“My favorite one in Paterson, the drive through always goes very fast, their service is great, always nice and friendly. Never get an order wrong. And for the most part they always do awesome with my coffees.Sounds like normal stuff, but not all dunkins are like that. This one has remained great over the years.For entering the drive through, it's tricky you can only do so coming from the bridge, if your coming the opposite direction, it's double line and you "can't " turn left into the drive through... but everyone still does it... I even saw a cop once doing it ? but just be safe when turning left because of incoming cars and do not block obviously.“

“Conveniently located by the parking deck on Broadway near the MVC and PCCC, this is my go-to DD location during the work week. Everyone behind the counter is friendly and they remember regulars, too. The spot gets hit hard in the mornings, so the line gets really long, but that's where mobile ordering comes in. Easy, mobile order pickup at this location, and my coffee is always waiting there by the time I roll in (very seldom have I had to wait). Order on my phone, grab my coffee, wave hello and say thank you, then head to the office. The system works... In short, I'm a fan.“

“Terrible , group dudes chatting it up , tried asking a question but no response first time ( asked for condiments m ) No type of customer service . Asked for condiments again for my 3 meals ( 2 bagel egg cheese , crossaint egg cheese and hash brown and the driver through worker gave 2 ketchups lol , for all that, talk about cheap. Do your self a favor and just visit the one on union ave , 10x better“
“Donuts are stale, great staff , there's a digital price on the window that doesn't work I think purposely the price from the order speaker isn't the same when you get to the window but to avoid situations I don't say anything but they ask for a diff price my coffee is always made correctly“
“Union Avenue Dunkin is THE BEST in the area. The owner is very personable and never misses a chance to tell you how much he appreciates your business. The counter servers are congenial and efficient. I pass by two other Dunkins daily but go out of my way to visit Union Avenue.“
