“I must give kudos to Will at the Nanuet location. Ordered two sandwiches via the app for Nanuet pickup. They were filling a huge catering order and unfortunately a sandwich size mistake was noticed AFTER we got home. I called to see if I could get a portion refunded, but due to ordering via the app, that was not an option. Will graciously offered replacement food if we came back to pick it up. He was sweet, understanding and MORE than made up for the mistake. Went above and beyond! He took an annoying customer situation and completely turned it around.
