Great place, and my son loved it. However, when I went, they were extremely short staffed. Had to wait 5 min for someone to let us in/out , as well as only 1 person behind the prize counter, so wait was 10+ min. Excellent place to go, the food is what you would expect for a franchise place. Service was alright, arrived on time to set up they were late, especially with the game passes we had to wait for them to have them ready which is the point of going there. We hosted a party in chuck E cheese and it was an awesome experience. As the host was taking care of everything in our party we got the time to interact with all the parents who came in the party. The kids had fun as there were so many games they could play and the food was yummy.
