“My partner and I came after a tough workout recently on a Saturday afternoon, as Revelie had been on our radar for a few months! The wait wasn't terribly long at 3:30 (we waited about 30 min outside, though it was cold). The food was tasty and good quality, I liked the chopped cheese the most. Fun diner feel too! There was a minor holdup to actually get the food, but definitely worth it once we actually got to try it. Would recommend!“
“Been here before and the food is great. This time around we had Mike as a waiter and he was exceptional, going above and beyond and honestly one of the best waiters I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back and hopefully have Mike as our waiter. He deserves a raise.“
“Ordered the spicy salmon ramen and takoyaki. The ramen was really good with a rich broth but it wasn't spicy at all and started to taste a bit salty at the end. I wouldn't recommend the takoyaki because the portions are very small with a single piece of octopus in it for 10 dollars. Otherwise a great experience! + the servers were super nice“
“The food was very good but not outstanding. The papaya salad and the vegetable roll appetiser were excellent. The crab curry would have been good except the server recommended we mix it into the noodles and vegetables, so could not really taste it. The fried branding in basil sauce was excellent. Green curry with chicken was ok. The cocktails were average at best: too sweet and low on alcohol. So the food and drinks were really 3.5.“
“This place is dope, I highly recommend. My KHAO SOI CHIANG MAI** Beef (Drunken Noodles) was fireeeeee with the Thai spicy as I requested and I enjoyed it.My friend had a roster duck and veggies and that was delicioussssssss.I’ll definitely go back! Keep it up folks ????❤️“
“Overall rating: 4.4I was very excited to try Egyptian when I found this place on Google. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I know I was hoping for unique food. I was a bit surprised when I went it was mostly a variation of halaal. I also didn’t realize the place was mostly vegetarian and think its description should be updated.I think I got the basic halal with beet and another sauce. The sauce was reallly good!! I would go back for the beet sauce. But the food ended up being a side to my beet sauce. The staff seemed very friendly but it was so bright. Wish they could lower it just a tad. If you’re a vegetarian, I think you’re going to like this place a tad more.“
“Just visited with my family of four, and we loved it. There was food for everyone to enjoy, and the food was delicious. We ordered different things to share, so we could try more things. You have to order a Khatchapuri! It's a must! We had Aragvi salad- absolutely delicious! The kids chose crepes with meat and kginkali, both finished to the last crumb! We had egplant rolls , pirk mtsvadi and potatoes with mushrooms to share, everything was so good! We all were full and very satisfied. The waiters check in, making sure everything is good and super nice. To add on all of that the place was beautiful and so pleasant. Me and my family highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Dropped by for a drink after dinner. It was one the modern design with classic vide kinda jazz bar. Live music with roses decor prefect for date night~ Or just someone enjoy live jazz. If you want to talk or on a date, ask your server sit you away from the music area: Not so crowded on a Friday night as they are new to the neighborhood. If you do not want to jam with tourist and people from all other places like Dizzy, this is an option. Drinks are decent, they have both cocktail and mocktail 3 mocktail options for those who need to bring someone does not drink with them. Bar closes at midnight.“
“Whether you know and love Georgian food already or it's your first time, this is the place for you. I've been to many Georgian restaurants in the area that are too expensive, too far away, or too Amercanized, this place is perfect for fast casual Georgian food. I'm so happy to discover it and can't wait to return again and again. დელიას გაუმარჯოს!“
“A perfect dining experience from start to finish. Welcoming staff and expert service made this an unexpected treat. My husband and I started by sharing the special salad chock full of blueberries, blackberries, pomegranate and hazelnuts. For our entrees, he opted for the well prepared black bass special, I enjoyed the pappardelle with sausage ragu. We shared the fresh fruit pastry shell with gelato - a beautiful creation and the perfect way to end our meal. Such a lovely find - can't wait to return.“
“Nice place, on the corner of a building.I took 4 chicken meatballs with polenta, which I found good, but would have been better if they had been a little more generous with the tomato sauce.Good service although perhaps a little slow (except when it came to bringing us the bill...?).Final price for two (a one liter bottle of San Pellegrino water plus two dishes like the ones I described, namely 4 meatballs and polenta as in the photo) 66 dollars, tip included. For honest New York.“
“I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!! ?? I am always satisfied with my order and always keep coming back to doordash for more!! I want to give a quick shout out to Michael and Cariluz for crafting the best amazing salad that I enjoy always !! ? thank you again i’m gonna keep coming back :-)“
“I am always in the lookout for great pizza places, and this is definitely in my top 5 in NJ. You can’t go wrong here if you are a fan of wood fire neapolitan pizza. My wife found this place on google and the reviews definitely encouraged us to try, and boy I am glad we did. It’s a small, cozy place, but looked like they have options to sit outdoors when the weather gets better. We were welcomed and served with a great smile, which always makes the food taste even better. We tried the Hot honey and a special pizza on their menu with purple potato base. They both were just yummy. The dough - cooked to the right amount of crispness and softness - was just what perfection is. The toppings, cheese, all tasted just fresh and delicious. I am definitely returning to this delightful place serving love in the form of pizza!“
“I tried takeout from Lovin' Today, and I was pleasantly surprised. I've never tried vegan chorizo before, so I was kind of worried about whether I'd like it or not. It actually still had the same kind of spice of regular chorizo. To be honest, I didn't seem to notice that much of a difference between this vegan chorizo and regular chorizo. And they gave a lot of it in the taco as well, so I was happy with that. I also got brown rice as a side. It was a hearty portion size of rice. I got vegan naan bread, which tasted delicious and exactly like regular naan bread. I also loved that they sealed the boxes with tape with a drawn heart on it. It's a small detail, but it shows there was care put into putting my meal together. Overall, i was happy with my meal, and I would definitely order from them again.“
“Great service and good food. Initially I was told I could only order food to go because someone was having a private party and they were prepping but then the man behind the counter walked me through the menu. He then suggested I have a seat and could eat in if I wanted. I chose to dine in and the food was fabulous. I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They did not have the cheddar jalapeño biscuit I asked for but they added extra cheese to my sandwich to compensate. The biscuit was crunchy in the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be coming back to try the chicken biscuit and all the different compound butters.“
“An Excellent Turkish Restaurant in NYC !!!I was in New York City for a business trip last week and by searching for a Turkish place in Midtown I came across Akdeniz. I was met with true Turkish hospitality, everyone was very nice. I had the Iskender Kebab which tasted as if I was in Istanbul. It was very fresh and tasty. The babaghannous was nicely made you could taste the fresh roasted eggplant, as good as the best in Turkey. It was such a great experience that two days later I went back for lunch and had the Adana Kebab which was one of the best Ive had in the States. I highly recommend Akdeniz!!!“
“Best pizza to get when ur faded as a mf I highly recommend coming here drunkVegetarian options: Yeah but u a bxtch if u a vegetarianDietary restrictions: Just hit the gym if u fatParking: Jus walk u lazy fxckKid-friendliness: Yes but fk them kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yea“
“they always got my back like wow… the baristas always remember me and put my name in without asking… i love u guys yummy burger yummy blt and i love blts so getting one here for lunch is such a treat… this is my fav lunch spot i love you guys“
“This place is fantastic!!! The pasta was to die for! The lamb pizza I’ve been thinking about since I’ve eaten it! The only hiccup was that they were short staffed in the kitchen so we were there for a very long time AND my husbands steak was over cooked. They did more than enough to make it right and were very apologetic. The place is very cute and homey inside. PLUS BYOB! We will be back again that’s for sure !“
“Ordered the Charred Chicken Bowl, and I must say, it was phenomenal. It had a flavour that was unbeknownst to me in a bowl. The coconut ranch mixed with the habanero sauce, really do create a unique flavour profile. Also, the chicken marination was something that was brand new to me. Do give it a try!“
“I came down with an unspecified viral illness earlier this year which knocked me out for a solid week, and all I could muster the energy and appetite for was soup. I've had some great chicken soup uptown before (Salento in Washington Heights is amazing), but now that I've moved to the UWS, I was adrift once again. Some googling and yelping steered me toward Murray's Sturgeon Shop, so one day, I wrested myself from my sickbed and walked down to pick myself up some soup. The store is somewhat intimidating, as nothing is really laid out and you have to order everything over the counter, but I was able to convey my order pretty easily, and not long after, I had a frozen quart of chicken noodle soup in my possession. I guess they only sell their soups frozen, but they assured me it is frozen at peak freshness. It was $15 for the frozen quart, which felt kinda steep, but I justified it, because it could last multiple meals. I came out and let my frozen block defrost for a bit before I melted it on the stovetop. It took a while for the ice crystals to melt away, but soon enough, the warm and umami aroma of chicken soup began to emanate from my pot and penetrate my stuffed up olfactories. My frozen block made two portion of delicious soup, stuffed full of shredded chicken, carrots, and curly egg noodles. The best word I can use to describe the flavor of this soup is incredible DEPTH. Soup is not a good I often rave over, but this one is particularly good and flavorful. It cured me, just a little. Highly recommend when you're ill and craving your mother's cooking/comfort, but you're actually a grown adult who thousands of miles away from your childhood home so you just have to shell out $15 for someone else's grandma to make soup and sell you a frozen block of it. I haven't tried their fish, but based on the other reviews, I'm curious about it! Nothing in the store looked particularly nice or clean (it just looked a little musty as old delis often do), and like I mentioned, the counter is somewhat intimidating, but Murray's has the vibe of an old time establishment that knows what they're doing and does it well.“
“I’ve been here a few times now because it’s close to where I live - this is hands down the best Mediterranean food around! It’s fresh, delicious, consistently amazing food! The service is also quite amazing and the environment is so welcoming. I love eating here and highly recommend if you like Mediterranean food that you give them a try! :)“
“Amazing experience! Out of a four-day getaway for two days, Ledo Pizza was our dedicated dining spot. We just had to come back. The place is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. The pizza is delicious, just perfect. All ingredients were fresh, and even the lemonade was fresh! The pasta was excellent as well. Make sure you order their sauce too!“
“These days, finding good food at a reasonable price that is a decent portion size has me feeling like Indiana Jones cautiously putting the bag of sand replacing the gold figurine. Typically, you can only get 2 of 3 which I had kind of chalked up to just being life, especially in New York City. Can't have everything. But, every now and then, you stumble across a unicorn that checks all 3 boxes to restore your hope in the universe. Ayat, my dear reader, is that unicorn. We stumbled in here at 2pm fresh out of bed, hungrier than that dude posting a story of his Dostoyevsky book is for a "Oh my god you read Dostoyevsky you're so deep and artsy" DM. After a 5 minute wait we were seated and the staff immediately brought 2 warm pitas that you can tell were authentic middle eastern pitas with fresh olive oil. They were those pitas that you touch and the little dough gets on your hands. Real ones know. Oh you haven't been to the middle east? As we were ripping through the Pitas and had yet to really scan a menu, no word of a lie 3 separate waiters came up within a 2 minute span and asked if we were ready to order. Like DAMN they really tryna get us up out of here ahahahaha. But I chalked it up to being authentically middle eastern as it's just different culturally. Oh you haven't been? We opted for a feast, as everything looked SO good. Our lineup consisted of the Margherita Pizza, the Wara Dawali (stuffed grape leaves), Falafel, Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, and the Fattat Lahma. I normally highlight just one or two plates in these reviews, but everything was the star. A total team effort like the 2003-2004 Detroit Pistons. The pizza started us off with a BANG. The stuffed grape leaves will be the breakout dish of 2024. 4 BIG falafel at $6 left me stunned like a prime Conor Mcgregor counter left hand. The Chicken Shawarma sandwich was literally perfect, as the wrap was crisply toasted on the outside and the chicken was delicious. The Fattat Lahma.... yeah tbh this the only thing I wouldn't get again but it was under the "Traditional" section of the menu and I just felt I had to try something from that section because I'm cultured af and I've been to the middle east.... Oh you haven't?! Ahahaha I'm just yanking your chain, it's all love from me I just try to make these entertaining you know? All in all, a quality meal that had me STUFFED and didn't leave my pockets on featherweight was something I had lost hope for in NYC. Hope is a dangerous thing for a man like me to have - but I have it. Unicorns do exist. THANK YOU AYAT! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__“
“Very good place, excellent food, treatment. From the waitresses Ask for Yelissa. An incredible deal, I felt at home!!!!!The best burger. From NJ when you go I recommend ordering some empanadas as a starter called the 3 hits are the Maximum and an oatmeal juice with orange wow. DeliciousThe chimi and the mofongo are the end“
“The best chicken wings!! The soy garlic wings was omg delicious. The boneless wings were amazingly tender and crispy. The only problem is that it gives me a good food coma Everytime after I eat those wings. Forbidden rice is really good, good valuefor only $2.50“
“First time trying their sandwiches yesterday and we’re hooked! I usually travel to Hoboken for my Italian deli sandwich cravings but was super excited to find such a close place after a friend recommended this spot. The fresh mozzarella was delicious and they don’t skimp out. My sandwich was so filled I could barely bite it (which is always a good thing in my book lol) I got a custom sandwich with turkey, salami and fresh mozzarella and my husband got a spicy vodka chicken parm. 10/10 recommend getting your sandwiches from here, we’ll definitely be back!!“
“We had dinner there the portions were bountiful. The food was delicious. The service was very good. Everybody was very friendly. We had the mixed grill and the mixed appetizer. Everything was delicious. The restaurant looks beautiful on the inside. Atmospheres is very nice place to sit and enjoy a meal.Dietary restrictions: Halal food“
“this place was amazing. the food was great and the service was excellent. the guy who took our order knew what we wanted and made sure we ordered correctly and the women cleaning tables helped us when we accidentally dropped something on the floor. she was such a sweet lady. what a great atmosphere and they gave us small baklavas at the end of our food.“
“The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review.Atmosphere: Tiny restaurant. Seems like they have changed indoor dining experience compared to some years ago. The entrance was a bit disorganized. I'm not sure if this was just a season thing where they only offer indoor dining when it's summer. Other than that, it had a neutral atmosphere.Service: They were welcoming and attentive. They had my order ready by the time they said it was going to be ready.Food: I ordered the Catfish bowl. The food was well portioned, and the flavors from each ingredient complemented each other. I also ordered the Lychee smoothie. Although it was not the right weather to drink it, it still tasted really good. I believe it will taste twice as good in summer.Price: Honestly, their prices are fair. The quality and flavors of the food compensate their prices.“
“Food, drinks, service and atmosphere were truly all perfect. Every dish was better than the next one, even with the pineapple upside down cake for dessert. Can't wait to come back.We basically ordered the whole menu, had 2-3 drinks each and spent $100 bucks a person with tip. So very reasonable.“
“Walked in thinking it's an Irish bar, walked out having one of the best times ever at any bar. This is a gay bar on steroids but that's what makes it oh so better. I know what you straights are thinking, but this place is Uber welcoming of people from all walks of the road. Probably one of my most favorite random bars of all time. The food was great and priced even better. The staff was Uber friendly and the drinks were top notch. The crowd was the happiest and sweetest crowd of all time. Tbh not a single sour puss! Highly recommend this place for everyone and anyone! The music, the food, the drinks, the staff, the atmosphere... all so fun that honestly I kinda wish I was gay now lol. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it!“
“At first, we thought it would be a bad idea to come with three kids. However, this place turned out to be kid-friendly and we did not feel unwelcome. Baked Carrot Salad honestly would be our least favorite. Large chunks of carrots and avocado. Not enough flavor. Not sure what was the original idea about. Chrisendemum salad would be our most favorite. Fresh, colorful land and right-seasoned. Delicious! Beets salad was ok. The pasta bolognese was freshly made, and very good too. Kids had burger, kids pasta, and pizza(mozzarella and basil). We end up having too orders of pizza. So good it was. For dessert, we had carrot cake with supper delicious buttermilk sorbet. THIS ONE IS A BOmb!!!! And also we had homemade ice cream, which was also very good. We had very good experience in this place and looking to come back.“
“Fresh and delicious! I came here based on the Yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. If you're looking for a quick, no-hassle but relatively healthy meal in the city (and you'd like to sit down while eating it) this place is great!“
“I came in a Sunday night and was disappointed when I was told many ingredients that I looked forward to were not available. Tyleah at the front, went out of their way to restock dressings from the back and ensure I left happy. Great customer service. Thank you!“
“This is a nice quaint neighborhood gem to grab some early or midday small meal,That me and my partner have fallen in loved with. We came here to try it out one day and have not been disappointed every time we have stopped by. The prices can add up for breakfast and drinks but worth stopping by. The service is always friendly and many people stop by to enjoy or to go. There is some seating inside and they provide outdoor seating as well. We love the dulce de Leche and I liked the Arnold Palmer so far and we finally tried a breakfast sanwhich and it was very fulfilling. Me and my partner definitely recommend!“
“If you're searching for a culinary haven that combines traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist, look no further than this Pizzeria. Nestled in the heart of downtown, this gem of a pizza joint delivers a dining experience that's nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with the inviting aroma of freshly baked dough and savory toppings. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, making it ideal for intimate dinners or lively gatherings with friends and family.“
“What a phenomenal surprise! I had this restaurant marked from an article I read, and had lunch there solo. The dining room is very small and I took the last table. The flavors and textures were balanced, memorable, and unique. I've never had Burmese food before, and the menu was a great glimpse into the flavor profile. I only wish I could have tried everything on the menu! They are cash-only as of this writing, so come prepared. If you ever need to expand, come on up to the Upper West Side please!“
“Took my boyfriend for his birthday it was really fantastic. The ambiance was beautiful (we sat downstairs very intimate, but upstairs looked beautiful as well). The service was great and the food was so delicious. We ordered the lobster salad twice it was so good. The plates aren't super big which make it great for ordering a bunch and sharing. We also got a really nice bottle of wine. I honestly thought it was going to be way more expensive than it was. We got 4 apps and 2 pastas and we were perfectly full. They also brought out a cute cupcake and candle for his birthday. Will definitely be back“
“Can't say enough about this place. Food is delicious, fresh, and authentic. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The service was wonderful. You feel as if you are the only people there with how attentive they are to you. If you're looking for great Lebanese food, look no further. This place is IT!“
“Thank you very much for this moment. Excellent food, attentive service with good advice. The service team is superbDish: mole del puebla and vg quesadillasNacho starterDessert: plantain flambéed with rum and scoop of vanilla ice creamDrink: large iced lemon margaritaSee you soon ❤️“
“Finally a great fish market in our area, where you can get sushi grade fish, local catch and great shellfish. love the fish monger and coming from one of the biggest fishing ports in italy I know that’s a tough job and it takes a lot of work and dedication to offer a decent variety of fresh fish.My fluke was extremely fresh and perfect for a carpaccio/sashimi, mussels were also great and so it was the fillet of monkfish.Keep up the good work!!!thanks!!!“
“I ate the Tropicana salad and the soup of the day, Turkish chili, to-go.Türkiye chili soup has a lot of ingredients, so a small size is enough. Before closing the lid, I asked if I wanted to sprinkle some cheese on it, so I added it and it was salty and delicious.Tropicana salad, as the name suggests, contains mango and orange. The sauce is made with grated fruit like Isaac Toast, but it doesn't get too salty even if you add a lot, so just leave it as the young clerk puts it on.It's easy to add a lot of shrimp and peel the abogado before closing the lid and mix it well. They ask if I want to add pita bread, but there is no additional charge, so you can do whatever you like. The prices in Seoul were so crazy that I was thankful that they gave me this much for 25,000 won.Recommended“
“Well, folks, gather 'round because I've got a tale that'll whisk you away to a land far, far from the daily grind. It all began on a day so unremarkable, it could've been any Tuesday from last year. My to-do list was longer than a grocery receipt for a family reunion, and let me tell ya, my spirits were about as high as a snake's belly in a wagon rut. Now, amidst the sea of sameness, something extraordinary happened. I stumbled upon a place called "Omar's," a Mediterranean cuisine oasis that promised an escape to the exotic lands of Egypt, right in the middle of my humdrum day.Stepping into "Omar's" was like finding a hidden door to another world. The place was decked out with such care and detail; it felt like I'd hitched a ride on a magic carpet. The seating, the decor, the ambiance—it all sang the song of the Nile, and let me tell you, I was ready to dance along. But the true magic of "Omar's" wasn't just in its design. Oh no, it was the food that had me spellbound. The chicken shawarma was like a love letter from the heavens, each bite a perfect harmony of spices and tenderness. The hummus? Creamier than a dream, and the falafel was so divine, I half-expected it to sprout wings and ascend right there and then. Now, I gotta be honest, the staff had about as much warmth as a snowman in January, but folks, I was there for the food, and the food did not disappoint. It was like finding water in the desert—precious and life-giving.And then there was Omar, the owner. The man was like a desert prince, charming and easy on the eyes, making rounds like he was welcoming you into his home. He had this way of making you feel like you were the only person in the room, a friend he'd known for years. It's not every day you find a place where the owner treats you like a long-lost buddy. So, if you're ever feeling like you need a break from the monotony, a taste of something truly special, head on over to "Omar's." Sure, the staff might not be the friendliest bunch, but when the food's that good, who's to complain? You're there for a culinary adventure, a taste of Egypt, and maybe, just maybe, to catch a glimpse of Omar, the friendliest face in the Mediterranean dining scene. Trust me, "Omar's" is a journey worth taking, no passport required.“
“We started with Edimame & Crab Rangoon Appetizers. My daughter had a "delicious Moso Soup". Our entrees included: ManhTtan Roll, Genki Roll, Two Roll Combo and Beef Fried Rice (see pics). We had beer (Adahi) and wine to drink. And closed out with a Mochi Ice Cream dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and very polite. The restaurant was very clean and had nice lighting, music and decor. It appears that these folks do A TON of take out business by tge way. Anyway, they checked all the boxes, food was great and proces were reasonable ($145 for 4 people w/appetizers, drinks, and a shared dessert). Would definitely recommend!“
“Delicious Mediterranean cuisine with a good variety of vegan options. The soup was fantastic it was flavorful, hot, fresh it warmed my soul. The restaurant is clean, the prices are reasonable, food is good quality. I highly recommend this place. Good for dine in or take out.“
“Cell Power Cafe is definitely my new go-to spot. The food is full of flavor and fresh. The curry chickpea bowl and shrimp wrap are definitely worth trying. I also enjoy their smoothies and sea moss. I appreciate the love that's put into this business and how they always greet me with a kind smile. Check them out!“
“I've walked by this spot hundreds of times but finally stopped in for a coffee and obligatory pastry. Everything looked so beautiful! I got an apricot tart, which was lovely. Excellent coffee. Great service. Will return for a bomboloni for sure!“
“Anyone giving this proprietor less than a 4 rating has issues. This is not Nobu or Le Cirque. This is a small, relatively new establishment that has extremely fresh sushi, roll, and bowl options, prepared by a properly trained Sushi chef with exceptional presentation skills. I have frequented many restaurants, and the presentations, taste, and variety of options at KFPH are on par if not better than most. The problem with bad reviews/reviewers is that they often focus and provide a review on something that the recipient is unbale to control. And some just make things up.I am heading there right now!Parking: No Issues“
“The easiest place to eat vegetarian. It’s so flavorful and everything has been 10/10. I tried their cashew ricotta and pear with honey drizzle, amazing. Their lentil soup; amazing. Their cauliflower stew, so good. Everything is amazing here. If you’re looking for a switch up on your diet, I can’t think of a better place. Feels amazing to eat something tasty but not feel bloated and tired after. So good! New favorite local spot“
