“I ate the small soy sauce crab sauce and it was wow ㅠㅠ It was so delicious. It wasn't too salty and had a little bit of spiciness in the liver, so I didn't feel burdened at all when I ate the soup with rice and topped with crab sauce. It was so good that I'll post a review as soon as I eat it ?????? I highly recommend it.“
“Sensational feeling as I take the first bite of this immaculate cuisine. One of my favorite childhood family restaurants - so many fond and inspirational memories here. I’ve developed my passion for culinary due to the level of deliciousness and manner within this franchise. Thank you for everything.“
“Great pocha in Pal Park. Love all.the photo ops they have within. The ambiance, food and service are excellent!! Been there many many times and our favorites are the hamburger steak and beef tartare(yookhoe 육회). Think they have the freshest yookhoe in town! Will be back again soon!!“
“It was my first time here and the seafood kalguksu was so delicious. It's full of seafood, the broth is delicious, the servers are very friendly, and I highly recommend the soft tofu seafood kalguksu when you're craving something spicy. It's too bad I live far away and can't come often.“
“HIDDEN GEM! This place is so good!! FYI, it's a self serve restaurant so you order and pay at cashier and they will call for your ticket when food is ready. The best part is NO TIPPING! It's a great business model for today's economy. My spicy galbi tang was super good. 4 thick chunky delicious pieces of galbi tang. It's thicker in person than my photos can capture. Each piece has the right amount of marbling that gives a delicious texture and mouth full of juicy meat. It comes with thin glass noodles and thick chunks of daikon. The seafood pancake is a MUST order. It's so thick, crispy and have large chunks of octopus. It's such a satisfying meal. The spicy pork with cabbage bimbimbap was delicious too. They have free self serve milk-like soup and it hits the spot on a winter rainy night. I'll definitely come back.“
“The quality of the meat is pretty high. I have yet to try their cold buckwheat noodles. I've heard great things.Parking: The parking lot is tiny and shared with other businesses. During dinner hours, they only offer valet parking. It's the only negative I have.“
“My friends in New Jersey eat so well! ! Really enviousIt was lunch time when we went and there were not too many people.I never thought that Lunch could be so rich and delicious! !The side dishes provided were all so delicious that it touched my taste buds.✅Galbi StewI really like beef bone soup! ! The flavor is rich but not greasy! It feels so refreshing yet delicious! !✅Charcoal BBQ BossamThe first time I tasted this dish, I was amazed! The aroma of the pork belly is enhanced a lot after being deep-fried~Pair it with the combination of cabbage leaves and Kimchi oysters !If you can’t finish it, you can take it away! Stir fry pork belly with kimchiAnother delicious dish hahahaha! !✅Extremely Spicy Pig FeetThe charcoal-grilled pig's trotters have their own aroma! Then make it Korean spicySpicy and refreshing! The texture is glutinous and super delicious! !I could eat another plate of this collagen hahaha! !If you are nearby, you can have lunch or something.I feel very satisfied! ! Hope you like it too~“
“This is the best grilled fish place I have ever been coming from Manhattan. Worth the trip I am so glad I can call myself a regular now wowow!!! Been waiting so long for this Cocktails are visually so appealing too with everything so fresh. Made to order!!!! Thank you for owners for opening this place “
“Clean & no tip is good. Food is generally good, except when you go a bit late. The sausage comes out bloated & blown. I wish they would just give it as separate item like before. All you can eat kimchi means I can dial down on salt & fill myself with kimchi. I go there may be every other week.A trend of self service appears to be taking shape. A god (blasphemy if in cap) of Jjambbong or 짬뽕의 신 just opened up with same concept. No tip & taxes.“
“The BEST Wangmandoo I've been able to find in NJ. I used to get them at street vendors in Seoul, so I get a craving every now and then. The outside of the pork and red bean are a soft pillowy dough. The kimchi have a more traditional wrapping but still large. Prices as of today were 6/$14 and 1/$2.50.“
“I had been craving raw marinated crabs for who even knows how long. So I jumped at the opportunity to go when a friend told me about this place. They do require about an hour and a half notice if you want certain things on the menu, so I would just call in beforehand so that you can order and you don't have to wait there. The raw marinated crab is so good! Both the soy and spicy marinades are delicious, even by themselves on rice. The crabs are so meaty and juicy and creamy. You don't even have to eat it with rice, it's so good on its own. The seafood pancake was a really good side dish to add on. Nothing too special on its own but just nice to have and you can dip it in the soy marinade. The abalone porridge was good, but if you're getting the crabs, I don't think it's really necessary to have. Because you already get rice and seafood. But it's still a good homey porridge.“
“This is THE best spicy tofu soup restaurant in NJ. Palisades Park location is my favorite because their soups are perfectly delicious and flavorful and it has just the right amount of spice that is appropriate for each level. The Bibimbop and Galbi tang are also tasty non-tofu options. Their appetizers are also really good especially the seafood pancake and corn cheese which are my favorites! The ambience feels like home with a cozy atmosphere, and the service at this location is always excellent! Palisades Park location never disappoints out of all of the locations in NJ!“
“Tried many Korean BBQ this one is the best! Came in on a rainy day and ordered beef combo. We were amazed by the portion that came out, and all of the food the was just cooked to the perfection. The staff were even more amazing - they are super nice, attentive and considerate, who made experience very pleasant! Would definitely come back again!“
“One of my go-to places for chicken in Palisades Park. Food is delicious, we always get the Onion Chicken, which is perfect to share with 2-3 people and supplement with something else like bu dae jigae. We went with a group of 4 and had to wait about 15 minutes around 6:30pm to get a table, but it went by quick. Staff was friendly and place is clean and fun decor. Like everywhere in Palisades park, street paid parking is limited but there is free parking in the neighborhood streets if you want to walk further. One of my favorite places to eat at in Palisades Park, can't wait to come back!“
“3 people eat raw fish and it's still too much. I made a reservation, but today I ordered assorted sashimi ($150) instead of tuna... with the sashimi served last... If you eat creamy kaibashira on top of potato pancakes as you instructed, will it taste like gnocchi? The rolls are also delicious. The spicy stew is packaged. The $100 menu is also new... 3 types of Tsugedashi instead of 9 + 1 bottle of soju. If two people come, it's great value for money.----It's always a delicious meal.We ordered Assorted Raw Fish A for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. The new shrimp paste is especially delicious. This was the first time I knew there was an option to eat sashimi first, but I just ate tsukedashi first. It's nice that the people who serve us are friendly and have been there since the restaurant opened.“
“Hang Ah Ri makes food from the heart that is nourishing and delicious! The food is presented with care and great taste. The donkatsu is super satisfying and the sujebi is hand torn too. The mushroom don is a little sweet but still a good vegetarian option. The atmosphere is calm and service attentive. Would recommend!“
“so good! They have a ton of jjajang options, and their sweet and sour pork is perfectly balanced. Our usual spot was closed early so we ended up at HBJ, which we ended up liking more!Kid-friendliness: There were kids when we were here, and the place is for all ages as long as you like food :)“
“It's a LOT of food. The minimum order quntity for their dakgalbi is 2 servings, and that's a 2 servings in the pan in the picture, which actually felt like 4 servings. We ordered half a fried chicken and that was an overkill. Ended up bringing more than half the food home as a leftover.Make sure you bring a group of 3-4 if you want to order dakgalbi, especially if you're gonna order fried rice after the dakgalbi.the food itself was great. Both the dakgalbi and fried chicken. Would come again“
“One of the Best Fried Chicken in Palisades Park. It has been 3years using this restaurant. The owner is very nice and I can see that he works very hard. Always same quality, quantity, and good food. My friend recommended this place at first and I am keep going and I will keep going this place. I already recommended many of my friend.???“
“Came here for my mom's birthday dinner. I couldn't capture in pictures how great the food was. I think I might go to NJ just to visit this restaurant. The food was very fresh, tasty, and felt healthy. I would like to go there every day if possible.“
“New owners since May 2023, as claimed by the waitstaff. I frequented this place as it is close to home. Good is good. Had the kalbi and pork belly grilled at the table. It is expensive, but the quality of the meat justifies the price. Meat was marbled beautifully. The ban chan, along with the egg and deunjang soup were great. BYOB.“
“Note: though this place is named Hanam BBQ, we cam for the sushi. This is one of the better sushi restaurants I've been to in Fort Lee. Caters to mostly Korean crowd which means they serve good fresh sashimi and sushi. Their side dishes were tasty and plentiful. I didn't order any BBQ dishes but will indulge on my return visit. This place gets crowded during meal time and does have few private rooms. Interestingly, this place is attached to a karaoke bar. So after eating ur meal, u can sing ur favorite karaoke tunes without leaving the place and ur calories off. What more can u ask for?“
“I did not expect the nachos to be a firework of colors. My photos don't capture the fun insanity of the foods. Mad nachos: 5/5 Crispy Chicken bowl - there's a lot happening here. Avocados , corn, noodles, rice , salad - Now I know!!! I will forever want noodles with fried chicken! Great combination! Soy garlic chicken wings 5/5 Good for large groups. Metered street parking. But free after 9pm. Restaurant is open until past midnight.“
“You don’t dine in here for the vibe. You won’t get any pleasant table service by waiter. The operation resembles McDonald; pay at the cashier, pick up your own order and clean up what you ate. This is totally fine by me whenever I crave naengmyun (Korean cold noodles) while I want to stay under $20/person budget. The taste is solid. Not the best in town, but probably the best $15 (tip, tax included) naengmyun in NY/NJ. And the bottomless beef soup is a huge bonus as it perfectly pairs with the spicy noodles. They do offer more than cold noodles, such as galbi and combo meals. But I won’t go out of my way for other entrees besides cold noodles here.“
“In 2024, it feels like a Chinese food war has broken out in the food alley of Palpac Koreatown. Invincible Jjambbong is a new company, but both the taste and service were good. For those who like Jjajang with a lot of seasoning and a lot of oil and stir-fried onions, the Gan Jjajang here may have different tastes as it pursues the original taste of Gan Jjajang a little more.“
“The seasoning of the food is not too salty, so it's good to buy and eat it when you don't want to cook at home for health reasons. The kimbap is also good because the price is reasonable and the flavor is deep, and the other things are also delicious... I have squid strips, crunchy bean sprouts, Vietnamese fried noodles, I highly recommend gamjachae and pollack kodari! If you buy a lot, the generous gift of giving you one at a time is also the best^^“
“A small place to try some eel. It’s basically Korean BBQ but with eel (you wrap the eel with lettuce). Takes about 20 minutes to cook and you can enjoy some side dishes, which are really good as well. You can tell the eel is fresh. Overall pretty good, but the salted one is a bit dry imho. The one with seasoning is the better choice. There are five tables in total and two in the back. Valet parking in rear or you can use the street parking.“
“There is nothing but good vibes coming here for food. The grannie is so helpful and attentive, would keep refilling the kimchi dish right as it’s finished and so sweet and kind. The staff are awesome, food is great! Definitely come here and try it. The price is absolutely fair too!“
