On top of that, the chia pudding recipe tis shop is using is something distinctly different from other chia pudding I've had. I live in NYC - caught a train to Montclair Bay St station, and wandered up the block from there looking for some treats to share with friends.Jackpot.I don't live near Montclair, and this location is not convenient to me. “Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

Everyone who’s helped me has always been helpful, easy going, and happy to make substitutions on a dime (ex: strawberries for blueberries). I cant speak for all locations but Playa Bowls at 27th and 7th in NYC is quick and efficient as well. I can be in and out in less than five minutes, which is crucial for me. I always know I will get quick, accurate service and fresh food, so it’s a frequent lunch destination.“
