks promptly and kindly and ensuring we did not faint out of pure bliss during our dining experience. All humans must enter this establishment and order a cheboygah. This is the only way to have the best in the universe. It will ruin all other boygahs for you at every place you ever get one.
