“Beautiful decor on the inside. Restaurant gets busy so make reservation just in case! Had dinner Monday night and Ashley was amazing. The sake warrior is like a limey summer refresher. Just with a little twist. Really good! Shrimp dumplings are so bomb, as well as the sesame chicken and glass noodle. Great service.”

“Absolutely delighted by the food and service,I ordered the bulgogi hot pot, and I can say that it’s true to its name. The hotpot stayed piping hot all the way through the meal. My sister ordered the seafood ramen, which was also delicious,the broth was rich and savory, with lots of big shrimp! The seafood tofu soup was also great!”

“I recently visited Charley’s Cheesesteaks and had their Philly cheesesteak- it was beyond awesome! The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, paired with melted cheese that elevated the flavor. The bread was fresh and soft, holding everything together without being too heavy. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. The portion size was satisfying. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. If you're a cheesesteak lover, Charley’s is a must-try! I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu.”

“Pepper Steak was really good. Nice and tender compared to many Chinese take out spots near me. Chicken with broccoli was also pretty good. Their garlic shrimp served with the mofongo was great! Next time I'll try it with their fried rice. Other people that left a review recommended their Mofongo. Maybe it's just me but it was ok. It seemed a bit on the drier side. Overall I like this spot. It just sucks its too far from where I live. lol”

“We had a wonderful event today at The Exchange"s banquet facilities. Food was fantastic!! Only thing better then the food was the hostesses. Very attentive, and very helpful. They made the function run tha much smoother amd made my day that much easier. But did I mention the food...my guests have not stopped reaching out to me saying how muched they loved the food. If your looking for a place to have a function 100% would recommend The Exchange in Rockaway.”

“My beautiful lady and I were there today this is one of my favorite staples in Rockaway. We went for the Breast cancer fundraiser today, and it was an absolute perfect turnout for a wonderful cause of someone in need. I absolutely love the staff there. Today we were greeted by Lisa and Rob. They served us right away and with a smile. Lisa is top notch, and Rob too. Later Ashley came in the evening shift, she’s great also and top notch as well. Bridget and George are awesome, perfect owners who treat their customers like family. Food is fantastic, and service as well. You make alot of great friends there, as alot of wonderful people go in and out of there. Very friendly atmosphere. Great place to watch all kinds of sports, phenomenal specials, and a fantastic patio area with a tv where you can relax and enjoy yourself. We had such a fantastic day. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Mill Lane Tavern. You will not regret it! 😀👍”

“Just tried this place out to see if the high rating was real or not. The real reason is we hoped the positive reviews were true. We got tacos with rice and beans. Simple dish, but it's smell and taste were through the roof perfection. Three warm savory corn tortillas for each and each delectable. It reminded me of the best Mexican street food, only better, I had a seat! The staff is basically all family and THAT alone says something about the care behind every dish.”

“Had a problem with my burger that the lead manager came over and fixed promptly, but the bespectacled man who took our order was passive-aggressive and very condescending. According to our receipt, apparently the man's name was Lorenzo. In the first place, Lorenzo refused to even take my order until my fiancé (who was with me) ordered her food first. The reason Lorenzo gave for this was simply an insistence on "ladies first!" While Lorenzo had a point about this being good manners and proper etiquette, for him to be as adamant and imposing about it was rude, inappropriate and uncalled-for in the context of a customer service experience. Not only this, but every time I politely asked him a question about if a certain condiment had been placed on my order or not, he would reply "You already said that" in an extremely passive-aggressive manner if I managed to accidentally repeat myself. Lorenzo's whole attitude made it seem like he was trying to make me look as bad as he possibly could in front of my woman, which makes me wonder if perhaps it was a lame- brained attempt to steal someone else's lady. Apparently, he felt that I needed to be "put in my place", when I in fact did nothing to deserve this treatment. All I did was initiate was a simple business transaction. This whole encounter made me feel like a victim of reverse racism, due to the fact the cashier in question was black and he was acting like he was under the impression that white people owe him something besides the money they pay for their food at this location. And if not reverse racism, then I am accusing Lorenzo of blatant gender-on-gender misandry.”

“Jake was so sweet and amazing at the register, but the cooks kept messing up everyone's orders including mine. When the food is done correctly, it is amazing and tasty, but on a Saturday night, there were two new cooks who did not listen to anyone. Everyone was getting mad and they were making the food in the wrong order. I talked to the manager that night, and the cooks would not listen to her. Poor Jake was taking all the heat for the cooks' mistakes.”

“Decided to try before hitting a movie right when they opened. Helpful, friendly staff. Ordered the basic sandwich since it is closest to my favorite chik-fil-a. Nice crispy filet, very moist and tender, enjoyed very much. Not as much spices in the breading so if you like it more plain this is your sandwich. Pickles a bit thicker and good taste, very good. Nice soft bun. Really liked the fries, similar to five guys but thinner and they have great spice options, I chose the rosemary black pepper fries. Sauces were really good too, the signature is just like chik-fil-a, also really liked the Korean BBQ and Buffalo. Would definitely return nice job!”

I can't say enough good things about Riviera Maya Mexican in Rockaway! This place has quickly become a favorite stop for me and my fellow soldiers during our drill weekends. The food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappoint.

The service is always fast and friendly, making us feel right at home every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience, which is truly appreciated, especially when we come in with a group of about a dozen.
